I'll give this place 5 stars because my tow truck driver Clayton was nice enough to drive 50+ miles at 2am to rescue me in the middle of heckin nowhere south of Burley. Plus he recommended a few good hotels in the area. One of my belts decided to part ways with my engine and the mechanics got me back on the road quickly the next day. It was my fault for driving a car with 172k on it and not checking it before a long drive. The price was a little steep for the repair but that's okay. The work was quality and they got me back on the road to Utah. Thanks, y'all!

Crawford a tow truck driver was very nice and knowledgeable. Sad to say we had to use them after being hit by a drunk driver. But great that they were quick to respond and very professional!

They hauled a car that was in an accident to their tow yard. There were items inside the car that the isp office had wrote were in the tow sheet and When we arrived to retrieve items from said car the next morning; since the insurnace company hadn't filed an insurance claim yet and crawfords wouldnt let us grab the items that day, so we had to wait until the next morning. The items were no longer in the car the next morning when we arrived back at the tow yard to retrieve Said items. After a solid week of emails between isp and and the towing company Crawfords towing responded that someone jumped their fence took the said items and they are not responsible. Crawfords also told us that no one had gotten into the back seat of the car because of blood. But there was no blood anywhere but the drivers door. However their outside yard has razor wire along the top of the fencing. Kinda odd how things just vanish from their yard.

Amazing people! Helped me when I needed it super fast. Very friendly on the phone and when they showed up. Was there in minutes! Very affordable! I just can't say enough positive about them. It's hard to find a company that is not out to take advantage of you.

Atuo body repair-Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend to anyone. Wouldn't even get it in to work on it for a month. Original quote was $3,000 by the time it was done was almost $10,000. I believe that this company screws insurance and customers. We was also told it would be done in 5 days and it took a month. Parts that they said they needed and waiting on were still the original part on the vehicle when we got it back. Hood that was supposed to be new was just tweeked then repainted and still doesn't shut right. List could go on. We were just sick about what we discovered and quit looking. Staff was not professional and would talk about other employees and customers.

Terrible! Never seen a place milk it worse. After selecting them from choices insurance gave us and finally approving their quote they informed us it would be a month before the could even look at it. After finally working on truck they called repeatedly with "new problems" that were in the original qoute. Told us it would be finished next week numerous times and might need more money because insurance wouldnt cover it and had to be reminded it was already approved. I called to complain and was told everyone was out for the holidays wich happened to be the following week. When i finally picked up truck the hood lines dont match up and it doesnt close tightly. NEVER AGAIN!

They did great work! Would have loved a little bit more updates on what was going on with my vehicle or a time frame of when it would be done while it was there, but my car looks great after having it fixed there.

I broke down on a long trip. Loren and his mechanics were a great help. The got my truck fixed and had me back on the road with minimal down time. They did a great job and I would suggest to anyone to use them. Keep up the great work guys.

Our car broke down and was towed here, where we learned the car was not salvageable. They treated us very kindly when giving us the bad news, gave us a bunch of resources to get back on our way, helped us find a good deal for the car, and even let us camp out in their shop for a bit while we arranged rides. Very kind, professional, and respectful.

They were fairly professional although a bit pricey. They wouldn t give me a precise quote other than saying it would be at least $200 or more. When I asked how much more than $200 the guy wouldn t tell me. My car just needed to be pulled a couple feet and there was an access road less than 30 feet away to do it safely and the body shop is less than 4 miles away.Still, they were the most professional in the area that I called although I ended up calling up a family member instead.

Update: he called in the morning and said the call dropped and he tried to get back to me a few times. While I have another tow company helping, I could sense his concern and he said if anything happens to give him a call. I appreciate the kindness, thank you. :)Tried their 24/7 service at 1AM... the guy must ve been tired or something because he hung up on me while I was trying to explain where I was.

