Needed a quick steel elbow bent for a fuel filler hose replacement. Walked in and he had me sorted in a matter minutes. Honest price, honest attitude. He even cut and flared it again after I mismeasured my length. I feel like the reviewers that list him as rude failed to comprehend his sense of humor.

Best muffler shop in burley did a very good, sounding and professional job on my Ford expedition 100 times better than Hoops I will be doing A lot of business that Rays Muffler Shop The welds were very good professional leak free

Not sure if this guy thought I was from California or what, but one of the rudest interactions I've had with a mechanic. Asked if he had time on Friday since I don't work that day and he interrupts and says he'll be in Salt Lake and he doesn't work the weekends, "I been working 37 years I've earned it" condescendingly; well Friday ain't the weekend brother and with attitude like yours I don't know how you have customers. Guy then goes on to say he doesn't take appointments. Not sure how those of us who work are supposed to schedule around that. I suggest if you want polite, respectful service, you look elsewhere. This fella needs to retire.Service: Exhaust

Stopped by due to an exhaust hanger breaking while on the rough roads coming through town. When I came in I spoke with the owner and asked if they had any availability to fit it in and he told me to kick rocks that he was overbooked. I was okay with him not being able to provide services but he came off rude and unprofessional.

Horrible attitude. One call and he would hardly let me speak and told me he has never seen my vehicle before. It's a 2017 Ford Transit cargo van and he's never even seen one. Guess they live under rocks here and treat everyone like outsiders because he kept repeating he's never heard of them and that there are none around and to not even say the name again, even though I only repeated the name of it after he asked me to say it again. Would NEVER recommend anyone to someone so rude to someone they've never met.

I had a tire blow out on my motorhome on Friday afternoon before Labor Day and it tore a bunch of stuff loose underneath the rig and Loren stayed late to fix everything so I could continue my road trip. On my way home from Oregon to Minnesota while towing a camper, my truck's catalytic converter completely clogged giving me all kinds of engine trouble, after a brief evaluation, I looked up Ray's and limped over on the side roads. Ray was friendly, and once he finished the vehicle he was working on, he had my truck on the lift. He accepted my diagnosis and in the time it took me to walk to an ATM and back he had the repair finished. His price was very fair, he was a lifesaver, he even helped me hook up my trailer again afterwards. Thanks for everything Ray

I can only recommend Ray and his excellent work. Just needed to start my motor and he knew exactly the problem, and even though he had little time, he was able to fix it.Thanks again for saving my trip a cross the U.S.

I had no previous experience with this shop, and did not know Lorin previous to taking my vehicle there. This was hands down one of the best repair experiences I have had. He was honest, he completed the work on the agreed time frame, and he even sent me a text the next day just to make sure everything was running the way I wanted it to. Great experience, will go back again!

I have used Ray's muffler for years. He is fast, accommodating, very competent and friendly. His prices are really fair. A decent, honest and friendly exhaust mechanic every time.

There is one guy who does it all, he was very friendly and kind, he is a talker but Midas quoted me $1000 to fix my exhaust and he did it for $70, said it was an easy fix. All in all i would go here again and again. The guy reminded me of Bill Murray, had a few laugghs and he got us back on the road.

Best place for your exhaust needs. He is the most knowledgeable muffler man you will ever meet. Fair prices, great service, and conveniently located near plenty of food for while you wait.

8-9 months ago I had my car at Rob Green Nissan in Twin for service, having an exhaust leak they told me that it would be $1400.00 to repair. being my car is an 2002 I felt it wasn't worth it. Today I had my car at Ray's muffler in Burley $120.00 to fix it and it's like brand new. Please do not go to Rob Green Nissan in Twin for anything. Thank you Ray's muffler in Burley.

Saved our trip! Moving from Seattle to Salt Lake and the bottom of our car fell apart. A few zip ties and Ray's had us right back on the road. Thank you for your friendly helpful service!

Good quality work he did for me and real quick he went above and beyond t make the fix really strong honest price felt bad how cheap he charged and helped the guy out with tip compared to competadors id rather drive 2 hours again and have him do work for me instead defenitly worth it
