Was looking for parts for a 29 Ford Roadster that was converted with a Oldsmobile Rocket engine and drivetrain. I believe the guy that always helps us is Rick. He is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to find what we need or something that will work in place of what we need. Here is a picture below of what we are working on.

Heather the manager from Burley was working over on Kimberly road in Twin Falls and she was awesome with helping me get my headlight fixed

They never like to answer the phone in Shoshone and the phone service sucks. Devon does great it is the other employees. The Bellevue stop is even worse I am a paying customer and believe me I am not afraid to go south instead of supporting our local business.

Your employee pamela is so helpful and courtious she is a d elite to have her help. If she doesn't no an answer she will ask the manager. Your very lucky to have her. I have been in customer service all my life wish I could have had an employee like her

If I could give it a -5, I would. Asked to use the restroom and was directed to it. Came back out selected the one item I needed. Waited for 15 minutes to pay while one employee talked to her friend at the counter and the other made several phone calls. Neither one of them even acknowledged us waiting.Put the lock back and went to AMI to get what I needed. I will never take my business back to NAPA in Burley... EVER!

Called to verify if they had a specific bulb. I was assured that they had it. I went in and found not only did they not have it but they don't carry it and that they couldn't even order the bulb. In the end, I was directed to another store or to Amazon.

Went here since some of the other auto parts stores didn't have what I needed, a employee came to me made sure I got what I needed. Never had that in an auto parts store! They had everything I was looking for in stock! Will now go there for any automotive or truck parts!

Great service. they knew the part number before looking it up on the computer! The only bad is all the staff including the manager will answer the phone wile helping you, its a little annoying. They need to put them on hold and help the guy in front of them first.
