We had a couple of warning lights come on as we were driving from Salt Lake to Boise so called Don's after reading good reviews about them. They told us that even though they are backlogged 3 weeks (probably a sign of how good they are!), to come by and they would take a look at it. When we arrived, a kind gentleman came out to our van and scanned it to help diagnose. I would totally recommend them and am grateful they were so kind with their time today!

I lost my Mr. Fix it this year and have been at the mercy of fixers. This place made me feel confident immediately. A friend recommended them and now, I do! You should go!

Best mechanic I ve ever been to. I was passing through Burley on my way to move to Utah, when my car died. Regardless of being extremely busy, they squeezed me in. When is wasn t an easy repair, they offered to work on their day off to get me back on the road. I got phone updates throughout the day with progress and any new findings, even pictures of the worn down parts!The staff at Don s ended up replacing my clutch and radiator in one day! This allowed me to get to my new job on time.Very friendly, amazing customer service, (they even dropped me off and picked me up from my hotel). I am so grateful to the team at Don s, they went above and beyond.

I broke down years ago on 84 near the Utah border. I got a tow to Don's. They not only fix my ranger pickup truck but also gave me a ride to and from my hotel room. I was able to take the long drive to Florida in that old truck. I highly recommend Don's Repair Shop. If ever in Burley, ID again and need auto repair, I'd gladly go back to Don's.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Don's Repair is phenomenal. Repairs are done well and for a good price. Customer service is phenomenal! My car was rattling and had a coolant leak and I needed it fixed ASAP since school is starting soon. I got my car in first thing in the morning yesterday and by mid afternoon I got a call that my car was not just diagnosed, but already ready to go!! The price was far less than I expected as well for the repairs and I absolutely did not expect to be back on the road the same day I took my car in. Service is excellent both over the phone and in person and my car is good as new and running better than before!! Excellent and now I see why they are so highly recommended!!! Thank you!!!

I am a delivery driver based out of Boise, my delivery truck blew the water pump today, 6/2/20. brought the truck in around 1pm they had me up and running quickly and with out any further issues. great customer service, great value, great work. highly recommend. clean shop, seemed very organized and prompt service.

I had issues with my car for quite some time, had it sit at a mechanic shop for 7 months, once returned to me it was still having issues. I decided to look else where and found Don's Repair Shop. My car was fixed within a few days! Not weeks, months, but days! Price was within our budget. So happy to finally have my car back. Thanks Don's Repair! Definitely recommend.

Honest folks that get the job done. I asked everyone around Burley who I should take my F150 to to get the check engine light looked at and everyone I asked said Don's repair. Apparently they are the best in Burley. I called them up and scheduled an appointment. I had to wait two weeks because they were so backlogged. I guess that is a good sign that they're so busy. Anyway, the day came, dropped it off and by lunch if was done. They were a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience! We were on our way to Salt Lake during a snow storm and our car started to make a strange sound and was vibrating. We dropped into Don s to get it checked out. They took it right in and tried to find the problem. Don came back and drove with my husband to try to detect the sound. It ended up being a very minor issue, but we were very pleased with the service and the price. Everyone at Don s shop was very friendly! I highly recommend this shop!

I love Don's Repair, they under promise and over deliver I trust them to tell me what's wrong and fix what needs fixing without replacing a bunch of stuff to drive the price up!I have had them fix everything, I even will make the trip from Twin Falls trailering my junk because I trust Doug and the team they have built!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Don's Repair is such an honest and quick working automotive shop! Before Don's I had my car at Goodie automotive for almost a month and they didn't fix a thing and wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for a list of things they said "needed to be fixed." Never go to a dealership to fix your car! Don's repair is the best place to go and like I said... so honest! I have not yet had any personal experience with having a vehicle repaired by Don's, but in have had friends who have used their services. Based on their experiences I would never take my car to any other service center. Don's delivers dependable work, at fair prices, and provides great customer service!

Doug and Julie are two of the most caring and honest people I have ever met. The first time I met them was during a recent cross country road trip to record music when my van broke down. I had my van towed to Don's Repair and at this point I was stranded. They made sure I was comfortable and even fed me while I waited for my family to pick me up. I am forever in debt to them for their hospitality and their overall kindness to a stranger they never met before. I will never forget these amazing people and consider them family. Bless them both and all the employees at Don's Repair. There are not many good people left these days and with all I had went through just trying to get to my destination I consider myself blessed to have met these terrific human beings

Good gravy this shop is full of angels! On a 2,000 mile road trip we had a bearing break and these AMAZING people were able to get it fixed and get us back on the road despite how badly we broke it. For as stressful of a situation it is to break down in the MIDDLE of the night 1,000 miles from home these guys surely made the process less stressful. Im not sure I can convey how happy and grateful we are for an amazing shop that knew that they were doing.

We got stranded in Burley and even though they were busy they got our car fixed in a timely manner to get us home quickly. Super professional. Very kind! I'd definitely go back to them again... If we lived in Burley.

I have receipts from them, I will post pictures of it. They scammed me and I will come back and get what it owed to me.Thieves. Simple and clear. My car broke down and was out of the question to fix, it was a transmission issue. Limited on money, we asked them for help if they knew where we could junk it or part it out. They said they knew someone and would take care of it, pay them for the assesment and sign the car over. They took out information with the intent on sending us the money because the yard was closed that day. 3 months later, no money. Don't go here, don't trust them.

I took my car to A mechanic he couldn t figure out what s wrong with my car he He had it for a week I missed two days of work stressed out a friend referred me to Don he diagnosed it told me what was wrong with it was a ball joint going out set up appointment with them fixed it Reasonable price I really appreciate it thank you thank you friendly service and good mechanics from now on I m taking my car to himServices: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

We feel very blessed to have happened upon this repair shop!!! We were headed to a family reunion in our motorhome when we pulled over to get gas at the maverick in burley. Our motorhome started shaking and didn t feel like we should keep driving. It was after work ours so we just searched online for an auto shop. We randomly picked this one because it opened the earliest. Right at 8 am the mechanics showed up, saw us, diagnosed the problem of a loose fan, then had us in our way in an hour! Definitely recommend this company! Very down to earth and knowledgeable!!

What a friendly and professional team! When my wife and I were traveling through Burley our rear pinion seal failed. Our vacation was about to be cancelled! A local contact recommended Doug and gave a call for us. These folks squeezed us in and got us on our way with just enough time to walk to lunch. Vacation saved. In my home town this would have taken at least a 24 hour wait. Wow!

I broke down in the highway and went to Dons Repair shop. The guys were very quick to help figure out the problem with my car. I was in and out super fast with my car running. Big thanks to the knowledgeable crew at Dons Repair!!

Great place. Took a car in on a Friday after their hours and we got a call back saying what was wrong with it and when itd be done. When we got the call saying it was done they stayed late to make sure we could get there and pick it up even though they were supposed to close almost 2 hours prior.

My serpentine belt broke just south of Burley, ID. I had AAA tow me to Don's. We arrived just before 3pm and I was worried about timing. Don fit us in and, despite other issues which could not be immediately addressed before the shop closed, Don got my car driving so I could at least make it back to SLC. I really appreciate him fitting us in given our situation (trying to make it back to SLC on July 3rd and was likely all auto repair shops would be closed on July 4th). Honest, good service.

Was visiting the area and my clutch went out. They got the parts ordered and put in and got me on my way as quickly as possible. I'm very happy with the service.
