They are all disrespectful as hell I call multiple times no one answers the phone an when I go in an tell them I ve been calling a lady in the most snarkiest voice ya we don t answer the phone when we are busy they didn t even bother calling back either I definitely don t recommend this place at all. So disrespectful.

Everyone is so nice here everyone I know told me to go to this D.M.V I agree they are as everyone said they were. I give them a 9 out of 10 because I don't give out 10'S my buddy was right Brenda is a joy to work with.

This is probably the last DMV that is actually fun to visit. The staff here keep the atmosphere welcoming and enjoyable! I drive out of my way to go to this DMV just because they keep it different from any other DMV around here.

Had all my stuff stolen, go in to get a replacement ID the lady told me I needed an ID to get a replacement and couldn t look up my current ID on file. If this isn t a a** backward statement idk what is.

I went in today expecting to take my written test being told I'd have to in twin. Upon arrival the older blonde lady was already helping another gentleman, however she glanced as to acknowledge my presence and smiled while doing so. Moments later another blonde entered on the phone from lunch I suppose. She quickly ended her call and began helping me. They were both very delightful and so much help, I was excited to find out from them I didn't have to redo my written or driving exams just need to take a pictures and wait for my new card. Just like everyone else in this town these two women are very helpful and friendly.

I have been going to Buhl DMV for almost 4 years. The ladies have been friendly and helpful. The service is much faster than the Twin Falls DMV. I'm happy the Buhl office is open, again!

The gals who work in here and very friendly, and the Halloween decorations are amazing. I go out of my way to come to this office.

You'll wait in line 10x longer than the Twin Falls DMV to be greeted by even unhappier faces. Save yourself the time and just go to Twin. Why does this place even exist?

Dont waste your time! The parent helpful and its definitely small town mentality. They have no customer service and honestly dont care I have experience this more than once!

Customer service? More like an inconvience to their facebook/Twitter session. Rude as all Hell and they act like they're too good for the job. I agree, time to leave.

Quick and easy
