I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment at 8am. I was told that it would take between 2 to 3 hours to change out the windshield and do the necessary calibration for my Cadallac XT5. After 3 hours I became annoyed waiting. The workers could see I was concerned and would check on the progress and would update me as time went on. Jacki is the experienced technician who does the calibration and I think she could see how agitated I was becoming. She was excellent in explaining the reasons for the hold up as it can be more challenging to calibrate Chevrolet vehicles and my vehicle was one that was giving the grief. She explained to me that she wanted to make sure everything was 100 percent before she let me drive off. I appreciate her meticulous efforts. She told me that she was going to talk to the manager about sending me a rebate check for the long wait. The manager approved it and to tell you it was worth the trouble waiting. Jacki is the best ever technician and I will definitely continue using their company and services. I highly recommend this company.

The entire process, from obtaining insurance information to scheduling and customer service, was incredibly smooth. Notably, they completed the service before the allotted time. Devin provided excellent information before sending me on my way. I would highly recommend their services and would choose them again without hesitation.

I was totally impressed with Mac's. So seldom do you go into auto repair shop and have them be so honest and not try to oversell. I have some more work to do on our used car and fully intend to go back. Thank you Walter.

We had the front window on my wife's car replaced and the window replacement was fine, however, there were multiple safety issues that, luckily, I was able to fix myself.The first issue was that the tech had snapped off all the tabs that hold the trim under the hood, which is understandable. These snap very easily, however, you would think they stock and replace these since they do this all day every day. Now I need to drive back into the shop to replace them and we currently live out of town. I spoke with the manager of the shop and I am able to take it in to a shop where we are now living, but definitely an inconvenience.The next day, after the windshield replacement, my wife tried to use her windshield washer fluid and it wouldn't spray. I knew that it was winter rated fluid in the lines, so it wasn't frozen. After pulling it in the garage, I looked under the hood and found that the supply line from the engine compartment was not properly ran through the correct channel in the trim and had been kinked off by the hood's hinge, thus preventing any flow. This was easily fixed by routing the tube through the proper channel, again something that should be easily prevented.The final issue came about while driving down the highway in the snow. Luckily we were taking both vehicles somewhere and my wife called me to tell me her passenger wiper wouldn't work. We pulled over at a rest stop and I couldn't figure it out initially, I had thought the motor possibly went out, which would be strange. Fortunately her driver's side wiper was working and allowed us to drive through the snow. After finally arriving at our destination, which was 3 hours away, I was able to investigate further. I removed the caps that cover the nuts to tighten the wipers down and the passenger one was completely loose and the driver's side was loosening as well. These clearly weren't torqued properly, again an easy fix for me, however this could have easily caused an accident in rain or snow.I spoke with the manager of the shop and I sincerely hope that some more training will be given and quality control measures can be put in place to prevent possible inconvenience or, even worse, injury to someone.The service and window replacement was fine, however be cautious and check some basic things under the hood before leaving the shop.

Quick and easy process to get our broken windshield replaced. They did all the background work with our insurance company and had everything completed and recalibrated on time. We just paid our deductible and were on our way. Recommended!

This company installs glass that is produced by its parent company, it is NOT good glass. If you want good glass or a factory replacement, they usually won't try to get your insurance to cover it, and it comes out of your pocket. The technicians are usually friendly, but some are too hasty and don't follow their training, which leads to bad installs.

Recently took my Mercedes in to get a windshield replacement. Once I arrive to pick up I was told I needed to pay however I had previously paid through the link they texted me 2 hours prior. I was told they needed to verify my payment before they could give me my keys, this was frustrating as they had two hours to verify. I asked the technician why my car was unlocked after it had already been serviced hours prior and his response was that they didn t want to lock keys in cars. Not sure how this makes sense when the keys were in a bag inside at pick up? My car was sitting on their lot unlocked with my personal belongings inside. They left adhesive on my cars paint and some kind of scuff mark on my hood both of which were not there when I dropped my car off. Go anywhere else if you re looking for a windshield replacement.

Best Safelite location I ve ever experienced. Went in for a cracked windshield. It was a stress fracture (meaning the glass failed) and the tech recognized it instead of taking advantage of me (they are honest) therefore, they covered through the warranty and I got my windshield fixed for free. Amazing fast service + honest people. I knew the issue was warranty covered but I wanted to see if they would be honest or if I had to hassle a bit for it. I didn t. They saw it right away and covered it, as they should have- so they acted righteously. Honesty won me over and I ll be a loyal costumer of this location for time to come because they did not try to scam me or come up with excuses to fix my windshield. Great techs. Great manager. They were honest and very kind. The glass cleaner was a very nice added bonus as well. Highly recommended.

Cameron clearly communicated the process, informed me when he was on the way, when he arrived, and when he was done. When he arrived, he clearly outlined the process and answered all the questions I had. He finished the replacement of my windshield in a very timely manner, showed a high level of professionalism and knowledge, while also having exceptional customer service skills. I couldn t recommend him or this company enough. Thank you again Cameron!

My insurance made an appointment with another place in town, but they never called back. When you're dealing with a smashed window, the last thing you want is to wait around. Safelite was able to talk to me right away and suggested that I let them clean up the glass and wrap the window. Great service with friendly people. Highly recommended!

