Chris has consistently stayed in contact with me. Not only did he remember what I wanted but he went out of his way to provide an exceptional customer experience. He s created a fiercely loyal following from me and I love to think Young.

We went in to look at a 4 wheeler and ended up buying a beautiful side by side. Kyle was super friendly, very helpful and full of information, a great salesman all around. Tiffany in finance was great, had answers to all of our questions and very friendly. We high recommend Young Powersports!!

My experience was top-notch from the get-go. The team greeted me with a smile and were super attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed and answered all our questions.Their efficiency was amazing seriously, they worked so quickly. They got my side by side ready in no time, and I was super impressed with their speed and expertise.I've gotta say, you should definitely check this place out if you're in the market for a side by side. The staff s friendliness and the quick service made the whole experience really pleasant. They're just awesome, and I'm sure you'll have a great experience too!

Spoke to Kyle via text messages about a kayo dirtbike and he was incredibly responsive. Sent pics and a video of the bike before driving the hour over to the store. Proactive enough to have all of the paperwork drawn up before I even arrived at the store. Was very patient and spoke to me and my son about all of the features of the bike. The paperwork was quick and easy and it didn't feel like a shark frenzy of sales people while at their store. A Great Experience with Young Power Sports in Burley, ID

We drove an hour and a half to look at two kids bikes that they assured us they had in stock. When we got there, they only had one at their Burley store. What could have been a terrible day for my son, turned out to be okay when they drove to their Logan store, picked up the bike we wanted, and then delivered it to our house later that evening. They were willing to go above and beyond to correct their mistake.

Bought an ATV from Young and had a exceptional experience. Brogan was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. When it came time to do paperwork, Tiffani was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be doing business with Young again when it is time to purchase something for my grandkids...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. When I bought my side by side they did not walk me around the machine to show me how to check oil or air filters. Bought a trailer that same time and they had lent it out to someone so I had to wait for my trailer to come back before I could take my Machine home. Just over 300 miles had to have the top end rebuilt. Took it out and at 57 miles it threw a rod took 75 days to get it done and it still does not run. This machine had 418 miles and I cannot use it at all No one in store management or corporate office will get in touch with me. So I can voice my concerns . If you want to buy a side by side do not go to young s once they sell you something they ignore you and or make you feel like your a bother and not a customer stay away!

Although we have bought two new 4-wheelers there; this place is an absolute joke in the service department. I picked up two 4-wheelers that were serviced and some minor repairs. It took them a while to find and load the 4-wheeler, saying they were having trouble starting it. We came home to find the gas line tied off with a zip tie and not a actual approved clamp. And to top it off the 4-wheeler would not start. When concerns were voiced they did not care and said that we must have done the damage. Won t take any 4-wheelers back there to have serviced. It s too bad that being one of the few businesses here in the county, they feel that can do such subpar service to the customers.

Went in to look at a new side x side for the family. Brogan showed us options that would best do what we are looking for. Although we still haven t bought we will from brogan! As long as he is there we will be purchasing through him! Great guy!

Tiffani, Brian and Miquel gave me very good service on my purchase of a cfmoto 500 4wheeler. I would recommend them if you are considering purchasing anything.

We had been in touch with Brogan over the course of a few weeks looking for the perfect toy to add to our family! As soon as this machine was available he called us quickly scheduled us an appointment to come take a look at it and we sealed the deal! Stayed after hours while we closed with the loan officer. And has made a follow up call to see how we are enjoying our new toy. They even soo kindly delivered it to our house!

If you are in need of anything from a snowmobile to a dirt bike to a razor etc. Brogan is your guy! He will do everything in his power to make sure you walk out happy with exactly what you were looking for. He is a great knowledgeable guy, he has lots of experience! Don't take this wrong, the ATV 'S that I bought (cf moto 800xc) are working out great. Got a fair price. But the sales department leaves a lot to be desired. Salesman really didn't know scwat. Had to make all the follow up calls myself at time of purchase. Though they delivered the units it wasn't the time they said it would be...days later. Not a full tank of fuel, no... let's go over the machine to see if you've got any questions. But the biggest thing was no follow up call to make sure I was happy or had any questions, which I did and had to call other dealers in my area. I guess once the sale was completed they were done with me. You'd think after dropping 25k I'd get a couple baseball caps or a thank you...NOT. I'm Leary now if I need any kind of warranty work now.

What an amazing experience we had. Brogan is the guy to talk to if you need anything motorsports related! We by passed our dealer in Idaho Falls (CF Motto) to come to Burley. Well worth the drive to get treated like royalty!
