It was a really busy day it took around 3 hours to get a tire, and oil change. Definitely need to set something up. I don't know how likely it is for them to accept a walk in

Great and Friendly. I have been going to Dennis and his family for service for a very long time. They defiantly keep the hometown feel. Plus it's always pleasant to see a familiar face. They don't treat you like these bigger places. I would recommend them all the time.

Best customer service in town. Dennis is very professional and easy to work with and his prices are competitive. I have bought tires from other dealers in town but have since went to Claunch's after several less than satisfying experiences elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Dennis and his team came to our rescue during a cross-country road trip when our car had a problem. It was the weekend and I was so glad he was open. What a nice and helpful group. I recommend them wholeheartedly!!

Fantastic--fixed my flat tire *and* changed my oil in a pinch while passing through the area! And the older gentleman at the counter seemed a genuinely nice person. Would absolutely recommend!

As I drove into the parking lot with a busted tire, the gentleman mechanic (probably the owner?) greeted me promptly and inquired how he could help. I was in and out of there in less than 30 mins and only out $40. They offered my pup some water on a super hot day to top it all off. If I lived in this city, I would be here all the time for their terrific customer service and car services.

Was looking for some used obsolete rims or a roadster. They only had one. There staff that helped me I was very eager to find anything that would work. The price was great and Dennis always is friendly and greet you with a smile.

The best place to take your car! I have gone to them for just about every car problem I ve had. I m a 20 year old girl and know nothing about cars and every time I go in they educate me as well as help with every little problem in my vehicle. Amazing customer service, and employees. You can tell they genuinely care.

Ordered from tirebuyer, shipped directly to the store. Dennis called me within the hour to let me know they were delivered and wanted to schedule a time for installation. Awesome service and friendly staff.

I absolutely love the service I get here. My last two cars have rode on their tires and I just got a new battery. They do oil changes too! Great people!

Very friendly and will stocked with women magazines for thoes long waiting while your vechile is being service. It has a clean bathroom for being a man's place that's cool. . They're willing to work with you and your tires purchase.

Got an oil change here and everyone was so kind and helpful and had a good sense of urgency to get the job done. Definitely would recommend to anyone in Burley Rupert area

I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for tires for their vehicles. The prices are better than other companies and are very fast getting in. The owners are very knowledgeable about what they do and very friendly. Thank you guys and great job

I had purchased 4 new tires and I was extremely sastified with the customer service I received from Dennis! I was also impressed by the tire techs who had me out the door in less than 30mins. Highly recommend!!!

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the job isn't done yet. But, when everyone else turns you down beacsue you have "aftermarket " suspension parts, these guys stepped up to the challenge. Was very very knowledgeable and shared such info which put me at ease. And offered worst case and best case scenario, and gave me several options. I will definitely be pulling my business from Les Schwab and taking my business here. Great attitude Work was better then I had expected and cheaper. And when they discovered something was broke they fixed it. Full disclosure on what they did and what I need to do from now on. Even had great customer service. Definitely taking my and anyone's else's business here from now on.

Claunch's Tires is a good home town, locally owned tire shop. I needed a used tire for an old car and they had it for about half what I'd have expected it to cost at larger chain stores. Good guys to work with too. Thanks!

Friendly service. I felt they were honest and not high priced. I had my oil changed there.
