My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Archers for about two to three years now.Archers have always done an amazing job! Their communication is amazing, they send a text with a link to view any and all issues as well as non issues going on with your vehicle. I have not compared pricing with any other shops however I believe they are on the lower end of cost. They are very fast at getting your vehicle in and inspected and depending on the level of work needing to be done they get your vehicle back to you as quickly as they can as long as the parts are available, however even if they have to order any parts the wait time is still very minimal! I will continue to do business with Archers, they have always been good to us and our vehicles!

Exceeded our expectations in every way. The owner was so knowledgeable and thorough and from the first phone call and really showed us care and compassion for our situation and then delivered on the necessary repairs in an extremely timely manner and spoke in great detail about everything done to the car and included pictures and descriptions of everything ad well. A few days later our other car needed repairs and they treated us the very same way and we will definitely be coming back for any of our auto needs!

Absolutely wonderful! Every time I called I was treated with kindness, respect & genuine old fashioned Customer service. Their staff gave me exactly what I needed to get my vehicle up, running & on The road again. They worked with me, keeping within the limited budget that I had. I couldn't be more satisfied. I'd recommend them to ANYONE needing good quality auto repair work.

I have taken my "new to me" 2018 F150 in to the guys/gals at Archers Auto twice now. Both times have been amazing. They fit my truck in my spark plugs a few weeks ago. Work was done professionally, and at an affordable price. Today, I noticed my truck having some transmission issues/shifting problems and a rattle in the engine compartment. I swung by early this morning (approx 7am) before they opened. They promptly said that even though their schedule was full they would do everything they could to gey my truck done on time. Here I am, 5 hours later, having received a phone call telling me my truck was complete. They even through in some complimentary services to help me out because of my situation. NOW do not go in expecting them to do everything for free. I'm sharing my experience with them. I have never been to a shop that was so understanding and helpful in the repair process. I will HANDS DOWN be bringing EVERY SINGLE ONE of my vehicles to Archers Auto. They have my business and my families business for the foreseeable future.

Brought my 2015 Toyota Corolla in for service on a potential wheel bearing. Turns out I need a new transmission. They did everything humanly possible for me, but ultimately, CVTs suck so it is what it is. Friendly and straightforward service. They weren't trying to push me out the door or make me feel like an idiot which, if you know the automotive world, is a rare treat. I would highly recommend these folks. Gave me a few different options on repair which were definitely better than some people with similar make and model having the same experiences. Thankfully, I am an OTR Trucker so it wasn't super pressing to have the vehicle repaired on visit. I definitely will be back to make the repair once I am in a better spot to do so. I trust them with my vehicle.

They charged me $160 just for my car to be there. I wanted a quote for My broken car handle (it was pretty obvious because the handle was snapped in half) and it took them 6 hours just to tell me how much it would cost. It was pricey so I denied service and they still charged me for Labor even though they didn t do anything what a scam.

Archers help me find the issue in my car and saved me money with the correct diagnosis. I will be returning to them in the future for more work. I m glad to say that they have earned my trust and return to be serviced by them. Everyone I spoke to were very polite and knowledgeable on what they do. Thank you.

If you are looking for the cheapest place to get your car fixed . Move along. HOWEVER ..We have 3 vehicles ranging from 13 to 21 years old. They have spent quite a bit of time on mechanics lifts over the past few years as we beg the aging beasts to make it just a few more years. In the past 3 years, with over 9 different shops and just south of $20k spent in automotive repairs, this is the first shop that sent us home with a vehicle that was ACTUALLY fixed the first time.So keeping that in mind- paying more for a repair done right is a better value.Other plusses to boot .1. They work on Subarus. Do you know how many places I had to call????2. I was in Portland at the time I made my appointment and my car was stuck in a parking garage in Boise. They helped me out with overnight drop offs and a next day diagnosis. Delivery to doorstep it was a total of 5 days which is pretty remarkable considering there was a holiday weekend in the middle!3. Their documented assessment of the diagnostic process, the repair, and the testing gives you complete confidence and a good historical record to keep for future. Worth its weight in gold!4. They were just nice and friendly, and communicated through the whole process. I was never wondering what was happening with my car.Yep. We finally have our mechanic ! We love this place and can t recommend them highly enough.P.S. My husband was pretty tickled with his free flashlight keychain.

I would give them a half star if I could. Took my truck in for some things and was told it needed a new engine. Found out it needed injectors not a motor. Was told they changed the valve covers gaskets only changed one. Was told they replaced the injector and they didn't. Never again. Warning to all stay away. Lies lies.

