Driving from McCall to Palm Springs, the AC stopped working. Made an appointment. Once I dropped off the car they told me it could take a day maybe two. Before they could diagnose the problem. Fixing it could take maybe 4 days. So we decided to drive on for 16hrs without AC. Temperature all the way home was between 100 and 115 degrees. Next day I dropped it off at local dealer. They added freon, and it was working again. Took no more than 30 min.

Mercedes Benz of Boise Service did a wonderful job repairing my Sprinter Van. We didn t have an appointment and a long way from home (Arizona). Allan, our service tech did everything he could to make sure we were seen and even offered to have us park our RV there in the parking lot of Mercedes plugged into ac power over night if it became necessary. Thanks so much Mercedes and Allan for all your help, you re the best!
