Went to find a replacement bulb for my headlight and saw that they were out of stock on the shelves. RJ went above and beyond and found what I needed in the back and did everything he could to make sure we had a positive experience. Thanks, RJ!

Had an amazing experience with this AutoZone in Burley! Had a situation where I needed help jumping a car, I didn't have jumper cables with me and upon arriving Andrew was very helpful and even let me borrow his personal jumper cables to get me going. I appreciate the exceptional customer experience he provided me. Thank you Andrew!!!

Area Managers: You've got an EXCELLENT store manager (Andrew) at your Burley store. I ordered a fuel pump assembly unit w/pump online but when I received it there was no pump. I spoke to Andrew and showed him how the ad online shows that item was both assembly unit and pump, but then discovered that when you click for more details is where it states that pump is not included. Andrew took ownership for the error by your website developers and did not try and rely on scape goat tactics to differ blame. He was professional and had zero hesitation to make things right. This is something extremely rare to find these days across most all retailers, regardless of whom you speak to, whether front line associates or store managers. Anyway, somebody needs to give Andrew a pat on back as it was a a breath of fresh air for me to speak to a manager who actually understands what customer service is really all about. Within 10 minutes I had purchased a headlight for around $21 and had it installed. I asked if I would need anything besides a screwdriver to get it installed, and Andrew said probably not even that, and he came out and installed it for me. AWESOME experience.

Older guy with glasses mid forties or fifties with horrible customer skills had an attitude on him. Whole time it felt like he was bothered went to thank him either way and completely ignores it.

Not good customer service i asked the guy what's a good oil for a car that i was work on that i had not idea whats good or bad for it he give me attitude and say is all depends what u want i can't tell you what's God it bad u can just go back there and pick a oil and i grab your filter..

Employee working never acknowledged us, when came into the store. Had to approach them for what I needed. Employee said they could install part for me. Never called when part came in, like they said they would. Had to go back into store and part had been there since day before. Employee that was working made lame excuse about why they couldn't install part. Will NEVER do business with this place again!

Me and my son went in to get a part and was completely ignored by the staff when I was asked if I could get rang up the cashier continue to ignore me saying that she was on the phone when she's clearly seen that we were in line. I won't be taking my business there anymore

Bought a battery for $170 asked them to install it. The employee was WONDERFUL and said yes. He came out and started the process. He had some struggles and so he asked his manager to help the manager said a bunch of stuff needed pulled out (which didn t) had him put the dead battery back in. I came home and my neighbor did it in 5 minutes. Shame on the manager very poor customer service.

A fellow by the name of Andrew (an employee of Burley, Idaho AutoZone) offered advice to my son and I that resulted in our automotive repair. I was impressed by both Andrew's knowledge and willingness to help. He also gathered all the parts we would need for the repair which saved time and gave us confidence to make the repair. Andrew's knowledge and experience has been and will continue to be appreciated by my son and I. AutoZone has managed to hire yet another knowledgeable and service minded employee. I have two suggestions for this store. First off they need to do a better job with inventory. They re always out of some oil filters and even some oils. I come here often for oil change supplies but they re always out of what I need so I have to get a less desirable alternative. Sometimes they tell me to go to the autozone in rupert and I have when they didn t have anything that I needed and I can tell you now that the rupert store has a ton more inventory than this place.Another suggestion is more staff and better training. There is not enough staff to help you and sometimes the one person that is available to help you doesn t know how to help because they need better training. I hope this helps this store becomes better I don t want to go elsewhere unless I have to.

I've been shopping at this AutoZone for 10 years. The current group of staff here have been great to work with. We've been in there enough they know our names and even ask about our Mustang. The prices are good--it's AutoZone--and the staff is helpful. That's why we keep coming back. I love the $20 back for every $100 spent by the way.

I originally called for a part, and the female assoc did not comprehend what was asking for and therefore quick to claim doesn't carry tool. Because her confusion with product identity, asked speak with mngr or someone familiar with stock, and mngr took call to quickly advise has 2 in-stock in backroom and would hold at register for me . . I really needed this tool this morning so was very glad they had it . . so, if you really need a part, make sure you talk to best representative of the store, not just a cashier

Tristan and Jimmy were amazing to work with when my alternator went out while on my way home to slc. I was scared and alone with 3 kids and They treated me like a little sister and walked me through how to get home on a new battery and a back up in the trunk. We made it home! Can t thank you two and this store enough.

The boys at AutoZone were very courteous and pleasantly helpful in the best way! I came in for a light bulb and had a nice conversation with one of the employees. Without being asked he went out and changed the taillight and tried to change the headlight. I will be happy to bring them more of my business the next time I need more Auto Parts

I went in to get a part for my brother-in-laws vehicle. We gave them the info on the vehicle and I purchased the part and left. I had to drive 80 miles to get it to my brother in law. When I got to his car. I found out that they gave me the wrong part. It wasnt even close to what I needed. So I had to drive all the way back and I explained what had happened to the customer service manager ( she was the one that made the mistake in the first place ) and mistakes happen but she was so rude. She wouldn't admit that a mistake was made. That it was my fault , that I had given her the wrong info. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone. We will no longer be going to them. Our business will go elsewhere.

I love the free service they offer of using the code reader. The check engine light was on in my sons car, they used the code reader, printed out the results and looked up the part needed to fix the issue. Very awesome service!

Great service!!! Cody was awesome and nice got my car back to logan safe in sound if it wasn't for him noticing I needed to check my water overflow I wouldn't have made it home.

This "FRANCHISE" hires un experienced people in this freaking town. Nobody ever knows what their doing or service is extremely slow. Let alone they never have enough help.

Had my car showed them the part needed. They ordered the wrong part then would not take it back or put the money on the new part they order. I got mad and they wanted to call the cops. So I did. The cops said they agreed with me.

Was on a road trip passing through, my car broke down and I was stuck. I ordered a part through them, come to find out I needed a few extra smaller parts they didn't have. However, Leo went out of his way to drive me to and from a salvage yard to get the parts. I was back on the road the same day. I am very thankful Leo was gracious enough to do that for me.

Friendly and helpful staff, even when they were busy they worked hard to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. Returns were easy, it was just a longer than anticipated process.

The AutoZone employees were very helpful in directing me to and giving information on the different ways and methods to sealing a cracked radiator. The method I chose worked perfectly, and I couldn't have done it without them. Thank you AutoZone!
