Wow this place is fast and efficient! I called to make an appointment but they had availability so I went in right away and they had my tires rotated in 10 minutes! Shane the manager is friendly and cares about his customers. I would highly recommend Tire Choice for your tire needs!

I got 2 new tires, and I paid a fair price. They worked quickly. I originally was supposed to get new brakes, but after their inspection, I didn't need them, but I needed new front tires.Thank you for your honesty and for taking care of the customer.

The Tire Choice Auto Service....I had bought tires on Ebay and this is the tire installers offered. Great experience awsume guys to work with also did a great job in under an hour........I approve services here.....if this helps please give a like...............always gives great services with not only tire service..!

I recently visited Tire Choice for some service on my vehicle and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service and efficiency of the team there. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that no reservation was necessary, which was a pleasant surprise given how challenging it can be to find reliable and prompt car service without prior arrangements.The service was not only quick but also surprisingly affordable. It's rare to find such a combination of speed, affordability, and quality in car maintenance and repairs. This experience truly stands out in today's market, where one often has to compromise on at least one of those aspects.A significant part of my positive experience was due to the manager, Shane Isom. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. Shane went above and beyond to ensure that my car was serviced efficiently and to the highest standards.Given the outstanding service I received, I've decided that Tire Choice will be my go-to for all my future car maintenance needs. The Tire Choice Auto Service on West Fairview Ave have an Awesome Mechanic Technician who is a great team leader helpful honest friendly gets the job done fast and professionally. They also have a clean store and professional help at the counter. HIGHLY recommend them. Good service, great prices as well!

About a year ago i had a good experience and got a great deal for some tires for my SUV. I went in this morning for tire rotations on my truck they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. I was expecting to pay something, but they let me go on my way free of charge. I will definitely be coming back. I suggest other to come here. You wont be disappointed.

Shane and his team are absolutely fabulous!! I can't say enough positive things about the kindness and professionalism all of them have shown to myself and my family. Not only are they the only tire shop open on Sunday that is affordable and honest, Shane even stayed to look at my tires when the Tire Choice on Glenwood wouldn't even talk to me. I will drive across town to this shop even though there is a Tire Choice on Broadway that is within walking distance from my house. Shane and his team on Fairview & Fivemive go above and beyond for their customers!! They definitely deserve more than 5 stars! Thank you for all that you do & all of you help! You guys are the Best!!

I brought my Kia into the Fairview location after 2 different shops could not diagnose and FIX the problem. I worked with Shane and Josh and finally was able to get my my car fixed after throwing hundreds of dollars in the trash by not starting with this shop in the first place.The tech went above and beyond and made sure that I had a clear understanding of the issue and broke down why it was so difficult for the other mechanics to actually fix it.I will forever use this shop and will request Josh to work on my cars in the future, he actually listened to the issues and took the time to finally fix my car!

Steer clear folks. I bought a pair of goodyear tires that had 85k warranty from this independent dealer. I came in to have my tires rotated and found out I needed new tires. I only had 50k on the tires. Which is fine, I drive mostly freeway so its understandable i may need new ones. This is where my learning experience with independents dealers begins. I was initially told they would ofcourse pro rate my tires because obviously I had plenty of warranty to pro rate. I came back a week later and spoke to the manager who said goodyear wouldnt honor my warranty. Ive done every rotation and alignment that is required for warranty coverage, as I am not new to this process. They told me goodyear still wasnt going to warranty my tires. I left after frustration and dismay. I then called goodyear and asked for their litigation department so I could sue them for false advertisement and lack of follow through. Come to find out, tire choice is an independent dealer that can choose not to warranty the tires and could then upsell you for full price without consequence. The goodyear rep was amazing, helped my file my claim and I now will be taking my business to discount tire where they were more than happy to help me with my pro rate and got me new tires. This place is shady and I would never take my personal or fleet vehicles to them again. Please avoid this company and just go somewhere else.

An employee broke my parking brake handle and said nothing about it. When I got my vehicle back noticed it and immediately went back in and talked to the guy at the counter about it. He said the store manager would call me about it, but I haven t received a call yet. Other than that the tire and alignment service was great. I ll change my review if they call me and fix my parking brake handle.

Shane s a great dude. Thank you for helping me out when I got a sudden flat tire got two fronts ordered with my donut on. next day it came in and put one tire on waiting for me to come the day after and had the last one set and on my way. Thank you again Shane I ll be back for the rears

Shane and Josh were amazingI spaced getting an oil change before heading to reno and these guys saved the day and squeezed me in. When doing the oil change the mechanic noticed a couple other issues and was able to fix them to make sure our family was safe before hitting the road.

Even though I had recently purchased 4 tires elsewhere, Tire Choice fixed a leak in one of them at NO charge. I was in and out on the road in 15 minutes. Fantastic customer service from the gentleman at the service desk, the manager, and the mechanic was just as friendly. Better than that, it has been over 3 months with no leak and that includes 2 trips to Jackpot, Nevada. The next time I need service on my Cadillac, I definitely will be going to Tire Choice. And it's only a 1/2 mile away from home.

