I was driving through town heading to Billings MT when my check engine light came on and my truck started wanting to turn off I went to one shop and they wanted to charge me 700 dollars. I decided to get a second opinion so I went to Casiano s auto repair and they were so friendly and knowledgeable! They charged me a fraction of what the other shops wanted to charge me. The person that helped me was named Adam and he got me back on the road in 15 minutes! He put his lunch off to help me get back on the road! The guy was awesome and very knowledgeable if you need help come check these guys out!!!

Screwed me, overcharged me, used the wrong parts and I had too hire the same tow truck a second time too get it too another shop. They didn't even try too hide it, just screwed me. Never again.

Broke down in burley and they were so quick to get us in and fixed, and on our way. Amazing service and Adam was great at communicating with me throughout the process. Thank you!

I paid them $400 to fix my overheating problem. They thought it was a thermostat issue, so they replaced it. The next day, I still had overheating problems. Had to pay another mechanic to try and fix it, and they said that cassiano's thermostat was put in the wrong way (car worked fine after the second mechanic). Kind of a big blunder. Decent people, but they do not seem to know how to diagnose and correct car problems.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was moving cross country when my car suddenly stalled about 16 miles out of town. Luckily it was able to start again and get me into town, but I needed a diagnostic test run on it before I continued my trip. Every place we called said they were booked a few weeks out and I was starting to get nervous. Casiano s went above and beyond that day. Not only did they run a diagnostic test at no charge and give me helpful advice, the man I worked with was extremely kind throughout the entire process. For the first time ever, I felt like landed at an auto shop that wasn t going to try to cheat me in some way. He absolutely could have used that situation for his benefit, yet he didn t and I m so, so grateful. We need more places like Casiano s! Cannot recommend enough.

Carlos was great! My daughter broke down on the freeway on a Sunday evening. The tow driver suggested Casiano's. Talked with Carlos on Monday morning. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and made the repair before the Thanksgiving holiday. I really appreciated his professionalism, pleasant manner for talking with customers and getting the repair done quickly. Traveling from Washington State, PNW, to Tennessee my van started slipping out of park. I stopped at a mechanic that was full and refered me to Casiano's. Within two minutes Jose was upside down burried in the van and in ten minutes it was fixed! This drop in appreciates your work and Thank you so much!

We were driving through Idaho and our alternator started to fail. So glad we noticed by the Burley exit and Casiano's Auto Repair had the heart to take us in and get us fixed up so we could safely continue our travels and not wait around for days. Forever grateful. Blew a radiator at the Idaho/Utah state line traveling cross country. Towed to Casiano s because they are the best. Ivan, Jose and Adam dropped everything to work on my vehicle. Super kind guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road within a few hours. They are outstanding mechanics and amazing humans. Buy these guys a beer.

Water pump went out while driving to Boise. They were the closest place that was open on a Saturday. Very friendly and professional. Definitely great place to quickly get repairs done. In September of 2021, I was on my way back to California after a work trip in Boise Idaho and had already stopped at 2 gas stations to try and check my tire pressure and air up my tires. The computer on the car kept blinking and saying the pressure was low no matter how much air I thought I was putting in them. I figured I'd just slow down and find tire shop after 8am in the next town. I got off in Burley, following a sign to a tire shop that wasn't there. I started looking for a place to use the restroom when I noticed this auto shop that was open. I walked in, apologized for not having an appointment and asked if they had time to help me with a tire issue. The gentleman behind the counter was so kind, rushed right out, and aired up all 4 tires. Said that they were low and those gas station machines don't always work. I tried several times to pay and all they asked for was a Google review. So my review is if your passing through Burley and have any vehicles issues, I very highly recommend the great guys at Casiano's Auto Repair! Thank for the peace of mind and getting me and my daughter home safely. Also, thank you for letting me use your restroom!Service: Tires

Jose and his team are always so kind, helpful, and flexible! We have taken our vehicles for detailing, routine maintenance like oil changes, other issues, and tires. Every time we go, he is positive and always explains things so well so I know what's going on with my vehicle and he gives us options. The prices are very fair and I appreciate the flexibility around my work schedule. I recommend them to everybody!

These guys had never met me before, I called from the motel room, asked them if they could fix my van and store it there for me until I could get back to get it. Mind you, I was moving to San Antonio, TX. Had all I had left in a moving truck along with my boy, who is severely handicapped and my ole dog Blue. That by itself would've been enough to make anybody say "sorry lady, we're mechanics, not Saints!! But, much to my surprise, the man on the phone said "sure, bring it down, if I can fix it I will and it can sit here until you figure things out." I was amazed and so grateful. I tried a couple of times to get back up there, but it just couldn't come together. Finally, I got things lined up, called them and told them I was on the way, I had already paid for the first repair so I asked if they would look at the air conditioning, see if they could fix it and I would pay them and pick it up Monday when I got there. Same answer... I called them on Thursday evening like five minutes before they closed. He called me Friday while I was riding the bus up there, told me what he had done and what else he was gonna try, I told him fine and when I walked in there on Monday it was sitting there nice and safe and fixed!! It was a total of a little over 300$ and it is working beautifully. It renewed my faith in humanity, which was big for me. Thank you to all of you there in Burley, Idaho at Casiano's Automotive. You made a really big mess, so much less messy. Your #1 in this old ladies book.

