Very honest reliable mechanics! Took my car to 3 different places and was told everything from a new engine to a blown head gasket also a burned up computer. ROOSTERS Nailed the problem. It was pricey but fair. Friendly honest people! I will not go anywhere else for car issues ever again! Thank you Roosters!

Not only did they quote me half the cost as other places, but they were able to get my car in right away. They anticipated what my car needed and preordered things just in case so there wasn't any delay. I was back on the road in no time. As a single mom of 4, I really appreciated honest work, budget friendly, and quick turn over. Thanks guys!

I ve been taking my 99 Acura tl to roosters for years now.. it s had ALOT work and runs great for the amount of miles on it. I just want to say we have complete trust in Jordan . He s polite , super smart and is so informative. He takes the time to explain everything and shows you the old parts. All around great shop. Highly recommended

Our car started leaking car really bad on our honeymoon. We were in a panic and went here knowing a local shop would better diagnose the issue. Mike helped us and pulled our car is right away, found the issue, and fixed it. Got us out in less than an hour. Great guy and great place

These guys were amazing! Our car broke down a day before we were leaving town. They got it in quickly and called or texted the progress and details. They remembered our name and details about our circumstances. In the end, the car was fixed, the service was great and the price was reasonable.

I always try to support independent businesses, and these guys are no exception. I have had nothing but great experience and service from Roosters. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I've been to a few independent garages in the past and there were a couple that I was less than pleased with their work. That's not the case with Rooster's. If you're looking for dependable work on your vehicle at fair prices, you can't go wrong with Rooster's. I highly recommend them.

They were very nice and very detailed on what my car s issues were. A & B priority on what needed fixed! It was also only like $45 bucks and took 30-45 minutes. Forget those drive up places that are $75-$100. I will return with my other vehicles to Rooster s!! Thank you Gents!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I can t say enough about this place! I ve Jenn there twice in 6 months and they ve done nothing but take care of me and make sure I received the best price possible. Never once tried to screw me over or try and add extra work or charges. They are as straight up with you about your veichle a problem as you can want from a repair shop. Jordan(one of there mechanics/front desk guy) will ALWAYS keep in contact with you while your baby is in the shop, he always made sure I knew what was going on and when things would be done, he was always spot on. If you looking for a trustworthy shop look no further! I will always bring any vehicle I have to ROOSTERS whether it s a simple oil change or some major like my transmission. Hard to find great mechanic these days. Glad I did.

Jordan and the entire team at Roosters has earned my repeat business and loyalty. I have made two trips to Central America and both times I have had Roosters inspect my van before making the trip. This summer they repaired a noisy lifter in my engine. The van is running smoothly. Jordan communicates very well and I have never been pushed into any unnecessary repairs. Have been using Roosters for a long time. In a market of automotive service centers that sometimes take advantage, Jordan at Roosters always looks for ways to make the cost of repairs more reasonable without compromising the effectiveness or quality of the repair!

They are super amazing I have used this auto shop for 4 years now and they take really good care of there customers as well the prices are not bad and they communicate very well with what's wrong with my vehicle. Jordan is absolutely great help . I recommend them to all friends and family and will continue to use them down the line

Jordan is this young guy who talks with all the customers but knows his stuff. This business lucked out when they hired him. He really takes ownership and is very understanding in car crises. My daughter Paige had her car fixed here. At first, I was a little weary to have her take it here because I did not know them. But even after issues came up after installation of rear shocks, front breaks, and the rack and pinion steering gear, Jordan helped her even from his own pocket! Whoever this guy is certainly deserves more than what he gets at this place. I recommend Roosters because of Jordan, and I have never even met the guy. Dave and Mike are always professional and friendly. They're honest, straight shooters. The prices are reasonable and their work is first rate. They've worked on several of my cars, from a brand new hybrid to a 50+ year old pickup. I don't hesitate to call them first or to recommend them to my friends. Plus the AC in the office is ice cold!

