This is our second Acura we have purchased from Lyle Pearson Acura and both times had Richard Newman as our sales consultant. Both experiences have been amazing. We live 4 hours away from this Boise dealership but the amazing job that not only Richard does for us as well as the entire staff makes it worth the drive.

Mike was great to work with and got us out of a lemon we'd purchased through CarMAX and into a great quality affordable car. Mark in Finance was a relief and pleasure to work with as well, and unlike previous buying experiences at other dealers he didn't harass us for hours trying to sell us warranties and other add-ons you shouldn't need. GREAT experience and will gladly return here for our next vehicle.

Stopped in to check on the availability of some parts and price them out. I talked with the front counter parts, professional named Josiah. He was extremely knowledgeable about his products, and I couldn t have asked for anything better than his stellar service not to mention his wonderful Manager Thomas was extremely welcoming in all aspects of my visit. I was searching for a particular vehicle through a search engine and I found exactly what I was looking for at this dealership. From my first phone call to the dealership I was so impressed with the high level of customer service. Mike Hazel went out of his way to make sure I was informed about the car and even took a video reviewing the condition and attributes. Since I was having the car shipped to Redding, CA., Mike took a video of the car being loaded on the car carrier. Top notch customer care from beginning to end. My car arrived as scheduled in pristine condition. Thank you Mike!

I ended my long search for a certified pre-owned Acura MDX at Lyle Pearson Acura in Boise, Idaho. My salesman, Mike Hazel, listened to my needs and told me they didn't have what I wanted on the lot then. A few days later Mike called me and said, "Guess what I found!". It was exactly what I wanted clear down to the color. Long story short, Mike found what I needed, helped me through the purchasing process and even put me in touch with an excellent auto shipper. My car arrived in great condition, but Mike's service has continued as I've called with questions on how to operate some of the features. I would do business with Mike again, great guy.

It was great working with Mike Hazel and Royce West at Lyle Pearson. No pressure sales experience and quick response to questions after the sale. Royce was really knowledgeable and focused on meeting our personal needs rather than selling us on the most expensive options. All of their staff were really great to work with, very welcoming, and accommodating.

I had my oil change done a few days ago before I had a long travel. The service was excellent and everyone was very kind and informational. They were able to get my car in and done within the hour like they said. The front desk guy, can t remember the name started with a T, was super helpful and kept me update every 20 minutes or so.

What a great experience! Richard, Royce and the crew were awesome. My sister in law who lives out of state (AZ) was having a tough time finding a decent used car for a reasonable price. Because we have found so many at Lyle Pearson I contacted them through the website to take a look at one they had on the lot. Richard got back to me quickly and we set an appointment to take a test drive. After the drive he walked me around to show what else was available in our price range. There was a 2015 with 52K, super clean and Lyle Pearson had done a bunch of work to it before they put it up for sale. That s just who they are. Added to that it was at the right price. I put my sister in law in touch with them and the deal was made quickly with no hassles. Every experience I ve had at this dealership has been awesome which includes five vehicle purchases and lots of visits to service the vehicles.

This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. We went in to buy a used car and called ahead. We got in touch with Mike in sales. Let me tell you we struck the jackpot. Mike was not only polite, he was over the top accommodating and kind. He supported us through the process with no pressure whatsoever. Started with a nice gesture of having the car up front when we arrived, with a custom reserved sign. Made us feel comfortable in the dealership and facilitated negotiations for our trade in. Helped us clean out our old car and manage our 2 toddlers while doing it. He was out there cleaning the windows on the new vehicle while we were signing finance paperwork, made sure the car was fueled up. I mean really felt like a red carpet experience. The rest of the staff was also very kind, trade in estimator introduced himself and was very personable. Same with finance. Just go and see Mike if you want to make car buying enjoyable.

This is not the first Acura we ve bought and we ve bought from other dealerships in the past because of where we live. Mike Hazel went above and beyond for us. There was no pressure and did everything we asked. Car buying can be extremely stressful, but he made the experience a very positive one.

Just picked up my new RDX today. Mike Hazel is the best. So personable and knowledgeable. This is my second new car I purchased from Lyle Pearson..Royce West & the entire team are very easy to work with. The service department is excellent as well. I love my Acuras.

Tait at the Acura service department was friendly and knowledgeable. He also gave me a loaner car for the day, no charge. One of their techs washed and popped out a dent in my bumper for free, which I did not ask for but I appreciate very much. I didn t even notice that until a few days after. Thank you to whomever did that! For service like this, I would gladly drive 100+ miles for my Acura.

Our Acuras have been serviced at Pearson for 17 years. They provide excellent service and make it easy to have work done. The price is reasonable and the service has been excellent every time for 17 years. It is a relief to know that the work that is needed has been performed with expertise. It is luxury service for luxury cars.

