Heading south for winter out of Spokane, my insta water heater went out and needed to be replaced they went out of their way to take care of it. In and out in 2hrs. I would highly recommend Wilson s RV repair for any RV needs. Thanks again!!!!!!!!

Everyone at Wilson Rv was super helpful. I had a major fiberglass repair from some damage on our RV. The did a super detailed job and worked with our insurance company and it felt effortless. Their communication was great. The repairs look as good as new. Will highly recommend this shop.

Stopped on a trip on way back from Montana to Long Beach, CA for no hot water and a fresh water leak. They had us fixed with a new part from a place in town at another location within only 3 hours. Isaac was professional and taught me a lot too as he repaired it. Definitely recommend if needing any work on your rig!

Wilson's RV Repair has been great! We had some routine maintenance done that was fast and fair priced. They also helped us figure out a solution to being able to tow our 5th wheel more level. Our 5th wheel was about 4 inches higher in front than in back. With a new hitch set up and adjustment we are now pretty close to level. Darrin and the crew were very helpful with solutions to our problem. The technicians are fast and efficient. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and professional. We really appreciated the good advice and great service. Will not hesitate to us them in the future.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had a problem raising the camping trailer stabilizer. They came to my storage location and raised the stabilizer so I could tow it to their facility and the replaced the switch. They also serviced my battery which was dry and stopped a leak in my gray water plumbing. They were friendly, exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to do business with. They exceeded every expectation I had for a RV repair facility.Without hesitation, I will recommend to my friends and anyone with a camping trailer or RV.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

Greatest place to go for un skilled workers with no accountability. If you'd like to spend $1000 on your trailer, only to not have the repairs actually done, look no further. Wilsons on federal way will happily schedule your appointment, then hold your RV for over a week without even touching it. Then they'll have a worker not test their roof repair work, eventhough they'll claim they did, only to have you discover that their attempted repair didn't work, hundreds of miles away. THEN they'll have the audacity to contact you 3 months later stating they'll fix it. Skillless workers, with zero accountability and even worse management. My trailer had started to sway excessively, so I made an appointment with Wilson's. With limited information, they were able to discover a loose hitch bolt, and make seemingly minor adjustments which significantly improved the sway.
