Goode Motors helped me find my "forever" truck at a very affordable price. The sales personnel were friendly and worked hard to find me the best financing. They went over everything that was available to insure my truck, but I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want. (They even threw in extra things I didn't expect)

An absolutely amazing experience and a very easy one at that. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Kevin Millward was the gentleman who helped me and he was super friendly and made the whole process overall great. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I started the day with the intention of starting the first of many hours across so many days it used to take to buy a car. I reached out and next thing I knew I had a very reasonable upgrade on the car quality I was approved for and the car I was looking at. In less than 2 hours of sit down time I had my Jeep!

Absolutely the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership.Our vehicle broke down two hours away from our home. We got a tow to Goodie. We were met with wonderful hospitality, immediate attention, diagnostics and super nice people. we had our daughter come pick us up and left our vehicle feeling confident it was in good hands.One week later, Goode called and told us it was ready for pick up. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also worked with Ford to help warranty some parts, even though we were out of warranty.Big thanks to Nick at the service center and Landon who expertly fixed our vehicle. This experience have restored our faith in dealerships and with (Ford).Can t, thank you all enough!

I bought a used truck and after a few thousand miles discovered several problems that were apparent at purchase. Jordan the salesman and jack his boss went way above and beyond what was expected of them. Also Nick at the service department made sure everything was in tip top shape before they gave it back to me. Also Brian was the mechanic that performed all the work. I just want to personally thank all those individuals and say they are all caring people with big hearts. And thank you to Goode motor for having such a caring staff.

After getting lots of recalls done w/ our 2022 F-150 (including one with the windshield wipers), a few weeks later our junction box to the wiper relay wasn t working. Our wipers were working perfectly fine until they messed with the recalls. I went in for a scheduled service on Mon. thinking it would take an hour or so to fix & after 3.5 hours of waiting for an update, they told me the vehicle was not safe to drive. I have kids so I needed a vehicle in the meantime since the technician told me the part would take 3-5 business days to get it from Texas. I felt like I had to beg for a loaner car and when they finally gave me a loaner car an hour later, it was the crappiest car with damage to the front bumper. Since that Mon. appt I waited the 3-5 business days & then called since I had no update on the truck. They told me on Thurs. that it would be done tomorrow on Fri. Fri. comes, and still no update. I end up waiting another week & finally call the following Thurs. & they tell me that the vehicle will be ready that night. I understand that parts take time to arrive and to install, but at least give me an update. Super unprofessional.

I needed to seek immediate service for my car whilst out of state. TJ was able to help me out and got me back on the road in just under a couple of hours. The Goode Motor Ford team were all very polite and very understanding!

I brought my vehicle to Goode Ford, because I don't care for the Ford dealership in Twin Falls. What a night and day difference! From the initial setup of the appointment to the actual service, Goode was polite and professional. They also offered to do the Ford pickup of my vehicle for service that the dealership in Twin didn't offer. Will definitely be bringing my Bronco into Goode Ford for my Bronco service in the future! Almost forgot, they did drop off and pickup in town so I didn't have to wait in their lounge. Got a recommendation for a breakfast place, had breakfast while I waited! Can't beat that!

Exceptional customer experience! They got me exactly what I wanted, they were able to get it quickly, they were very communicative with me, the price was fair, and they leaned over backwards for me on several items. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I highly recommend Goode Ford!

The staff was very alert and attentive to my needs. I had to use a scooter to get around due to my recent surgery. And while waiting the staff brought me coffee and a warm cookie fresh from the oven. And when I needed information or ask questions the techs and the staff were very friendly about giving me the information. They treated me very well and I was very pleased with their customer service. And they gave me all the information I needed regarding the issues i had with car. They made sure that I could leave in my vehicle without an issue. And very grateful for all of them. They even put my Scooter into the back for me as I couldn't walk to get it in or into my car yet. I would recommend them for any of your service needs for your Ford vehicles.Thank you all and a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

I purchased a car not too long ago from Goodie and it has been the best decision by far! The staff were very kind and helpful while I made the choice of a car and while answering any questions I had. Their sales person Jordan Ruiz was very understanding and gave me tons of information on different cars and prices and didnt pressure me on anything he even made sure to get me the best deal possible! I will 100% be recomending them to family members. And if in the future I decide to purchase another car they will be my go to dealership!