Was coming through town from Denver for the holidays. A bunch of warning lights went off on my MDX. Kent at the service dept fit me in right away to there packed schedule. They did a great job and got me back in the road within hours.

I just purchased my first Acura, I am now a very proud owner of 2023 MDX. This SUV speaks for itself, however there are no words to express how amazing my salesman Sebastien was to work with. He truly took his time showing us all the features on the car and took the time to help set up everything and made sure we understood, he was incredibly patient with us and truly listened to our requests. When it came to finalizing the purchase we worked with Nick and the amazing service continued, incredibly kind. We've been taking our MDX (2014) there for service since we moved out here 3 years ago. They are professional, friendly and helpful. We recently bought a newer MDX (2020) from them. The whole experience was very pleasant and low pressure. Everyone from the salesperson to the finance person was very knowledgeable and helpful. We left feeling we got a fair price trade in and for the newer MDX. I would definitely recommend them, not only for the people, but also the line of vehicles. This is our fourth Acura, and we have loved every one.

We stopped by LP Acura, my wife wanted to checkout their used cars. She found one that caught her eye and wanted to speak to one of the salesman (I really dislike pushy car salesman). She returned with a young man Richard Newman (awesome guy). He wasn't pushy and was very helpful, as were the rest of the staff. We bought the car, love it! Richard went out of his way, he showed us how to us the components, even helped us setup our phones. We enjoyed our experience, it was hassle free, If you need a pre owned vehicle please call and ask for Richard! We definitely built a friendship with this dealership thanks to him! Purchased our car in July didn t regret the purchase at all!

Drove 50 miles to look at a Acura. My present car is a nice, reliable 2014 Chevy Impala but I've had it for 6 yrs and am thinking up changing styles and upgrading. So we drive onto lot (hope you like black cars), not much to choose from and they're all locked up. After about 10 minutes a rep walks out. Exchange small talk, I ask a few questions as we're mostly in the dark about the platforms. I raised my concerns about 4 cylinder engine and he says oh, lots power with turbo. Well, I said I'm only familiar with old school 4 cylinder engines and I have serious concerns about those engines and the stress put on them with a turbo long term. Anyway, I hinted several times I'd like to test drive one to see, even a newer used model. Got zero reply and never even bothered to ask is we'd like to see the inside to get a feel. He was more concerned about moving into the shade. Actually had the simular issue at the Toyota dealer. It seems that they expect you to come in, buy it untested, and your lucky to get it, when your order gets here, if you don't buy the black one in stock. I'm sorry, guess I'm used to when one went to a dealership, they bent over backwards to educate, compare and help decide what vehicle I would like the most. I'm currently interested in 3-4 brands so it would have been their job to show what the different models has to offer. Just to show what I mean, I asked about the difference between 2 suvs side x side is. His answer was that one is bigger! If I'm going to spend $50K on a product that'll be worth 40% less in 5 yrs I should be treated better. Guess I'll keep what I got for now and wait til it's more of a buyers market.

We purchased a 2023 RDX Aspec Advance from Richard N. We previously owned a Lexus RX350. Before we purchased the Acura, we considered the Lexus RX 350 and 350H, the Jaguar FPace, the Volvo XC60 and the BMW X5.Dollar for the dollar the Acura was by far and away the best value. More whistles and bells, great safety features. It was easily the most comfortable car of all the cars we considered. It has fair gas mileage, especially compared to the hybrids. That s my only con. I wish Acura had a hybrid in the RDX.Richard was awesome to work with on this purchase. He didn t pressure us, but made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was super knowledgeable about the Acura.Once we purchased the car, he spent a lot of time with us going over the features of the car in detail. In addition, we were introduced to the manager of the maintenance department. Everyone we encountered at Lyle Pearson was friendly and eager to work with us.

This is one of not only the best Acura dealerships I ve been to but the best dealership period!! I ve owned multiple brands of cars and have dealt with many dealerships. The salesman are always vultures and only car about what they want to sell not what you actually want. However that is NOT the case here. The service dept is also very knowledgeable and helpful. You may pay a little more to have your car serviced on at the dealer but at least you know it s actually being done and correctly. I want to give a shout out to Richard Newman at this dealership. He is very knowledgeable in the cars he sells and very low pressured when selling a car to you. Also Tait I m the service dept will make sure your car is always running in tip top shape. Thanks guys for always making it a pleasure to visit your dealership. Keep up the awesome work!!!

This was my first Acura and all the staff at Lyle Pearson made me feel exceptionally special! Mike Hazel was my initial contact guy and was with me for the entire journey of my lease. He made my purchasing experience easy as well as fun. He helped me with everything I needed to set things up and checked in with me regularly, even at the end of my three year lease. I liked the car so much that I ended up purchasing it. Thank you Mike! I'm sure we will be seeing each other again!
