North Hill Tire is just about as good as it gets for a tire shop. They are kind and friendly people. I won't get into the details but they helped my family and I out in a way that we won't soon forget. They obviously were not obligated to do so, but they did so without hesitation. Because of that, a huge burden was lifted off of our shoulders. I only mention this because this is the type of place that is an asset and testament to a small community like Bonners Ferry. It makes us a little nostalgic for the days of old, where the handshake agreement existed. That is the type of place that it is. We were also impressed with the speediness and quality of work. We were warmly welcomed to sit in the waiting room, as it was a cold afternoon when we had work done there. There was hot coffee waiting in there. It was just an all around good experience. If you are a fan of that small town, tight knit community style businesses and in the market to buy tires or have some put on, we highly recommend North Hill Tire. These kind folks will have you fixed up and back on the road in no time at all. It's great to know that there are still some places that value people and provide excellent customer care accordingly!

We stopped overnight in the area after returning from Canada and noticed we had a tire on our 5th wheel down to the metal wires These folks were able to get our tire swapped out with our spare at 8:30AM and didn t even charge us From when we parked to when we pulled out of the shop was less than 20 mins. Excellent service!

North Hill Tire was the only place I could find in Bonners Ferry that fit me in same day to get an oil change. Travelling across the country I needed the oil change and this group of people took care of it in a respectful, timely and professional manner. Thank you North Hill Tire!!!

Wonderful people and very thorough in checks and issues with my vehicle. They don't try to rack up a list of problems that "needs done NOW"! They truly are honest and fair with what they do. Highly recommended!

They are already place for tires. They sold me 4 tires at an amazingly good price. Let me know about my weird sized spare and sent the 5th tire back. I definitely plan on going back there to get my spare tire.

My car felt like it was driving funny and I stopped at North Hill Tire to look at my tires because they were on my way. I was investigating my tires when a gentleman came out and offered his help. He stopped everything he was doing to check my tires. Sure enough 3 of my tires were low. He helped me, free of charge. Thank you so much!

I really appreciated them getting me in last minute without an appointment! My tire was separating and wasnt safe. Plus, they washed my windows!