Moved to Boise 2 years ago. Tried Tire Choice for an oil change. Received great service. Have used them since for all my automotive needs. Service is great, and they treat you like family.

I had a nail in my tire on a Sunday and I didn't have the lock nut to take the tire off didn't know what to do was driving down Fairview seen tire choice open pulled in and they fixed my tire even gave me the name of a business that can sell me a lug nut socket thanks for helping me out you guys are life savers thanks so much great place and staff

Gave this place 1 star about 7 months ago because they damaged my wheel while mounting new tires, the star is just cause the manager was always friendly and professional, they gave me a written statement saying all they could pay for would be $50 since the wheel had light curb rash already, cooled off and let it go. Recently found out there's new management so I gave them another chance and dropped of my car(370z nismo) this morning for new front tires, got a great deal on cheap tires, new manager was friendly, picked up the car after they closed and guess what? My front wheels are now damaged, this time they did even more than what they did to the rear wheels. Went to ask the morning after If there's anything they could do(since this isn't the first time they damage my wheels) but of course all I got told was that their machine couldn't have done that, The manager cared more about the 1 star review I gave them 7 months ago he brought it up so much and asked if he could read the review I was about to leave, I told him I would change the review according to how this wheel issue got resolved, he told me I could take the car to wheel hub annie to get it looked at get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix if their tech was responsible for the damage, the "tech" came out and looked at my wheels and said "nope our machine won't do that" I assumed he already had a problem with me since he did say the 1 star reiview personally hurts him because he went above and beyond...only thing I felt they went above and beyond was to try to justify the damaged wheels and make sure they got payed. If I could, I'd give them 0 stars, never going back there again that's a guarantee. If you have a nice car and care for it, don't take it to these clowns, they act professional but can't even replace a single tire by my experiences.Update 6/13/2020: I'm glad the owner feels the need to comment on my review and do nothing about it! Since this happened, I've only received one call from another manager(not even the "owner") trying to tell me that I'm wrong and I should take my review down, their insurance people contacted me once then never heard back from them. Again, dont waste your time here people.

After being told elsewhere my truck was unable to be aligned, and checking the parts myself (they were fine), I brought my truck here and they aligned it and said everything looked good. Thank you so much!

Beware. Most places will estimate a little high so that you don't have to pay quite that much. But tc underestimate on everything. A $40 part was $55, $200 in service was $214 it's just unnerving when You're expecting one price and everything's a little bit more a little bit more a little bit more. The total bill ended up being about $50 more than I was expecting. I doubt I'll go back

First of all, Saturday morning and I was in and out in less than an hour with no appointment, bangin'! I hate waiting.The staff is helpful and make reasonable recommendations which is nice, but I dont feel pressured so that is even better.The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The service is affordable and consistent which is what makes this my go-to place even though I moved farther from this area of town.

I would highly suggest you go here if you need help or tire service. They responded quickly, had the tire fixed and ready to go, and were very understanding of a difficult situation. My family was in the area, passing through, and was surprised by a flat tire on a Sunday morning just as they were checking out of a hotel to head home. Not a great situation for anyone.The employee (I don't remember his name) was great, friendly, and super helpful. He worked with me (I'm about 6 hours away) to get the vehicle operational again, the tire repaired, and my wife and family back on the road.Very kind, excellent service, and a great experience! We will definetly tell everyone we know about the great experience we had and how great this shop is.

When you see this place run. They ruined my sister s car. They said they fixed but they didn t. The car could only drive forward after they touched it. The went and parked it by the road to where you can only drive forward when you get in lol .?she got home and tried to reverse the car it wouldn t. I will make sure everyone I know writes a bad review.worst place to go.

Courteous and friendly and honest! Amazing, they offered true choices about what was needed vs upgraded services or even unnecessary services based on what other places had quotes me. They were actually 1/4 of the price of Firestone who had overcharged on estimates, then tried to charge for doing the estimate then quoted more services than my vehicle actually needed. Tire Choice resolved my anxiety about cost and gave options about future potential needs and services and how to accommodate a modest budget to ensure my safety in my vehicle and that of my children's.

Very kind and helpful employee. Even after he helped me determine that I wasn't going to buy tires yet, he continued to give me advice, price quotes and help. If you want honest tire sales without feeling pressured I would recommend this place.

Went in for my first oil change and they helped me through the process and got it done incredibly quick. Price was 5 times better than any dealership shop for the same(if not better) quality of work. I later dropped a screwdriver in my vehicle only for them to help me no problem. Will for sure return for future needs.

Shane and his team were great to work with! We were visiting from out of town and needed work done on our vehicle that was covered by a limited warranty. They did a great job communicating with the warranty company as well as updating me on the status of the repair! I would highly recommend them!

This place is great! Front desk is always super nice to work with. They've helped me out twice with small tire related things free of charge. One was fixing a slow leak and the other was helping me break the bead on a tough go kart tire. Both times I walked in without an appointment and they had me taken care of in 20 minutes or less. I'll definitely be visiting again when I need new tires for my car!