I have to admit that I am disappointed with this shop. We took our 2010 GMC Acadia in for a diagnostic and paid the requested fee for this diagnostic. We fixed all the recommended things that needed fixed and the care still doesn't run and pops the same codes that were given at the original diagnosis. When we contacted the shop to see if they could inspect again to see why we are still getting the same codes we were told that it would be considered a a new diagnostic and we would have to pay again. I do not think this is good business and shows the customer that you do not stand by your work. I am never opposed for paying a machinic for his work but when I have already done that and got no results I most certainly will not pay again. I would assume it is good business to support your returning customers and provided them with your best service. There are hundreds of shops to choose from and in my opinion this is not one that stands by customer satisfaction.ResponseIt is absolutely true the I never messaged you at all and the response to my spouse is you didn t make any money off the repairs there for you would have to charge instead of standing by your work. I m not saying that the repairs we did were not need but clearly that was not the issue or the codes wouldn t be the same we did not ask you for free repairs simply to re inspect i case something was missed as a paying customer I don t think that is to much to ask. . Again this is poor business. being a business owner myself I always stand by my work and do my best to make any situation right.

We were traveling and found ourselves far from home and stranded. We took a chance and got lucky. Lucky in finding a mature, professional, experienced Mechanic. Who after hearing the details of our breakdown went straight to the problem and had it fixed in minutes. If I lived in Idaho this would be my Mechanic. This shop was very professional, quick on getting the repair done at a decent price. I had a broken wheel bearing and they got my car in and out in less than 3 hours. They didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, which has been a problem in the past from other shops. I highly recommend them.

I called in first thing in the morning asking if there was any way they would be able to replace my serpentine belt that I had already purchased, usually mechanics wouldn t dare, Scott let me know he would do it for me and get me in the same day ( I did explain that I had a big drive to Texas coming up) . Scott and Olivia are the two I spoke with and were so friendly and accommodating. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Pricing was very reasonable and I was out within the hour. Thank you all again.

First time bringing my truck into a shop, not disappointed at all! The receptionist was amazing. Asked all the right questions and seemed like she actually wanted to help unlike other places I called and tried before this one. They kept me updated, had pictures and great tech notes when I came back for pick up. And most of all they fixed my problem, for the price they told me. My A/C in the car was not working after I recharged it a few times, so I called a variety of places to help solve my issue. They all wanted to up-charge just to find the leak in my A/C then they wanted me to pay to get it fixed. After doing some searching around I finally found this place and gave them a call. They were honest and straightforward. As soon as I got inside and told them my issue someone immediately got on it and took my car and started to work to find the issue. They have great customer service and great prices! I will definitely be going back there for any other issues with my vehicle and recommending the Archers to people I know!Services: Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair

Highly recommend. I was having a very bad week and on top of it my car was having issues. I called a few shops and archers was close to home and willing to take a look that day. It turned out my water pump needed to be replaced. Everyone I talked to was fantastic. Scott and Olivia were super helpful and kind. Scott was so so helpful with explaining each little piece and how important it was to fix all of them, it made it really easy to decide what to move forward with and what could wait and my car is now running amazingly!! I had an accident a few weeks ago that left my drivers side scratched up. The biggest problem with my car after the accident was the wiper arm. It would only go up halfway. This has been a big issue for me because it s been storming recently, leaving me to be unable to drive in the rain. Once I called Archer s Auto Repair, the receptionist was incredibly sweet. She told me I could come in to get it looked at right away. As soon as I got there, I was met with speedy service with a kind delivery. I did not expect it to be such a quick fix as it was something that I had been dreading for a while. Scott did an amazing job and I will definitely be coming back if my car ever needs more service!

I think $2100 for a clutch in my Ford Focus is way over priced. Olivia was amazing and they did a thorough inspection on my car. But I only paid $1600 for it and the $2100 was for the clutch only. Immediately meet at front office by a happy and helpful receptionist who understood Girl Lingo Automotive and was able to translate that to the technician. They called me when they were able to identify and confirm issues and gave me a quote for completion. The technician was able to recommend other issues that the inspection found but did not pressure me in to getting those done.They kept me updated about my car and when i could come get it.My technician came out to go over everything he did and the written recommendation with pricing.My invoice was exactly what they quoted.I am very satisfied with the service and the staff and will recommend Archers Auto to everyone.Thank you Scott and LoriServices: Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

This shop was an answer to our prayers! They were able to get our vehicle in quickly when everyone else was at least 2 weeks out just for an estimate! They were great at communicating and providing an amazing diagnostic report. They were able to get the problem fixed and us back on the road within a just a few days. I've been here several times for different things and every time Scott and his team go above and beyond to work with me and take care of my car. They completely handled the warranty service work I had done, it was 100% hassle free as they worked with the outside company. I will definitely go back for any and all work I need done on my car and recommend them to anyone in need of a great mechanic.
