Super stoked and grateful for Sean Hill s help and knowledge with our truck. We spoke with him a few times before and then meeting him in person and his assistance with what we were wanting to do was awesome. Definitely good at his job and a genuinely good human being. We only wish he worked down in Arizona so we could work in person with him more in the future !!

Kyler did a great job getting me all the stuff I asked for on our Yukon. He also pushed it through quickly to accommodate our tight schedule. Everyone over at Sawtooth and Dennis Dillon Gmc are great. This is the second vehicle we have purchased and modified through them and we will be doing business with them for all our vehicles in the future.

I've changed this to 1 star.Original Review before issues started,Updated review: I have since sold the truck because I was so tired of all the issues that I was having after doing work with Sawtooth USA. I built the 2021 Ram 3500 from factory. Ran like a dream. Handed it over to Sawtooth USA after owning it 6 months. After 3 months of them putting on everything for me, modifying the body, etc, I had about 3 weeks of joy. That's when I wrote the original review. Then everything started to hit the fan.There was an incredible amount of lack of forethought and lack of preventative measures taken to ensure this monster of a masterpiece would run amazing.- When they modified my body so that we could fit 40s with only a 3.5in lift, they removed the factory wheel well covers as instructed by the Fab Fours open fender system. I asked if there would be any issue with lack of protection to engine and electrical parts now that there wasn't any plastic wheel well covers to protect from water, rocks, etc. They promised me they'd make sure it was all taken care of. When I picked up the truck I asked about all the exposed wiring and they assured me again it'd be fine. Truck was finished in November, and as a cabin builder I spent a lot of time on the snow and mud in the mountains. Before Christmas even hit, I was driving 65mph down the road and the truck had a major electrical malfunction. All the gauges flashed and cycled. Warning lights stroking on and off. Then the truck slammed itself down to safety mode from 65mph to 10mph. Terrifying. I limped it home and had Sawtooth attempt to troubleshoot 3x. I was out of a truck for over a week each time (affecting my job). They never found the issue. Said they couldn't get it to happen again. I finally took it to Larry H Miller Ram and they figured out the main wiring harness for the whole truck, had been corroded so bad by mud and water that it was lucky I didn't have a fire. I had to pay out of pocket to have them fix it. When I told Sawtooth USA, they shrugged. They said there was no way to cover the wheel wells and I needed to figure it out. I had the wiring wrapped in plastic and duct tape for the rest of the time I had it.- also the wiring for the Baja Fog lights was messed up and began not working.- the tired rubbed even though they said we designed the build in a way that would prevent that.All in all, I built the truck of my dreams, assertively anticipated problems and offered solutions. I would have easily changed the build if they had taken it seriously and told me that there was a better way to do everything. If they had suggested better products. But Sawtooth held my hand and told me to trust them. I did, and it tainted the truck, made it extremely unsafe, cost my $40,000 and drove me to essentially dump it. Should've been something to love and keep forever. But instead I felt like I was driving a lemon the whole time. If the guy who bought it can fix the issues, he will have got a steal.My truck became their mascot, when in reality it was Frankensteins monster.

About 7 months ago I contacted Preston in service about a design flaw with the BDS 2"- 3" coil over lift that was installed 2.5 years ago. I explain what the issue was and he told me that the warranty had expired. He told me that he would make some phone calls and get back to me. Preston and his team came up with a solution despite the expired warranty. Since the problem was a design flaw with that system Dennis Dillion and Sawtooth USA agreed to replace the front coil over shocks. Fast forward 2.5 years the replacement was done on 01/09/2023. As I waited Preston gave me periodic updates on my truck status knowing that I drove 3 hours. The replacement was complete in less than what I had expected. The new replacement shocks looked great and actually gave me another welcomed 1 3/8" clearance. This whole team strives to do the best job for their customers. That's why we are returning customers year after year. The ride home was smooth as glass love this lift. Again thank you Preston and Dennis Dillion

I needed my tires replaced and Ashlynn took time to find tires that fit in my budget, did not compromise quality, and made sure they looked good on my Jeep. They were also running a buy 3 get 1 free which greatly helped the final price tag! Highly recommend.

Sean Hill, the gentleman is absolutely incredible. Not only is he one of the most honest gentleman I have ever met, you won t meet someone who knows their profession and passion like Sean!!! He is beyond knowledgeable and will happily walk you through every step of your new build! Stop pondering and have Sean build your dream setup immediately, trust me!!! 10/10

I had Sawtooth install an Agile lift kit for my Winnebago EKKO. Saul Monreal really knows his stuff and was a pleasure to work with. Saul was in constant communication with me during the process since I was an out of state client. These guys know their suspension kits and how to install them in a timely manner. Drove the unit 450 miles and it handled like a dream. Thank you Saul and Sawtooth.

Brittany, my service writer, communicated the entire time, was punctual on email responses, was attentive, and caring about my happiness with their work. I bought a 2021 Jeep Gladiator from Dennis Dillon. I started working with Sean Hill for my parts and accessories. I have to say that was the best parts experience I have had. When Sean tells you he is going to call you back, he does, when he says he will call you the next day, he does. It s the first time I haven t had to fight to get answers on parts. I don t think I ever waited more than 45 minutes for Sean to respond to me. That s the first with a parts department for me and I will use them In the future!
