Anthony came out to replace our windshield on our 4 runner and he was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL and did an amazing job!!! I m so thankful we called the Windshield guy! I will be referring to All my friends and family and clients!!!

Thanks goes out to Rocky and his crew. We had 7 double pain windows replaced in our motorhome. Rocky and his crew made this so simple. The results were amazing . Our windows look like new. And a life time warranty to boot. If you have any rv that need windows give them a call. I

After our rear windshield suddenly shattered after my wife started her van yesterday Rocky and his team at The Windshield Guy saved the day. They had Anthony out in less that 4 hours from our call and we're back on the road! Great guy, great team. Thanks everyone!

Great business, but unfortunately having the hardest time setting up an appointment for somebody. Nobody answers the phones! Can t send business over without being able to communicate with someone!

They use incredibly cheap glass!! Had my windshield replaced and the guy that came out was courteous and worked quickly. So that was great. Where the problem came in is when a tiny pebble hit my windshield. It left a dent as small as the crack that came after it. I called them and they said they could fill it if it was 6" or less. Problem is that the crack spread past 6" in the first day of it occurring. I get that they can't control a pebble hitting my windshield but they could use glass that is of high enough quality that it doesn't create an 8" crack on the first day. I will never use them again

I m never one to write reviews, but it was a pretty disappointing experience today; 20 minutes after our appointment time I called to see where they were and she said they would get a hold of me. An hour later, the man left a voicemail saying there was a huge issue at the warehouse and he would be here in a half hour. With no sign of him still, he texted me Sorry I missed you, we can reschedule and stated he had been at our house knocking, but my husband and dogs were in the front room the whole time and I told him he was home. He said he would turn around then. He arrived just over 2 hours past our appointment time and my husband asked if he had already been here and he replied with Yeah, maybe.. . It was just quite frustrating overall, especially since our day had been planned around this appointment.

Rocky came out personally, as he is really the only one in the valley who works on classic car windshield s. He is super friendly and he really knows what he is doing. Rocky treated my car like it was his own, and I couldn t be happier about his work. These guys are awesome! From start to finish, they were wonderful to work with and to quality service. Lauren, who answered the phone and took all my info was very friendly and efficient. Anthony, who did the windshield replacement, was really nice, informative, skilled, and quick. I called the office at 4:30 on Tuesday and the replacement was done within an hour the next day at my home. I already referred my dad and will refer them to everyone. This place is great! We called around and got a few quotes, theirs was by far the most reasonable, about 1/2 of what others wanted. The tech came out to our office and was very friendly and knowedgable. Such an easy process. They coordinated with my insurance and took care of everything. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get us in quickly. The installer called ahead to check in with me and was right on time, super friendly and did a great job. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional service every step of the way! I was super bummed when my windshield cracked due to the chip-seal road work in Boise, but they walked me through the process of filing an insurance claim and then came out to my house to replace a brand new windshield and calibrate all my safety features into the computer settings for my car to make it brand new again! I highly recommend this company. This was my first time going with them for windshield replacement and I really could not be happier. They really go above and beyond to treat your vehicle with care, also the attention to detail was amazing.You can tell when you see a master at work, I know it might sounds cliche however I just witnessed that. The gentleman that installed the windshield was passionate about his work and really I could tell loved what he does. I hope the best for this company, these days I feel like its getting harder to find this level of passion and dedication. I dont leave reviews like this often, you will be happy you went with this company!

Great company to have fix your glass! They were running a little late and agreed to meet me halfway so that I could get my windshield fixed and get to my daughter in time for swim lessons! So I ended up with a large rock chip in my windshield. I called around to a few places. Wasn't happy with the customer relations part. I called the windshield guy. Best call ever. They were knowledgeable and friendly. The price point of the windshield replacement was fair. They scheduled a day and time, and actually showed up and did the job. We chose The Windshield Guy because of all the great reviews online. Soooo glad we did. Their service is mobile so we had the convenience of staying at home while it was repaired. Anthony was our technician. Super friendly and knowledgeable - windshields are more complex these days with embedded electronics and sensors. He also provided great customer service. He was running a bit late for our appointment due to the job right before ours. He gave us a call to let us know. The process with our insurance company was seamless as well. Don't use if you have a motorhome with a chip. They can't repair motor home windows with chip. I had 2 small chips & they spent an hour trying to repair and couldn't fix chips but charged me anyways.

I highly recommend The Windshield Guy! They did a great job, went above and beyond on the install and the price I was quoted over the phone was the price I paid. The installer even took time to clean a rust spot on my son's truck prior to the install. They replaced the windshield on my wife's vehicle about 18 months ago and the install was great as well! You earned my business for life!Update for 18 September 23: I needed another windshield replacement. This time it was for my truck. Anthony was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job. The Windshield Guy is 2 for 2 with my family. Thanks for all that you do.

Very helpful and came out quickly to fix the chips I called about. It really took a load off as I had tried to schedule online with Safelite which is what my insurance suggestioned. Safelite seemed to have no availability and you can't talk to anyone local. I loved supporting an actual local business and they were amazing over the phone with response time and service. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with this business. I called and left a message that my windshield needed replaced and they called me back shortly and set up a windshield replacement appointment for a few days later. The scheduling was quick and convenient, The Windshield Guy came to my house and did the replacement, and stayed late because of a glitch in the software interaction of the windshield and my car and tested it to make sure everything worked. This company is amazing, We were going to use Safelight but all they had was the green or gray tinted window. Neither would have matched on the van. This company went above and beyond to ensure the glass matched perfectly with the others. The service was great, not only was he on time but was able to go out to another location to complete the job. I would recommend this company above any other.Service: Auto side window replacement

I called around for an estimate and availability for my car windshield. Windshield Guy had the best prices and they even had my cars windshield in stock! The best surprise was they came to my house for the repair at no additional charge. Rob, who came out to do the repair did a great job and was very friendly. The customer service was incredible. Can't say enough about these guys. Great job, thank you
