I came in because I have a specific problem that Commercial Tire could not resolve. I explained at length that my problem was specific and that it required more than the basic diagnostic analysis to determine the problem. He was polite and I assumed that he would assign someone who could address the specific nature of the problem, but instead, I was passed off to a technician who ran it through the basic diagnostics that I had told them, had already been done by Commercial tire. No surprise, the problem was not fixed and nothing at all was done to address the specific nature of the problem, nor did I receive any information about what the problem might be. They suggested that if the problem persisted, to bring it back in to have it re-diagnosed. Not going to happen, I took it in to Commercial tire three times and they could fix the problem or even identify what the problem was, not going to waste my time with the same token commercial excuses. It's evident that I will have to take my vehicle out of Burley, likely to Boise, to resolve the issue with a company that can actually do so.

If you want to see what good old fashioned customer service is go here! Employees were literally running to provide excellent service to their customers. I was so impressed that I complimented them to the manager.

Got a flat driving through while moving states and this location is amazing. All of the employees were so kind and helpful I cannot recommend them enough. They helped us get our tire replaced right before close and got us right back on the road. They were so thorough they even checked the pressure on our trailer tires. Thank y all again!!

They helped me me out when they were at there closing time. I needed a new tire because I had just hit a pot hole driving on a donut tire and I called them up and they helped me out. So thank you guys I'm truly grateful.

They were busy but greeted me as soon as I came in the parking lot. We had a miscommunication that rubbed me the wrong way but Trent reached out and listened to my concerns. He seems to want to improve the store anyway he can. I appreciated his call.

Was in Burley working for the week and had some free time. I decided I would go by the store and have a new set of tires installed on our Mercedes ML320. I didn't realize that the car used an unusual sized tire for a small SUV, but the manager spent some time looking and educating me on my choices. Les Schwab is our go-to tire store anywhere in the Northwest. I decided to go ahead and have the new tires installed at this store because of the time they spent helping me decide.

The rv we rented blew because the tires were worn. We were miles away but the team at this Les Schwab went above and beyond driving out to change the blown tires and checking the tire in this picture and recommending we come get it changed. Thank you for saving our trip.

Do not have your oil changed here. I was very disappointed.Cost $91. Crazy. 2012 minivan - high mile synthetic.Did not check my battery, which died on me, leaving me stranded. Thank goodness for AAA.Tires were not checked. Air pressure was off. I specifically asked for this check and was told that it had been done.I've been to les schwab all over the west coast, I thought they could be trusted.

been a customer for few years, we are very satisfied with the service they have provided thus far. They are fair with warranty service when issues happen one of my tires blew out an they were out of stock so I got a great deal replacing the other 3 . Thank you les schwab . On Sunday, July 21 I was driving from Salt Lake City to Boise after completing my spartan race and my truck tire blew out while driving on the freeway. It was very scary! The tires we use are brand new from les Schwab so not only was it scary but also frustrating that a brand new tire would go flat. I ended up having to have a tow truck tow my truck to the nearest tire shop which happened to be Walmart in Burley. I explained to the Walmart employees that Les Schwab is who ALWAYS does my tire service in Boise, Idaho. One of the employees kindly called the on-call les schwab service number, which I did not know existed. I was able to get a hold of Gilbert and explain the situation and he was able to get a hold of Kyle the Burley store manager. They were kind enough to meet me at the les Schwab store on a Sunday evening when it was after hours at 6pm. I was pleased to see they had our exact tire in stock and it was covered by warranty and they were able to quickly get it replaced and get me back on the road to Boise. Their kindness and generosity and professionalism is what keeps our family going back to Les Schwab every time!

Great service and nice staff.Our front right wheel started squealing, but it didn't sound like a stuck rock to me. It was less than an hour before closing when I called, but they said bring it in. By the time I got there, the squealing had stopped, but Ryan still looked it over and drove it, but of course, no squealing. He thought it was OK, but suggested I make an appointment for the next day when the alignment staff was there to check it on a lift. I brought it back the next day, thinking it had just been a rock, and feeling a bit like I was wasting Les Schwab's time. Ed listened to my story and then thoroughly checked the car. He then explained everything he found and let me know that the car was fine, all without making me feel stupid for wasting his time. Great customer service. The ladies at the desk were very nice and helpful too.

I needed a flat repair and tire rotation, both were complimentary. They discovered my struts were leaking. They repaired the struts, springs and hardware. They did an awesome job and it was done when they said. I'm well pleased, as usual.

