Great customer service I had def flashing my truck was derate at 55 chk at 7 am they took me right way n solve the problem with in 3 hr Iam back on road gd price service parts all r friendly clean facility driver lounge clean restroom n free hot coffee

After 1st visit, was very impressed with service. Make sure you check after repair. Aftercare not so good. Paid over $500 for a wiring harness repair. A week later same problem returned. Too it back to them and was told 2 weeks to get it back in shop. Go somewhere else until they learn about aftercare to the customer.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

We were stuck 650 miles from home with a truck that was making no boost and would barely get out of it's own way. The service tech went above and beyond to make sure that we were repaired and able to make it back home.Thanks again for the great service!!!

Was having trouble with an oil issue called the morning of and Tim the service manager said will get you in when you arrive. Friendly staff and though parts were up to weeks away they helped me out charged me fair and got me out the next morning to get my Coach back to Canada. Thanks so much

I called first thing in the morning for an appointment and to order the parts needed for the service. I spoke with Lee, who was supposed to call me back to confirm both. By 3:00 no call, so I called him. He confirmed the parts were on hand but had to talk to his boss about the appointment and would get back to me. It is now 2 days later and I never did get a phone call. With that kind of poor follow-through and customer service I'm glad I didn't get a call.

They always get me taken care of unlike freightliner been in 3 times for same thing and charged me out rear and never fixed it. Smiths did tho should of brought here to begin with

I will never ever recommend to anyone to go to this place. I sent my truck to get repair and they were trying to charge triple the actual amount to fix the truck and they charge for "diagnostics" so, you can't leave till you pay for that. What diagnostics they just looked at the truck and pointed the obvious. They were rude and ridiculous. If you want to be unhappy with service just go here.

I towed my truck to Smith power,they work in very professional way and customer service is very satisfactory.I had DEF pump problem in my Freightliner Cascadia they replace the new one and changed one of my cooant hose.Everything was done in few hours and the labor was very reasonable.I recommend if you have any issue with your Semi go to this place.I am very satisfied with their service.Also they have a driver lounge with TV and clean restrooms also fresh coffee while you wait.

Put in wrong injectors, they blamed fuel lines, pump, computer ,wiring. Finally after I paid to replace everything their shop in SLC discovered boise put in wrong injectors. I'd sooner take the truck to the great kids at the special Olympics to have it worked on.

They have great service but just like every parts provider they have to order the item you need. With the internet I can do that and save the trip to their business. Just another business that will down turn because of technology.

Had new engine put in , crossed wires ,so charged me for new electronic, put fan on backwards blow apart , states didn't touch fan "we didn't tocht the fan" cant replace engine with out touching fan , took engine back for warranty would release rig to me unless I pay there bill of stuff I didn't ask for , this is the worst company ever
