Cal and Boundary Tractor are the best. They are honest and kept in touch through out my purchase. Cal and his team were great to work with. Highly recommended! Shop local, shop North Idaho, families depend on it.

Amazing! I saved over $400 on just 1 Ariens snowblower over Pape in Sandpoint!!! My buddy was so impressed he bought one as well. Well worth an hour round trip to save $800!!!!!!!! Great service an better selection than anyone around.

The service department is awesome. We were traveling through doing the Idaho BDR. The service manager Murphy and his techs were a huge help getting 6 rear tires changed for our motorcycles. They were very helpful, and friendly. We will definitely come back to see them when we are in the area. Thanks again Murphy, keep up the great work.

A tad disappointed with our experience here, my husband came in for a rental in which he was told this rarely gets rented out and he could rent it for 18 dollars over the weekend as long as he returned it Monday. Though the customer service was kind and seemed good he wasn't given a exact time frame to return the rental and the above was a very relaxed care free nature to "just return it Monday" and it will be 18.That being said my husband also had to fly out at 2am last minute for work on Sunday, early morning Monday. So I brought the item in at 11:53 am for him, on Monday and was told the total was now 28 dollars. I said that is not right, it's supposed to be 18? In which i was replied to with, well it would of been if you brought it in on Saturday, which made no sense to me because that wasn't what was said.. then he added and since it's afternoon now you have that half day charge to. I didn't feel like debating or arguing with the man over what was originally said and the expression and vibe given. I am disappointed with the lack of more communication, if there was a certain exact time on Monday the item needed to be returned before a extra charge we should of been informed before hand. I'm sure this is a good company despite this experience that left us disappointed. That being said I don't want anyone to leave feeling as I did, annoyed, confused, and that the consent of the agreement was lacking the full details before renting.

Cal was great helping me pick out the tractor that would best fit my budget and my needs. He delivered it and gave me a great walk through of all the features and servicing. I have been back several times to get accessories. Great company!

Stopped by to check out brushcutters and store is clean, stocked, and staff doesn't hound you. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My question was answered honestly (my impression is that is was). They gassed up the brushcutter and made sure it was good to go. Definitely saw a few things ill be grabbing later from there.

Estimate to repair was 3-4 days and it turned out to be 3 times that. Estimate for the repair was dead on. I was told by service manager that a Military discount "would be worked out". He actually gave me credit for a part that they broke during the repair and told me that was my discount. Very odd way of talking to a 24 year veteran, I was not born yesterday. Service overall was great but the hints of a military discount and the method in which the Service Manager handled it was truly a slap in my face. And I had to ask about the warranty on the repair. After some quick talk about small town this and that I asked the Owner to put it in writing. He did, but treated me like as a-hole because I wanted it in writing. At that point I was extremely skeptical of what they say and how they back it up. The repair seems to be top notch. My biggest complaint is how they handled the extra broken part and the hint of a Military discount that has absolutely no value. They tried to talk like they provide a Military/Veteran discount but failed. I suggest that they just say NO when a Military vet asks.

Outstanding they are so helpful. It's worth it and cheaper than hiring someone to due the work for you. They showed me how to run the equipment and it was easy. Well worth the time to learn.

I bought 2 Husqvarna battery operated leaf blowers for Christmas gifts and Paige was very knowledgeable about the products. She even carried them out to my car! What a GREAT employee! Thanks Boundary Tractor & Yamaha!

Worst customer service ever. Walked in and the four men watched as I walked around looking. Offered no help, no hello, and they continued thier conversation and ignored that I was lost in what I was looking for.

Rented a lot of machines from them and they have always been great. I blew a hose one time and they were on it! I took it off went down and they made me a new one and even took a lil off my bill for my machanicin...

Great clean location with lots of useful parts and products specific to our Husqvarna Chain Saw they have many other products as well. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

Excellent service knowledgeable employees.This alone is reason to go there. Just bought stihl backpack sprayer.Excellent service with an old Stihl chainsaw.Cal very helpful with old Stihl weed eater.. the kind of service that seems to have gone out of style. Cal is a reservoir of Kubota knowledge.

Boundary Tractor is a fine place to buy and service your tractor, chainsaw, snow machines, motorcycle, or just about any other thing with a motor. Cal, the owner, is very knowledgeable and friendly. Spike and Cyle are helpful and interesting in the parts department. The service department does a great job and don't kill you on price. They are a terrific resource for the entire north Idaho, Montana, and eastern Washington region.

Overpriced, and unwilling to deal. Chainsaws for example are all priced at least $100 OVER MSRP! These folks don t seem to realize that most customers have smartphones, and we can price check onsite.

I got a 2019 Yamaha raptor 700 through cal at boundary tractor and it was the best experience everyone is really nice I would recommend these guy's to anyone I really appreciate there help to get me my atv

Good quality and knowedgable staff. Good selection of rentals. The only negative is getting in and out of the parking lot.
