Very fast and polite and efficient. I was at work and got a nail in the tire. they had us in and out in under 20 minutes which saved me big time and allowed me to still get my work done and be one time. all of the employees were extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail what was going to be done and didn't leave me sitting there without bringing me up to speed. I would for sure go here again and suggest that anyone looking for the same type of experience i had go there aswell.

Out tire was starting to go flat during a trip and they were able to take us in really quickly and check our tire and fix the problem. When we asked them to check the rest of our tires and brakes they did and made sure our car was shipshape.

The customer service here was top notch and the staff was helpful and friendly. Their service was prompt and efficient. I cannot give 5 stars however, as the problem that I had, my vehicle pulling to the right was not resolved and neither the alignments or tire rotation and balancing, fixed the problem. It might be a problem outside of their purview but as alignment specialists, I feel like they could have given me a more definitive assessment of the actual problem and referrals of where to address it. I would definately go back there as the customer service was excellent and I have full confidence of their ability to perform normal services. Thank you for your pleasant service, I will see you again when my vehicle needs a standard service.

I had my front end worked on. New sway bars. New struts. New tire and an alignment. They did an amazing job. I feel like I m driving a new car!!

Not too good.. I went in there to get rid of a squealing noise my breaks were making. They told me a bunch of things that were causing the breaks to make that squealing noise. I said ok fix it. They did it and charged me over 1000 bucks. The noise continued from the moment I got it out of the shop. Took it back and they told me it was the front breaks and that it would be 500 dollars more. I took it to Les Swab and they were able to fix the whole car for less than what these guys charged me. Never again coming back here.

Terrible service, went in for an alignment. Not sure if it was bc I was out of state or a female, but they try to tell me I needed all new ball joints and two new rods on my vechile. The labor alone was over 1100.00! Charging 150 an hour for labor, highest I ever seen. Took it somewhere else for a second opinion before writing this review and turns out all my ball joints and rods are perfectly fine. Got the alignment done there. Be careful this place is too pricey and will try to overcharge to make more money.

Professional and thorough. Watching them through the windows in the waiting room, you can see how thoroughly they inspect each tire and wheel before mounting them

Extremely helpful! Went above and beyond to help us get back on the road after having a blowout on the freeway. Austin was extremely nice and helped us get going again.

Very nice and knowledgeable men in there.Even though I needed two new tires and they were expensive the front office guy explained everything so it wad easy to understand.Four stars just cause so costly !

AWESOME customer service. Ryan and the rest of the team took the time to try to find a wheel for our travel trailer when all the other tire shops in the area didn't even offer. The prices were competitive, but their customer service pushed them over the top. I would definitely recommend this place for all your tire needs.

Honest techs, had an issue with my shocks and being in the industry I was thinking the shock could be saved and just needed washers and a tire. The tech agreed and didn t try and sell me on more hours . Stand up people here! Danielle at the counter was also very helpful!

Had a tire losing air and stopped in on our way home to Utah off the freeway. They repaired our tire at no charge. Excellent service and friendly staff. Could easily have charged us out of state residents for the repair.

Oh my gosh, I don't know where to even begin to thank the manager and the staff here.If you are traveling, and you have any kind of need concerning automotive repair, this would be the very first place that I would go to.I would especially like to thank the gentleman at the front counter on November 30th. I can't even share with you how happy I am to know that such great care that I received from this establishment and this gentleman's kindness still exist in society today.Seriously folks, this is the place to go for all of your automotive needs.

Unfortunately Commercial tire has lost my business entirely. Their tire department lost my service years ago by not tightening lugs on my trailer which resulted in a tire flying off at 80 mph. Then I've bought countless Interstate Batteries which have all failed after having them for just over a year, unfortunately the warranty is horrible so I'm left with purchasing a new Battery at full cost, definitely doing that somewhere else. Moving forward all my business will go elsewhere.

I can t say enough about the owners and staff of commercial tire. We pulled in to there business after having a major trailer break down while heading south. They bent over backwards to help us out. The main thing was that the work required was that I needed a new axle. Which is something that don t do at there shop. But my trailer was unmovable. So they allowed me to have the work done by the other repair team at there shop. Also allowed me to plug in the trailer overnight.I don t live in town. But there people went over and above. Thank you so much.

Had a blow out on my class A RV and hobbled my way to the shop in Burly, ID. They were very accommodating and competitive in cost of service. I had my four rear tires replaced by these professionals and I am soooo pleased. Thanks to this shop, I didn't miss a beat on my trip, and did i say "HOW ACCOMODATING THEY WERE" WoW you guys are superior in service.

I pulled in off the hwy to check the air in my tires. I was informed quickly that i had a nail in the tire. He quickly repaired it and sent me on my way. It was a lively experience. Great service

My friend hydroplaned into some rocks and broke the seal on three of his tires. They kindly resealed the tires free of charge. Great people, great place. Highly recommend

We were on a road trip and ran over something on the highway causing a tire to lose pressure. We were in the middle of nowhere Idaho and luckily could drive the 25 miles to Burley. Travis at Commercial Tires helped us immediately and within 15 min the tire was fixed and we were back on the road! Professional and very generous with their time! Recommend this business if in the area or passing through and in need!

The only problem I have with Commercial Tire is the chairs they have to sit in while you wait. They are not very comfortable for larger sized people. Other than that I received great service.

I personally find it amusing to watch shops like this to give customers the run around. I had called and changed up an appointment and apparently nobody had changed it in the system which would have been cool to move things to the right for a later date. But the said they would squeeze me in anyway. So the mechanic pulls the truck on the lift and lifts up the front end to check for play in 6 month old ball joints. He stated he could not do an alignment because of it, which is ok I understand but I asked him to show me what play looks like because I was the one who changed those ball joints because the old ones had play. So I'm watching him check for play and I flat out did not see any play at all. It's obvious they were just looking for an excuse. I wasn't going to make a big deal but just giving others a heads up on how these guys operate as a business.

Just amazing! I got a flat about 60 miles from Burley and had to use the dreaded donut tire in the rental car. After dealing with the run around with the rental company, I was told to go to Commercial Tire in Burley. They were simply the best. They didnt have to go over the top for me because the rental company was paying the bill, but they treated me very well and I was in and out in an hour! If you need service in this area, go to Commercial Tire in Burley, they are awesome!

Our family was on an emergency trip to Idaho driving from Arizona when the driver encountered large pot holes in the roadway bending the rims and destroying the two front tires. Not having time to wait for new rims the person in charge said that they could hammer out existing rims where they could hold air. Put 2 new tires on and was able to make destination. Thank You Everyone at Commercial Tire in Burley, Idaho.

They took less than 20 mins. to change 2 tires on our trailer. They were so friendly and affordable!
