Andy gave me amazing service, he was extremely knowledgeable and wasn t trying to push me into buying everything on the shelf s even when I had know clue what I was doing he was very nice and explained the step by step process in a easy to understand way. I will always now recommend this auto body paint store to people. as 2 different other Idaho natives recommended me to the store before they where Casey auto paint if anyone s been looking for them! I never do any reviews as you can see from my profile and that says something right there!

Every once in a great while you come across a business whose employees provide customer service that is above and beyond. I had one of those amazing experiences at this shop today. I explained that I am about to paint my first car and needed all the help they would give me. They spent over 2 hours with me, helped make sure I had everything I needed, explained how to use everything, literally wrote me out instructions, gave me pro tips...the works. I walked in nervous and unsure, and while I'm still nervous I walked out confident that I can follow their instructions. Thank you all so much, Biggie and I will definitely be back.

As far as retail customer service, Ronda has it nailed. Give that girl a raise. Whatever she makes, it ain't enough.I've had a 54 F100 for about 20yrs and finally saved up enough to have Andy Blanchard of Smiths Ferry, paint it. I knew I wanted it blue but didn't know anything about paints or colors. Ronda was very patient with me. Never treating me like a idot and educating me enough to make good decisions. She mixed up some samples and would have done a bunch more if I hadn't stopped her. She was a complete joy to work with. It took about 3 hours to pick out the perfect color for my 1953 F100 pickup.Thank you Ronda and thank you Wesco for having such a considerate employee.Craig Cavanaugh

Drove 50 miles twice (two separate projects) because these guys/gal are not only helpful and do what it takes to get you EXACTLY what is needed to finish the project. Show room is super clean. quality of the products I used were 120%better than what I bought from online or an auto parts store . I highly recommend them !!! Good job guys !!! Customer for life!

Staff was amazingly helpful to my Mom looking for a special color that they could not find in the books for the model year of the car. Finally matched it and when we got it fixed you couldn't tell the difference! Great people, great products.

The only place in town to get auto body/paint supplies. Great service, knowledgeable employees (especially Andy) and great selection.Only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is that they don't list prices on ANY items. It would be so helpful as a customer if prices were listed.

My one and only paint shop! Rhonda and Andy are the best in the business and always go above and beyond to help me. They are the most knowledgeable folks I ve found in the industry and always know exactly what information and supplies I need for any project I throw their way, whether it be an Rv part I m painting to a full car restoration, I trust that they have me covered. My father and I have been loyal customers for years and followed them from kc auto paint in garden city to Boise after the transition to Wesco. The staff treats everyone like family, dogs included (who HAD to go in with me EVERYtime to be spoiled by belly rubs.) As a young girl who took a chance in a mans world they have been crucial to the success of my small business and I can t express my appreciation for everything they do for me and everything they ve taught me. The pricing is always more than fair and quality is a guarantee. If anyone is ever in need of any and all things paint, I will recommend these guys and gals every. Single. Time. They are rockstars at Wesco and you all have earned ALL of my business, and my fathers as well. We will be KC/Wesco customers for life! Thank you all for making ever experience the best one around town! Keep up the incredible work!

Scott has been extremely helpful for several years. Came to my shop to help me figure out issues and has provided consistent customer service. They have different qualities of products and he takes the time to help me understand the benefits of each. I do recommend KC Auto Paint - ask for Scott!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased the exact paint code to paint my BMW bumper, when painted the color came out completely different than the rest of the car. I am very disappointed as when I returned to the store to ask what my options were, they said they did everything right and could not help me at all. They have absolutely terrible customer service. To me customer service is a major factor in running a business. Employees were yelling at each other while I was in the store and they did not offer me any solutions. I am now stuck and have no options after wasting a ton of money buying their crappy products. Would not recommend for my worst enemy.

Very knowledgeable staff, busy all the time. I don't paint cats for a living, but this did not stop the staff from being very professional in attending to my order. Quick service, and made sure I understood everything before I left

very helpful in every way. No issues what so ever.update for 2016. they wouldn't sell me a gloss hardener because they don't carry my brand of paint. they are afraid of being sued. If I mess up my own paint job its my fault. now I have to go find it some place else.

This use to be Kc paint and was in Garden City. Now it s on Overland. None the less the staff is so kind and helpful. They really go above and beyond to help their customers. Some of the best customer service I ve ever seen.

Forsure if I could leave a ZERO I would not even close to matching!!!! Let alone my husband asked about a clear coat amd was told no clear coat needed that it was in the can. BS will be talking g to a manager tom morning gonna drive to town. GO WITH MANUFACTURED PAINT.