We are extremely satisfied with Roosters and their services. They have always treated us like VIP customers; as they do all of their customers. They make room to help us out when in need. When we have questions they answer them the best of their ability and even give us resources and contacts. Honest, loyal, and kind. If you need a mechanic, this is the business to confide in. The owner retired and Rooster the dog is long gone. I ve used this shop for years, I liked the owner. Since he is gone, I won t go back from two experiences. The first I stop and see if I can get an oil change. There are two guys working in the back garage. Nobody ever comes up front to see what I needed in 15 minutes. I stop a week later, clean cut kid says the can get my oil changed. A big kid comes out of the back who is absolutely filthy. I get oil inside on my armrest and two big hand prints on my left fender. Another old guy comes out of the back, he s dirtier than the guy working my own car. I m done, won t ever be back.Service: Oil change

First and last time customer. I had a problematic 4x4 issue that they temporarily resolved, so for that they get 2 stars. But I ended up having two issues for which they had a typical "throw parts at it" mentality, of which they must have used a high priced parts source because they quoted me $1200 and $800 respectively for a 4x4 actuator and a new catalytic converter...of which I have since sourced myself for $305 for BOTH! I guess if you want brand new parts, blessed by holy water by the dealer, and priced for a healthy profit by the mechanic then you will be happy here. I prefer a mechanic that will earn my respect by finding me a great deal on a part and then make their $ on the install.What really busted my hide though was that the mechanic was telling me he temp checked my catalytic converter and that's how he knew the part was bad and not some other upline issue...Great! I appreciate the insight...but when he left the room the manager told me "they didn't charge me for taking the catalytic converter off." Now, I imagine the mechanic used a temp gun and thus did not take off the cat to test. I replaced the o2 sensor and noticed one of the bolts holding the cat pipe was too long for the mount and was pushing upon it. So, either the manager was lying to me about taking the cat off, or they did and installed it improperly, potentially damaging my O2 sensor.The long and short of it: I don't trust this manager, and this shop is very expensive.

We recently started taking our cars here for everything from basic oil changes to major diagnostics. Rooster's image on the sign out front always caught my eye and never let go. Everyone here is very professional and always take the extra time to translate the very complicated language of auto mechanics into simple English. We are very thankful to have them within walking distance of our neighborhood.Services: Transmission, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Super fast, and Dave came across as genuine and friendly. They did a complex repair, for the best price in town. pLus found an issue with my car that i didn't know was there. I do my own work, exclusively, and if I need someone to do anything, I know this is the place to go. :)

I've brought my vehicle here for multiple reasons. Each one has been fixed and problem free since. The staff is great and the service is amazing. These guys do a fantastic job. I refuse to take my vehicals anywhere else.

Owner was working behind the counter when I was there. I got the impression that he was an honest and ethical businessman. I feel Rooster's fixed my vehicle at an honest and fair price. I will definitely come back again and give them another try.

The owner is rude and lied to protect reputation.Honestly I'd rather have the conversation over the phone and get an apology but he doesn't stay on the line. However I will not allow my mistreatment to go unnoticed.Left a review yesterday to find the owner commented a reply that was untrue. Perhaps he was having a bad day?I had called once to ask about their services prior and he said that I could either make an appointment or stop by the next day and he "might" be able to squeeze it in. I said thank you ya I'd like to come by tomorrow morning. He said that would be fine. The next day I didn't make it in the morning. Assuming it was not an appointment I called later the same day to make an actual appointment. This is where I was treated like c**p. He was very irritable and unwilling to resolve our miscommunication.Do I recommend them? IDK. Wish I could say. Looks like the other reviews are great. I hope in the future he does not mistreat a potential costumer.

We love Rooster s! We ve been going here for years. Dave and Mike have always been welcoming and honest. They have never tried or made us feel like we HAVE to do something. They make needed suggestions just to help out. Hope they are around for many more years to come.
