Steve and his team did an amazing job repairing my Ford F350. This is the second time I ve taken my vehicle for auto body work and the second time I walked away very impressed. Steve is very professional, great at communicating, finished in a timely manner. Most importantly did an amazing job. Highly recommend them for your auto body needs.

I needed my cracked windshield replaced, and North Idaho Collision did an excellent job! They even gave me a ride to pick up my car, and it was washed and looked like new! Thank you, North Idaho Collision!

I had rock damage that broke my windshield and chipped paint on at least 5 different areas of my truck. I took it in to get repaired at a Chevy dealership I won't say where lol but they didn't even fix anything but the windshield and some of the chips on the hood. So I brought it in to North Idaho collision for my supplement to get all of the damage fixed and these guys did a perfect job. Didn't miss anything. Found damage my eyes weren't trained to see and my truck looks brand new again thanks so much it's nice to find a business ran so professionally and with so much passion for excellence. I also had a couple paint chips not related to the claim and was just mentioning it to him as I picked my truck up and he grabbed some paint and touched it up for me right there on the spot for free you will never find a better place to take your vehicle, they did an appraisal for my dad for free and they only use oem parts. New headlights and grille too :)

We had a deer run into the right side of our truck. They took care of the fender and door with perfection. We even had them replace our tailgate and paint it.The truck is beautifully repaired. Lesson learned that you don t back an equipment trailer in the dark between trees without somebody keeping an eye on things, hence the need for a great auto body shop after the trailer jackknifed into my truck.But things immediately improved when I arrived at North Idaho Collision Center here in Bonners Ferry.Prior to entering the office, I took the time to walk around the paint shop portion of this business and noticed it had several vehicles in various stages of repair. Everything in this shop was neat , organized and so clean (a great first impression). This is incredible considering all the grinding and dust that is generated from the art of the repair process itself.Upon entering the office, I was warmly welcomed by Shane (owner) and his amazing staff. He came out and had a bid and timeline for my repair in less than 15 minutes.After about a week of repairs, I arrived to find my truck looked like it just came off the showroom floor.My very dirty truck when I dropped it off had been washed and vacuumed. I examined the areas where the repairs were completed and saw only perfection.I have to give so much credit to the body and paint shop crews for the detailed work and precision they performed. They really are professional artists in my opinion.Thank you Shane and to all of your awesome staff that had a part of my truck repair.I had such a great experience with North Idaho Collision and will definitely be back again for future repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Elk strike repair north of Libby Montana. I had it transported from Whitefish to the folks at North Idaho Collision. Top notch customer service and the repair looks better than when I bought my car! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the repair and they were able to get the work completed 2 months faster than numerous other bodyshops including the one I had it towed to originally. Highly recommended for any bodywork!

I have a 2019 Ford expedition that needed repair work done on the passenger side door. The color is called Ruby and it s a four coat process. When I picked the SUV up, the first thing I checked was if the freshly painted door matched the original paint job. I couldn t find even the hint of a color mismatch on the freshly painted door. The paint job was absolutely flawless. Almost every car I ve had buddy work done on in the past, there has always been at least a hint of a mismatch on the colors. The collision center done a fantastic job and I have made at the collision repair center my go to collision center for all of my collision, repair work..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Shane, Becky and crew were awesome! Very professional and friendly. I had repair work done including bumper replacement, but they went above and beyond in helping with a loaner car and dealing with the insurance company. They even cleaned the car to the point where it looks like a different car and the interior was basically given a detailing. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

I had a fairly complicated repair to be done and I had a non-negotiable time frame to have it done. About 9 days. Management worked with me prior and we came up with a suitable timeline, they pre-prepped all of the parts that were necessary and they knocked it out of the park beautifully with committed people in the back shop who obviously take great pride in their work. Absolutely amazing customer service, real down to earth and honest hard working team. Shane was very kind and we truly enjoyed all his advice and help. I met Shawn (owner) locally in Bonners Ferry and decided to bring my car by his shop for repair of front end damage done by someone backing into me in a parking lot. The NIC crew did a great job finding and repairing all damage, working with my insurance company, handling the rental car situation, and keeping me up to date through the repairs, which resulted in low hassle for me (thanks!). They did an excellent job getting the dents/pits out, replacing the headlights and bumper, and making sure everything fit properly when they were done. The repair was done in a timely manner, the repainted body work looks awesome, and I'm happy with their work. We stopped in for an estimate on the front bumper of my sons car. Shane came out to greet us, he assessed the damage to the bumper and said," pull the car into the garage". Within 15 minutes the bumper was fixed. I was like "what just happened" how kind of this man (Shane) to take time out of his day to help us. Perfect 100%. Professional in every aspect. Work was as flawless. Shane is top notch. Instead of frowns because it's a porsche Shane just smiled. Shane could fix Rolls-Royce so yes porsche means nothing. Got a million dollar car take it too Shane. Excellent customer service, I came across these guys when they ran an ad for free headlight cleaning, then I referred my sister to them when her windshield got cracked , they treated her very well and had her car back to her promptly, a year later I referred my daughter. When you find good service you go back.

Shane and his team did a wonderful job on my truck. Their equipment is state of the art, their quality is excellent, and their customer service is phenomenal. I definitely will use them again and I have already referred some of my family to them.

I highly recommend this body shop, everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially Shane, he was awesome and provided absolutely stellar customer service. I was kept up to speed on all the repairs and their work on my truck turned out perfect. I would most definitely come to this place again if needed. My car went from totalled to fixed in less than an hour! I was there for a quote on my destroyed door. Shane welcomed me and my kids. Gave us cold water and my kids got grapes and cherries to lunch on. Front desk lady was pretty great too! I didn't expect my car to be fixed that day! He even showed me how to flip the child lock on the inside of the door!

Visiting Bonners Ferry, had a rock-damaged windshield that needed attention, and they graciously worked me into their busy schedule to repair it and get me back on the road ASAP. Thank you for being willing take care of a vacationer in your beautiful part of Idaho!

We were so impressed with the quality of the work. My truck fender looked like new! You would never know it had been damaged. And they cleaned my truck inside and out. What a nice service. Thank you Shane!

I had been dealing with a Canadian insurance company for 8 months for a little fender bender I was on the receiving end of. It was convoluted - many emails and phone calls back and forth. When I went to NIC for a free estimate, they told me they could try to contact the other insurance company for me since I was having difficulty. Next thing I know, two weeks later, I have a check coming in the mail for the repairs for my vehicle. Deb and Shane are EXTREMELY helpful and kind. I just couldn't believe they had literally taken care of everything for me so fast. I recommend North Idaho Collision to everyone now. THANK YOU!

I heard good things about this place. I took my son s pickup in there to get detailed and it wasn t right! But the owner called me and offered to re-do it and give me my money back. He Said he stood behind his product and service and didn t want an unhappy customer. I have not taken it back in yet but the fact that he made several attempts to contact me and wanted to make it right says something! Most people probably would take your money and run. Thanks
