Always super helpful and friendly. If they don't have what you need, they get it in fast. They ordered a brake caliper for me and had it there about 10 hours later.

The store manager was nice and let us know she wouldn't be able to help testing a relay because she didn't know how to use a voltage meter. But out of 4 people, that Napa claims are "car experts" in their stores NONE of them could help us use the volt meter. They all acted like we weren't there. You'd thinking someone would ask if there was anything else they could do to help us but they clearly didn't care. Sad for a small town store.

Helpful team, knowledgeable and friendly. Store had everything needed for my oil change. Even gave me a couple of free Napa racing hats. Great experience!

They are okay in a pinch if you have a choice save yourself about $20. on every 100 if you can go to other leading local parts store.

Exellent staff! Adam is very knowledgable and will go out of his way to make sure your happy and get the right part the first time. Every employee is nice and there to help you find what you need. I am Napa for life!

This a brand new building for the Buhl Napa store. Very clean and well organized. The staff knows their stuff and ready to help you.If your needing anything automotive, motorcycle or farm equipment parts. They either have it or will send you in the right direction to find it.

The Napa Store in Buhl is so helpful when I'm there to get things for my car.It's close to where I live and saves me a trip to Twin Falls.

Prices seem higher than some of the other auto parts stores, but did have some good deals. Manager was a pompous, arrogant tool.

Recieved completely wrong parts multiple times. They also seem to have a very minimum stock. Also usually about a 20 minute wait to get anythin .
