Being a mechanic over time I end up with parts purchased and never used, some being on my shelf for a good period of time. I had an abundance of parts to return, the clerk was so helpful and patient. It took almost an hour to locate and refund the items. Got to love the service

Other places say even if they can get my sons car a new window regulator it will take a couple days to get here! WHAT?? Meanwhile, its 7 degrees out plus the wind chill so its kind of important! Hello?O'reillys will have it here TODAY!!! Thanks O!

Ordered on the phone told part would be in next day at 7am, it wasn't. Told it would be in at 2pm, it wasn't. Not only was it not there it hadn't left its original store. Employee didn't want to hear it, tried to tell me it was delayed because of highway construction. Went to pick it up two days later and another employee couldn't find it in the computer system. I could have had a better part for $20 cheaper by ordering from Amazon but I was willing to pay 40% more to get the part the next day. Next time I'll order from Amazon!

The best experience ever at this location because of a very helpful associate who I can tell that cares for their job and goes beyond his duties to help and serve his customers. Driving through heading to utah and broke down because what I thought a bad battery. Short story is we ended up at O'Reilly and Francisco came to my rescue and tested battery and alternator both were pretty much toasted and sold me 2 new alternator and battery and in 30 min minutes he got me back on the road thanks to him for his willingness to help me out. This guy definitely deserves the world I'm so blessed to make home because if it wasn't for him I would be in a hotel til monday and spending $600+dollars to get me fixed at a shop somewhere. I've never cried as I wrote a review before, but there's a first time for everything.My car alternator went out as I was driving to Pocatello from Boise, and I was able to get to the O'Reilly's by the grace of God alone. I have two Sphynx that come with me, and one was going into a crisis because of the heat, and though I'm sure it's against their policy, they allowed my animals to stay in their store in their crates while I replaced the alternator because they would die while they were in the car.All three employees were a great help, but I couldn't have done it without Francisco, especially. I was able to replace the alternator myself with the diagrams that he gave me and a little help getting a few stuck bolts off, with people like him that help me know there's still good in the world.I'll never be able to repay them!

Had a really nice employee named Jaime come outside and help me figure out which of my lights was out. He also helped me find which one I needed to get it fixed! Great service and greatly appreciate the help!

I worked there about 12 years ago for about 4 years. Still great service and help. Rebecca was the associate that got me my parts and a new spark plug socket. I could tell she knew her job well because of the speedy check out. I got my spark plugs in and everything worked great.

The staff and the management here are so over the top personable and helpful with everyone that walks through the door.I was traveling from Seattle to Denver and had some bad fuel from a filling station about 300 miles back. I had to do some quick repairs and they help me out tremendously. Even the tool cart that they lent for free was stocked with everything you could possibly need.They say customer service doesn't exist anymore? Well I can share with you that I was overwhelmed with customer service.I would like to thank everyone at this establishment for making my trip more enjoyable and being so personable and helpful to me.

I'm a business down in Utah, our customer in Delco ID needed battery help, these guys (including manager) were so helpful and polite, took care of my customers and put up with my long duration call to make sure her car is good and she's back on the road!5 stars well deserved!

This store rocks and all the employees in it. My car broke down, June 5th, on 84 east. My filler broke on my radiator. Francisco was very knowledgeable about cars and was able to order me a new one. He also recommended some local mechanics that did an amazing job putting my new one in. From management to the store employees, I'm grateful for you all!!! I also let corporate know!

I just want to say thank you to the staff who put up with my family while my husband worked to fix our car. We are out of town and borrowing this car when we had a coil pack broke. They were very accommodating on letting my 3 year old pay hid and seek with her stuffed puppy and my 6 year old watch a show on her tablet. They made a tough situation so much easier. Having to wait out in this heat would have been horrible and i am super grateful for them letting us chill inside. Great job guys (and ladies) for your awesome customer service!

Very bad service they tried to charge me 170 dollars for a headlight!!! My brother who knew about cars calls gets the light I need for 20 dollars! I go in there needing help because I don t know and about trust they would help me.

Really help me out on a cross country trip The rain was coming down and my wipers weren t doing the job I stopped in and they were great and helping me to select and install wipers and I was on my way! Great service

Great place to go but don't buy alternators or starters from here unless you want a ton of wasted time in labor and warranting part every 3 months. Awesome people though that make you smile and laugh.

Francisco at this location was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a speed sensor drop out after hitting a pothole in Idaho Falls on our way to Kennewick, WA. Thank you for tools and phone calls chasing down a part.

$13 for a quart of Valvoline synthetic atf. What's with the crazy markup? I guess I should be used to it. Price gouging is the new normal.

My front Lucas plate fal off the car went to O'Reilly s & the helpful staff asked four questions gave me three options then told me the price. In & out in ten minutes. Note I didn't get the rock bottom price kit eather & still have money for the 25 of December

Came in 9:50 pm on Saturday night for help running a code on our truck, as we are from out of town. Travis ran the code and made tools available to me, even provided some help, even though they probably are not supposed to. Wasn t able to get the truck fixed from the parts I got and the code it read, but can t expect more from parts store. Travis went above and beyond.

They had all I needed. Good prices. Great selection. Slow service, however. I waited 15 minutes for service. That was a bit frustrating.