While getting my windshield replaced someone went through the interior of my car and removed the protective film from my dash and buttons and other places I had left there for a reason. I bought the car 9 months ago and left the protective tape on parts to protect it because I plan to sell the car. I assume the same guy attempted to wash the other windows of said car and couldn t have done a worse job.

The lady I talked to at Safelite Glass was really nice. It didn't seem that long when I was waiting for my car. Of course, I was watching the TV. The lady behind the desk was really nice and very helpful. I would definitely do business there again. Also, when I got my car back you couldn't even tell that there had been a chip there.

Install Technicians were super friendly and professional. With that said, the install was not complete. The window trim and door moulding was not completely reinstalled. Safelite came out the next day for Warranty work and again, the Tech was super friendly. He fixed it the best he could but not completely to my satisfaction.The issue is that the windshield trim moulding is no longer flush to the windshield. Rain, dirt, debris, ice, snow will eventually cause issues. Tip: take detail close up photos of everything before install is attempted.

Came here for my insurance claim to get my wife s Q5 windshield replaced. Brought it on a Friday and the car spent the whole day here(9AM-5PM) just for them at closing to let me know that the after market glass they were trying to install didn t pass the calibration after many attempts. They would have to order the correct Audi glass and I could come back Monday to get it done and the car would be one of the first cars to be worked on Monday because of the inconvenience.Ok, another hassle but understandable. On Monday I m told it will be worked on sooner and will be done by 5 or before. Dropped it off at 7:30 AM, and no call until I come in myself at 5PM to pick up the car because they close at 5! Get here and it still is not done and I have to wait at least another 30 minutes. Horrible communication and horrible service. Would give 1 star if I could. Don t come here!Employees don t even know what to say. Horrible service. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Went in for a rock chip repair. The office quickly checked me in, told me what to expect and answered my questions. Crystal, my technician, was kind and friendly. She also told me what to expect and how long it would take. I can not see the chip now.

Very poor experience. Was told multiple stories by multiple people, 3 reschedules, couldn t reprogram my cars safety equipment after they said they could if we brought it in instead of the mobile service, this left me with a 3 hour wait at the dealer. Then to top it off they said they would pay for the dealer visit and get reimbursed for our troubles. Hours later no call, no payment, had to pay it myself. Jashua is the manager and has never once returned a call or addressed anything.

These guys did an amazing job replacing the rear window on my truck. At a location that will stay unnamed for professional reasons, the last Safelite that did my rear window didn't plug in the rear defrosters when they did the install. This location found not only that issues, but the frame cracked in several locations. This window hasn't been in for 6 months, so it seems like poor previous installation from the previous location. The couple of techs I spoke with at this location were very knowledgeable and without question replaced the whole rear window under warranty due to the frame being cracked. They did it in half the time the previous location did it, and treated me with the upmost respect when the last location tried cancelling my appointment 3 different times in the same day when I told them each time we had driven two vehicles 80 miles one way to get it done that day. I'll be sure to use this location for all my future window needs. Thanks guys!

Great service! Came in for an appointment to have a chip in my window repaired. They had me in and out in about a half hour! Also they cleaned the windshield and vacuumed the front seat. The tech and the lady who got me checked in were quite nice. Overall great experience!

I will update this review and rating once the body shop has corrected the issue .**Edit 2 , First Collision has fixed the damage and Safelite has paid for it , a bit of a headache but I appreciate them getting it done Original PostingGot my windshield replaced here for my 2019 Honda Civic .After picking it up , realized there was damage to my car ,Confronted them about it , and they said it was there before hand and covered it up .They showed me pictures of the car AFTER it was moved from where I left it and claimed it always had that damage .Service: Auto windshield repair

The service here was swift and professional! It was easy to set up an appointment online and I was content to see they had time slots open as early as 7 AM, which was extremely convenient for my schedule. On the day of my appointment I dropped my car off for a whole windshield replacement and was promptly notified within an hour when it was ready. The technician named Tree did a great job at instructing me the do's and don'ts after the replacement and was very helpful! Overall, I'm satisfied with my new windshield and how speedy the service was.

Very dissatisfied! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They were unable to complete my windshield installation and have not contacted me to complete it for almost a week! And there is literally no way to contact them by phone, just an endless loop of recordings that eventually hang up on you. I'm still waiting to have my job completed.

I was greeted by the tech as I pulled into the parking lot. I checked in then sat outside in one of the chairs in the shade as it was a pleasant morning. It took about 45min and the tech gave me all final information and answered my questions. There was no deductible with my carrier so I did not even have to go back in the office. My prior experience 2yrs ago on my other car was similar at their Overland location.

We regularly get our broken windows replaced here they are always on the ball and speedy with getting the windows replaced in a timely manner. I've always had a good experience with getting my insurance claims done properly and never had any issues with the several installs I've had done.

Max did a great job replacing windshield. Friendly and helpful, phone number provided in case any questions/issues. I didn't catch the gal working at front name. She's been there 3 years. Also super friendly and helpful. With such a great experience I will come back in future should I need glass replacement again.

Very very disappointed I dropped my van off for replacement and sometime between when I dropped it off and picked it up, my radio antennae was broken and damagedThey did not fix the damage they caused based on a photo they took. Which only means the antennae was damaged prior to the start of servicePoor poor practice of their policy and highly recommend going elsewhere. They also forgot a simple gasket over the new wiper blades and claimed they had to order another oneSooo lame..such BSGO ELSEWHERE