My family was in a minor wreck on the freeway caused by someone side swiping us and it ended up causing some damage to our engine, they were done within the hour including a full tune up and oil change. Very upfront and kind, kept us involved and informed. You really saved our buns being 1000 miles away from our home! I don't know what we would've done without the mechanic who helped us and I wish I caught his name. Thanks for being so amazing during a stressful time!! We all appreciate it so much.

They always let us know if something is wrong after an oil change. They also give us a time frame roughly on how much longer we can go without serious issues. Always fair on pricing and great customer service! Probably the best shop I've had the pleasure of going to. Ivan went out of his way to get us in and fix our van (that we were living out of) as fast as possible. And Adam even did a quick check on our back wheels when I was being paranoid after we left and came back. I would highly recommend them to anyone and they've earned my trust as one of the only shops I go to if I can't do the work myself.

Jose and crew did a fantastic job in getting me back on the road to Texas. A tire blew out, damaging the gas down spout and the gas tank. This was on a Friday. By Monday Jose had made all repairs including, used gas tank, 4 new tires, rear brakes and repaired the down spout to get me home. I could not have asked for a better repair shop to get me road ready to finish my 1400 miles back to Texas. Jose, you guys did a great and timely repairs at a very reasonable cost. We were driving from Washington state to Yellowstone when our AC went out during an unseasonably hot spell (100F +). We called several shops but they were all booked out by several weeks and were quoting $1,500-$1,800 for compressor replacement. Thankfully we found these guys during a rest stop!! They fit us in THE SAME DAY and finished the job in just a few hours, total was $850 for replacement of the compressor, and were extremely friendly and welcoming. I d totally go to them regularly if we lived locally.Service: Air conditioning

I was in the middle of a cross-country road trip when my check engine light came on. Luckily Casiano's was the closest mechanic to me. The mechanics there did a full inspection and took the time to explain to me what the issue was, which was an issue that I could put off until I arrived at my destination. They did a full safety inspection of my engine as well, just to make sure I was safe on the road. They just charged me $10 for the inspection and didn't lie to me or make it seem like my car couldn't get me where I needed to go. These guys are kind and helpful and honest--and I'm thankful they didn't take advantage of my vulnerable situation.

While traveling our A/C stopped working. They were open on Saturday and able to get it fixed and get us back on the road in comfort in about an hour. It was much appreciated on a very hot day!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

About a week ago I was on a road trip to Oregon. My car started to make a loud noise and I was able to make it to Burley, ID. Casiano's got me in first thing in the morning. They were able to get the part I needed fast and had me back on the road the same day. The employees were very friendly. Pricing was fair and straight forward. I am very thankful they repaired my car so quickly.

My family and I were on a road trip returning from visiting family in Utah back home to Washington. Just outside of Burley we found ourselves with smoke pouring out from behind our truck. My husband nursed the truck and the trailer we were pulling to Casiano's Automotive Repair.Ivan was very helpful by looking at it immediately and assessing the issue. He determined it was our rear axle and immediately started looking for parts to give us options. (lower mileage vs. cost and delivery time) Although we ended up delaying our homecoming, he and his crew did everything they could to get us on the road as quickly as possible.I definitely recommend his shop to anyone in town or in trouble on the way through.

I showed up 1 hour before closing. Explained I was driving across country and the AC was working poorly. These guys immediately tested the freon levels and got me fixed up, all within 40 minutes. Highly recommended.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

We were passing through Burley, ID (traveling from Minnesota to Oregon) when we started experiencing brake problems. I googled auto shops and Casiano's was the only place open nearby. Showed up first thing in the morning and Jose said they could get it done for us. We were back on the road by 2pm. Thank you Casiano's and staff.

I was driving to Utah and the check engine light came on. We got to his shop 10 minutes before he closed, and he happily did a free scan on our vehicle and got us on our way. Friendly and good service!

My car broke down at maverick after I filled up with gas. Called Casiano to see how much it would be for a diag Ivan said 85 an hour.. they found out my roll over valve was stuck open and I would have to replace my whole fuel tank which would be 1600 to fix it.. he kept looking for a cheaper way and found out that my car had a recall on it and even got the recall number. They are very honest and humble and their work..

I ended up being stranded at a rest area heading to Utah. Luckily the towing truck driver took me to this shop and they fixed my car in no time. Everyone is super friendly and the prices are fair. Great customer service! Thank you for the help.

Jose was our gaurdian angel!!! Luckily Casianos was the closest mechanic to where we broke down while driving cross country. We were very frustrated due to the fact we had broken down two days before and were overcharged for a service that failed to fix the problem. Jose and his brother Ivan were professional, honest and efficient. They went above and beyond expectations in order to be as sure as possible we would be able to continue our trip! By far the best experience I've ever had with auto repair. Thank you Casianos!!!!