Purchased a truck in the end of august last year. Started having major issues within a week. I let the salesman know of the issues after they started happening and they reached out to my local ford dealership to bring it in (which was helpful) they couldn t get it in for 3 weeks, then another 2-3 weeks for repairs. Got the truck back home, next time I went to drive it, it wouldn t start, eventually got it to start but ran really rough and started shaking violently limping it back to the dealer. After weeks I got the truck back home. Drove it once and then it wouldn t start again. Got it towed to the dealer for more repairs. In the span of roughly 5-6 months I had driven the truck 5-6 times, every single month I made the payment it was broken down in the dealership. After speaking with the Goode salesman s manager (Jodie was her name I believe) she wasnt too inclined to help, just offering a trade to spend more money on a truck. After getting frustrated with the sales manager, she stated she would gather more information and get back to me, I haven t heard from her since, the salesman also said he would get back to me after discussing trying to get out of this nightmare of a vehicle, never heard back from him either. I bought a $43,000 truck for work, and not once used it for work in the 6 months I paid for it. in total I m out about $20,000 after finally biting the bullet and working with my local dealership to get out of the truck as I need a truck for work. This situation greatly affected my work, as well as my wife s as I had to use her car for months.Long story short, don t buy anything used from these guys, their help and wanting to earn your business is getting you to spend more money no matter how much you ll lose.

Traveling thru Burley on 2200 mile road trip when the Van's CV joint clunked out 45 miles out of town -- made it in at 5:30 PM on a Thursday evening, Nick, the service mgr and Landon the technician, went to right to work to diagnose and order parts... said would'nt be ready till monday...But these guys had such a Stellar attitude to help, even so late in the day towards closing time - Most Professional and Personal Service department i've seen, ANYWHERE, and since my first car in '73, i've seen 'em all.they overnighted the parts, and Landon worked on his day off of Service, Saturday, and i was on my way;i was a little stressed, had farms to visit in Utah; but most important, i was on my way to the bay area to deliver my Mother's Eulogy the next wednesday.... it was almost surreal to be on the road Saturday afternoon - really, surreal is not overstating it.thanks again to everyone at Goode who helped me get on the road and deliver the message with a lot less stress... life! what a thing...

I can't say anything bad about the vehicles specifically or the service department. This is about the sales staff. I inquired about a 2019 Tiguan that they had for sale on True Car on Monday. I was contacted by someone named Jodie. We went through my financials and I filled out a credit app. I don't have the best credit due to divorce. She asked me if I had a cosigner. I initially told her no because I wanted to see if I would qualify for the loan on my own before I involved anyone else. She told me, "We'll see what we can do." Today, Wednesday, I got a notification that the car I was inquiring about was sold. I contacted Jodie via text message thanking her for not getting bacn to be about the car. She told me I didn't have a cosigner, apologized and then when I expressed my frustration about the whole ordeal, she said "Why are you blaming your bad credit on me? There's only so much we can do." I expressed that I'm not blaming her for my situation, I'm blaming her for the lack of customer service. The sales staff appears to be the type to not contact you if you have less than perfect credit and will not get back to you when they imply they will. I'd go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. If you're not going to communicate with people, you don't have good cusomer service. Period. And when your income is based off of customer service, you might want to look at how you're doing business. Just my two cents.

I had to wait a long time for the right rig to come by for my wife but we found one that we love and they worked hard to get us financing that was way better than I was expecting with interest rates the way they are right now. Nothing but stars all the way around.

Started when I made my appointment to have recall work completed on my 2021 F150. In the service department it was more important for staff to be on their phones than ask what I needed. Appointment was set and I requested that a software update be completed also. On 11-30- 2023, I dropped off my truck at 8:30, at 11:30 I recieved a text that my truck was ready for pick up. I went to pick it up, they handed me my key without any information on what had been completed. I asked what work was done and found they had not completed the software update. I never saw any parts that were replaced and had trouble getting the correct info. Really disappointed in their customer service and inability to complete requested tasks. Don't feel confident that the work was actually done.

Hunny and I were en route to Idaho Falls from Boise for Thanksgiving when our 2018 Expedition started having issues shifting in cruise control, revving, and the transmission temp went up to nearly 250. Ford dealership in Twin Falls was full so we stopped at Goode Ford in Burley, who got us in right away. Within an hour and half they had it up, looked at, and test driven. Turned out the peoplewho d done a transmission flush before our trip had filled it a quart and a half too full. They explained everything and the charge was reasonable. Excellent customer service, especially on a holiday. Thank you for helping us get safely back on the road for Thanksgiving!

I received a recall notice for my car.I called Goode Motor for an appointment. They ordered the part and it was ready to be installed on the day of my appointment. When they had my car fixed and ready to go it had been washed. Now that s what I call going the extra mile. Goode Motor has always provided outstanding service. Thank you!!

I lost one of my Key Fobs and called them at 4:00 - they hooked me up. They had the Fob in stock and set it up for me right away. I would definitely suggest Goode Ford to anyone. If I live here in Burley I would most certainly purchase my vehicles from them. They do it right. It s good to go to a dealership that doesn t have an attitude, thanks!
