They mounted and balanced my tires for me but unfortunately they did break 3 of my valve stem sensors and then told me they couldn't program them because their machine was down so i had to go somewhere else which told me an outrageous price so unfortunately they are still broken.

The worst . I like some of the staff they're very nice but the other half I dont have the hatred in my heart to post it lol

Labor Day on the road and had a tire about to explode at any moment. Only place in town that was open. They took very good care of us and had us back on the road within 2 hours. Great service.

Very happy with the service they provided. We were traveling from Texas and got a flat.Christina was so helpful and had a very nice gentlemen (didn t get his name), come in to help after hours, they went above and beyond to lend a hand. Thank you so much!!! Will definitely recommend for their outstanding customer service, flexibility, and most of all for going the extra mile, not everyone comes back to work to help after they are gone. Came in for an oil change and asked for them to replace my filter. When I get the bill and going over it. They let me know they put an extra half quart which never knew my car needed and didn't say anything about my filter. I checked it and didn't get replaced. They also told me they checked my tire pressure like normal and deflated my tires to 36. Since that is what is says on my door. The tires themselves say that they need to be at 40. Never coming back here with any of my vehicles and hope others don't either.Service: Oil change

I was in a bind today, flat tire on Ford 1 ton truck in the Walmart parking lot. Sunday nobody open except Walmart. I am having serious shoulder problems. Would have never been able to change the tire myself. Called the tire center and they sent help. Long story short, they could not fix the tire due to large split in tread. Spare tire has not been off in 20 plus years. They got me back on the road with my spare. A man named Brock did most of this with the help of a co-worker, all with a great attitude that you don t typically see today. When I got ready to pay, Brock said it was not cost because he could not fix the tire. Really, I would not have flinched if it was 50 bucks. On top of that he would not take a tip. It appeared to me while watching this entire crew today that at least at this store they have their act together. I won t attempt to speak for all Walmart Tire stores, but I have no problem giving this one a high recommendation and thank-you Brock.Service: Tires

I went for an oil change. They rolled down my window that won t roll back up. They had to take off my door to roll the window up. They pulled out of the garage and parked my car and I got in and it wouldn t back up. They broke my wheel. It was facing a ninety degree angle from my van. And nothing would work. They came out and showed me how the metal rod broke but then they proceeded to tell me I would have to fix it. But I had not been in the car. It was broken before I could even back out. It was broken while in their custody. How can you not be liable if it was in your care on your property? I m so upset. They had horrible customer service. I was stuck in the snow with four kids under the age of 8 and they couldn t help me. They couldn t fix what had happened. They refused to be accountable.

Back to changing my oil at home. The staff here don t really know much. My car s oil is below the level when I get home so I always have to add oil. On one of my cars they charged me like $14 extra for a filter without telling me beforehand. On another they couldn t get my car into their ramp. Earlier in the pandemic they would take upwards of 1 and a half hours to finish my oil change but eventually it went down to like 40 minutes. The convenience isn t really a convenience anymore so I m just going to start doing my oil changes at home again.

If you want a car that runs well after getting an oil change DO NOT GO HERE! We have gotten a few oil changes here and after each one there has been something wrong with our car.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have only had two experiences at this place. And it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If I had ANY advice, it would be to not go anywhere near this place. We bought two tires and tried to set an appointment yesterday, they said they were too full. So, we set an appointment for 1 pm today. We called to confirm the appointment and they said they had nothing scheduled for us. They said they couldn t fit us in until 4:00 to 5:00. We got there at 3:50 and they said it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. So, we waited. They finally took our tires off and come in to tell us THEY CANT FIX OUR TIRES. Basically they don t have the correct valve to plug our tires, so they told us our tires WILL go flat. And they waited until after EVERY place was closed, so we have no options until Monday to finally have our tires fixed.

I'm driving cross country and needed an oil change. Jesse had me in and out in 15 minutes, plus gave me some great money saving advice. Thanksedit -- so after i left the walmart, i noticed a strange sound like a sound of air intake that wasn't there before ... checked under the hood, the cap for the windshield wiper fluid reserve was open, so i snapped it shut... plus, one of the two clips that hold the air filter case closed was unsnapped, so i closed it up as well ... seemed weird, and seemed either sloppy or intentional, both being mildly irritating ... later as i'm driving down the interstate, the jeep keeps pulling to one side, so at the next stop i check the air pressure, as i have been doing meticulously over the past several days ... somehow, both tires on the psgr side had 2 psi less than it's mate on the driver side ... this could not have happened by itself, as i had been checking the tire pressure several times a day at that point ... this is a used but 'new to me' jeep and i wanted to make sure the tires were good ... anyway, i'm leaving my 5 stars because i can not prove any of these shenanigans was done by anyone in particular, but no one else was under the hood ... plus no harm was done, just seems like restless boys on a sunday afternoon ... but next time, just the oil change pleaseService: Oil change

Said car will be done in 35 minutes i said i can wait for it 2 hours later and being bumped several time car was ready but told nothing wrong tire went from 38 lbs to 17lbs overnight and nothing wrong if nothings wrong why 2 hoursService: TiresService: Tires

Went in at 9:30 for a flat tire fix one car in bay n mine 4 workers in there n in took 2 hrs WILL never be back let alone buy tires there EVER AGAIN Horrible Service!!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Told me they can't rotate and balance tires I bought there. But les schwab says they are getting worn but can be still turned. Tells you about the training they have at Walmart.

Love to use you guys, but generally like to get my car serviced before work. On the web it says your hours on your service center are from 7am - 7pm, however it s 7:10am and I m sitting in front of the first bay door and the service center is closed. The sign on the door says 8am-7pm. Just thought you may want to update.

I'm usually not a fan of Walmart because of bad experiences I've had but this service department is awesome techs are friendly and helpful fixed a flat I had on my truck great job guys.

Nice people and quick tire service. Only thing that would have been better was if they would have noticed or mentioned the damage to the control arm and sway bar.

They told me my truck was goin to be another hour when in fact it was done. Then they forgot to scan the battery and had to go take the battery box apart to scan it... Took over an hour