Passing through from out of state for a wilderness adventure and was stopped by a nail in our tire. La worked at nascar pit crew speeds to get us back on the road! Amanda, Trent, La, and the whole crew were awesome - thank you for taking care of us!P.S. thanks for the popcorn to solve my hangriness

Love this place and the people. They always treat me right. Great store. It was sad to see it turn into a corporate store from a franchise but still a lot of great people and still get treated just as good as I always have.

one hundred percent amazing company. other service locations didn't even answer their phone and this branch answered and promised a timeline and price and completed our roadside tire repair and replacement promptly and at a reasonable cost considering tire warranty and roadside service! thanks a million! you saved our road trip!

Was told it wold take 30 minutes but took an hour before it was even taken in and they were not besy people just standing around I could see if the were besy but to fix a flat should not take over an hour

Fast and professional. It is such a pleasure to see such great service. We travel a lot and we needed tires and did not want to wait an hour or more to have them put on, at Les Schwab they get you in and out and the work is done right. Highly recommend. Employees were friendly and courteous, so we will definitely use them again.

I was heading back to Utah and I had a small leak. Within 15 minutes of closing I called ahead to see if they could get me in and the young woman who answered the phone was polite and said... "Sure", and said pull on into one of the open bays. I pulled into a bay and Trent immediately took care of me, and Trey patched two holes, one was a screw and the other a staple!I am so grateful and cannot thank you all enough, now I can relax as I travel back home safely!Jeff

A tire blew on our RV and while we were waiting for AAA to send someone to put on our spare, we called Les Schwab to see if they could fit us in and inspect our tires and make sure we would be safe driving the rest of the way to Oregon. I was greeted by such a friendly lady on the phone who assured us that they would help us and take care of us. We got there right before they were supposed to close but they were super accommodating and helped us anyway. Aaron was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! We feel much safer with our new tires. It was a bummer that this happened to our RV but I m glad we went there! Thank you Burley Les Schwab team for the great customer service and for saving the day!

Cal a few days ago and got a price for an oil change Today I went and I even mentioned the price and when I went to pay it was double the quote. Some excuse about a special oil needed and is hard to get. The synthetic was in my quote earlier and I know it required extra quarts so needless to say I won t be going back

Old ownership was awesome. Service was fast and you were out the door in no time. However it is not that place anymore. If you re needing to get out in a hurry this isn t the place. New ownership took over and it s been slow ever since. The last three times we ve had our vehicles serviced, it has taken 3 hours, almost 4 the last visit. Not to mention, they forgot to put the oil cap back on my car. I m sure you can imagine the headache that was. We have since taken our business elsewhere.

Madi, AJ, and Trent definitely showcase Les Schwab's reputation of great customer service! They helped me understand the available options & time frames regarding the repair. When the car had to stay in the shop for the weekend, they even offered to drive me to where I needed to go! Above and beyond! I highly recommend Les Schwab!

Had a great experience here. Got a flat tire in the middle of a road trip for work. The manager Aaron took great care of me and made sure I had what I needed to get me to my destination knowing I had an appt for new tires upon my return. Truly grateful for the care they provided to keeping me safe on the road. Aaron is the best, if you need help he is great!!!Aaron Bingham

Outstanding! They fixed my flat in record time, even when they were busy on Saturday. And then a technician stayed late past his shift to check my car for a weird noise I had reported hearing on the drive in. Car turned out to be fine and the grand total...? Free. Great place.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and they managed to help me when I was in a financially tight pinch.I'd had both front tires on my VW Beetle worn down to the bare wires, making them impossible to repair, and after explaining to the crew here that I intended on purchasing tires from them as soon as I could afford it, they lent me, free of charge, a set of wheels and tires to get me by until then.Five months after having my tires installed, they're still absolutely wonderful, and it's nice to know that if I'm traveling abroad that should I run into any issues, I can pull into any Les Schwab location, and they'll honor the warranty on the tires, free of charge.

We have used Les Schwab before all over Idaho, and these guys have the highest Service rates. They also change prices when billing. They charged us $48 one time and $98 the next time. The second time when they charged us $98, the guy who did the service call had to use our air chuck because he forgot his own. We had everything prepared for him to change the tire and they still charged us more for this call even though the guy was only there for a total of 20 minutes. They said they wouldn't do anything to help us even though we had the tire ready to be removed and he had to use our tools. Make sure to call around and sign the price sheet right then. Don't give them the benefit of the doubt. I also called on a Thursday and they said they would call me back to go over the bill, but I never received a call back. I had to call them again the following Monday.