AVOID. Opportunists that are just interested in your money.My trucks engine blew halfway to my destination of Canada. The tow truck driver was over an hour and a half late, then would not use a map to find my hotel, and instead drove around the city about three times. He told me not to worry and that I would not be charged for this time. Of course once I receive the bill, I was charged for this.Also, they were more than happy to charge me for the time, to tell me what they already knew. Fortunately a friend of mine talked me into getting it out of there. The engine was obviously shot, and was.Of course, once they knew I wouldn t be sinking anymore money in, they left myself and an elderly couple to maneuver and tow out my large truck. Did not care whatsoever to help.Classy, guys.

Traveling from SLC to Twin Falls on a delivery, I needed a fuel filter replaced in my '02 7.3 diesel excursion. If you know these trucks it is a very simple swap -- about 15 min and a 40.00 part. I had no tools with me and wanted to use the time to browse Google and to call around SLC to try to find a specialist that could see my son who had broken his hand prior to this trip. After stopping near the freeway at another shop that wanted 165.00, I called Crawford's and had a GREAT experience. They did the filter for 70.00 as quoted over the phone. I used the time to get an appointment for my son back home and was on my way. The people at Crawford's are there to take care of people well and are competent. The other shop I went to even after talking with them that the part was only 40.00 and at most 15 min to swap agreed that it was simple to do but still insisted it would be 165.00. Crawford's initial quote was 95.00 less/ right on point.Thanks Crawford's for your honesty and customer care. Impressive experience.

I was broken down on interstate and they were only tow company who answered there phone. They picked us up and since we were out of town. They took us to campground and help us put our camper in a spot. The next day picked us up and took me to get a rental car in twin falls too. The fixed our truck that day. We were back on the road to home and back in time to work on Monday. Thank you so much. You are so awesome.

We had been rear ended on the freeway and got towed to Crawford's because the car was not safely. Tracy dropped what he was doing right away and checked to see if there was something he could do. Turns out there was a way to make it safe to drive and he took care of it. We were only there an hour. Very grateful for his friendliness and helpfulness.

I have been going to them for 25 years. Even after I moved to Utah. If I can get my car to them i take it to them. They are premium body shop. Their work is out standing. The auto repair shop is honest and do great work. Which is rare now days. If you need any type of work for your car or truck USE these guys

They helped me when I was in a bind. Im extremely thankful esp to the women at the front who helped me with my car (Pontiac grand prix). I highly recommend these guys.

Excellent service. I needed help late on Sunday night. I started down the list of 24hr service & towing companies. I left messages with several and was getting disgusted because there was no response. Crawford's picked up on the third ring. And responded to my location (about 20 miles away) within 30 minutes. I was back on the road before I got a return call from anyone else. If you need help anywhere near Burley Idaho call them first.

Crawford's does amazing work. My old 2003 Subaru looks brand new. I was honestly shocked at how good it looks. I had a dinged up car for years and finally decided to take it in for repairs...it was well worth it. They fixed the front bumper and both fenders, also replaced the splash guard.I had taken my car to two other bodyshops in Burley and Crawfords gave me the best price. They saved me a few hundred dollars. Quality place and the people there are really nice.

Crawford towing must not be paying their employees enough since Mr Rojas the tow guy had felt like he needed to steal money out of my wallet that was left in the truck when he towed it. The guy in charge of the towing department takes no kind of responsibility for his employees nor his department. I had my truck towed on Jan 4th around 9 A.M. and during that time my cash was taken out of my wallet, also Rojas had felt it was necessary to dig in my glove box and take my all my personal belongings out and leave them on the passenger seat.. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST CRAWFORD WITH YOUR VEHICLE NOR ANY BELONGINGS AS WE DID AND WE ARE OUT OF OUR RENT MONEY . & surprisingly there is no cameras anywhere!

My van broke down in Burley and needed a new engine. As far as I could tell, they were very honest, competent and patient with me throughout the process. If I brake down in Burley again I'll go to them again.

You don't want to go anywhere else! They make your difficult situation a little easier to handle from the ladies in the front office to the hard working guys at the shop. We highly recommend Crawford!!!
