The staff ant Young automotive group are extremely courteous and polite with no pressure to buy. Sales Professional Kevin Bell is extremely professional and amazing to work with. He was very understanding and did everything he could to get me where I needed to be to walk out with a brand new vehicle same day. Tyler Adams the sales manager was able to get me an amazing deal on my trade in and was equally as professional and courteous. I highly recommend Young Automotive Group in Burley Idaho.

Well the positive reviews keep coming in through the years. Our recent service experience this time April 2023 was phenomenal. All thanks to Madison. We were in town again and had a flat tire. Of course, we came to Young Chrysler and were met by Service Representative Madison. Even though she was short staffed she managed to find the time to get our tire fixed under one hour. And she did not charge us for the service. First time this has ever happened to us. We came back a few days later for routine maintenance. Of course Madison greeted us. Madison and the staff at this dealership know how to provide a positive customer experience.Below is a review that I gave in July 2016. It is now January 2018 and the service we received continues to be excellent. They deserve five stars since their service department continues to provide excellent consistent service. We are visiting again today on January 8, 2018 - we traveled to Rupert from Minnesota to visit family and had our Dodge Ram truck serviced. Randy Terry and the service staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous just as they were over 2 1/2 years ago. Keep up the excellent work.July 2016 Review:The service department is excellent!!We were from out of town on vacation and needed an oil change and a check up on our Chrysler Town and Country. We called the service department and got an appointment the very next morning. We were impressed by the speed of their service and attention to details. The service manager Randy Terry was very helpful, friendly and courteous. They went above and beyond with additional service without charge (i.e. installed our front license plate and checked our brakes and A/C at our request). This is the third time we have been to this dealership for service because of their outstanding service department.

I just wanted to thank Cody and David for their help with my Chrysler 200S in the service department. They went above and beyond every time I had to come in. I wouldn't buy a used car from here unless you get a full inspection done from an independent shop prior to purchase. They sell cars "as is" and don't even run the cars through the shop to verify that cars are safe to be on the road. I recently purchased a car from them for my 16 year daughter. I made the mistake of assuming they at least give the used cars a basic mechanical inspection but found out after the fact that they won't. These words are straight from my salesman. Now I have thousands in repair costs on top of the money I just spent last week to purchase the car. Thanks Young automotive for giving my teenage daughter a wonderful example of why she should never trust a dealership to do the right thing.

I want to give a huge shout out to Tyrell!! And everyone else who helped make it possible to get me into my new car!!! Tyrelle was awesome at making sure to explain everything with as much details as possible and making sure to see if I had any questions or needed anything explained differently and he did everything possible to make the process go as quickly and smoothly as he possibly could!!! I am so in love with my new car and so happy that I chose to go down and talk to him for his help! My suggestion is if you are looking for a new car or wanting to trade in for something go over there and talk to him or even give him a call because he can definitely help figure something out for you!!!

I had messaged Tyrell George with what truck my husband wanted and he got right on it! Tyrell was very informative and communicated with me and my husband through the whole process even though my husband is a long haul driver and wasn t with us. You have cash in hand. You go test drive with the potential to buy (cash in hand) a vehicle, a cash and carry, that has NO OIL on the dipstick Your asked that if the vehicle starts, would you promise to make a return appointment the next day after sales runs the vehicle through service to make sure it s topped off on oil and ready for a test drive the next day, you agree to return on those circumstances. Vehicle starts quickly sales shuts the vehicle off, I know the risk in starting a vehicle that has no oil, but your desperate, you need wheels. So you say okay, you ll return tomorrow. Tomorrow comes. Vehicle got moved from one lot to another so your left thinking wow, they actually ran it through service and added/changed the oil. You call sales. Sales comes out, you ask to test drive the vehicle. Your told by sales the oil wasn t able to be topped off because the oil was going to be $30 out of Mr. Salesman s pocket, and unless we went inside to figure out numbers and make sure it s something I really wanted, Mr. Salesman wasn t going to add oil to the car. But .. what s there to figure out if we have cash in hand? So I ask again can I test drive the car? Sales asks are you going to give me $30 to pay for the oil? About then the woman speaks up and asks there s no oil in it? Sales answers no. The woman states okay, onto the next lotWe left the lot, this is how Young Automotive treats their customers. So glad we ended up across the street, and got something 2 years newer, with 40k less miles, for only 1K more.Tyrell was absolutely no help wish I had gotten the same help I did 5+ years ago when I purchased back then, but customer service was garbage today.

Highly disheartening experience with Cody. He was very rude and I thought he was asking me to sign the wrong paperwork because it was for a vehicle written up as having over 65,000 miles. I told him my vehicle was a 2022 ram rebel and didn t have anywhere near that amount of miles. He said it did. I went out to the vehicle and took a picture of the miles tens of thousands less. He could have easily walked out and verified this when I initially informed him. He subsequently said he would have Weston change it the next morning and call to confirm as he had already left for the day. No response thereafter. I even called and left a message about it as I was concerned about how it could impact the warranty.I am now wondering if the part was even required and/or if it was completed on a vehicle with originally indicated miles. Weston had originally said he simply needed to pull down on something to start the vehicle so I m wondering if there was simply a wiring connection issue especially given a vehicle this new.Another shop indicated that this part usually lasts 100k- 150K miles. Thereafter I did a Google search that confirmed what they had told me regarding this.Will add pictures of paperwork and actual mileage and website info when I get home tomorrow.

I purchased a car from Young Idaho Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat in June of this year. I live in California and traveled to Idaho to pick up the vehicle and take it home. Everyone I dealt with during the process was great at keeping me informed, sending me pictures of the car and answering all of my questions.I had requested to get all of my financing in order prior to arriving to Idaho so that I was able to walk in sign and leave. Brennan took care of my financing, got my approval and told me everything I needed to bring in order to have a smooth signing. Everything was accurate and just as he described when I arrived. I did not feel any pressure from him to purchase anything beyond what I wanted and what we had discussed. I was able to get in, out and on the road to start my drive home very quickly.Being a CA resident my registration process as well as state tax situation was a little bit different than normal. The dealership handled all of that with accuracy and I was able to get my car registered without any issues here in CA.As a whole the dealership provided me with a stress free purchase, and I would absolutely recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle.
