Took my truck in to get a dent repaired and a chipped window replaced. Got the call it was done. Went in to pay (out of pocket) and pick it up. If I hadn t of looked at it I would ve paid for a window that was never replaced. Was told I still had to pay for the window at first. They did end up taking that charge off since it was never done after arguing with them. After looking at the paint there s dirt in the paint in two areas also the reflection to the surrounding areas is off where they sanded the door and I can still feel the dent , very noticeable on an almost brand new truck. Not happy with their quality at all, won t be taking any future business to lithia.

We hit a deer and Chris and the guys did a great job fixing up the car. He kept us up to date during the whole thing and we got the car back a day before they said it would be ready!

They do great body work and keep you informed each week with the process of the repairs. Would recommend them. Very helpful and courteous. Also applied my Phoenix for me looks amazing

I was involved in an accident and the insurance of the other party had Lithia as their repair shop of choice. I had such a great experience. Communication was excellent, and the coordination of my rental car was seamless. The work done was top notch, and they replaced and installed all of my aftermarket parts too. Considering all of the inconveniences you can be up against having your car in the shop for a couple of weeks, these guys made it not very inconvenient at all. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

From the moment you walk through the doors of this facility you are treated courteously and professionally. Everyone cares about the quality at which they do business. I was hit by another driver and had to have body work done to my car. They were informative and always available for questions or concerns. The repair looks great and was finished ahead of schedule! I would recommend Lithia Body and Paint to anyone. I know I can count on them!

Needed my 2019 Ford Fusion front left fender repaired. They called me right after I had talked to the other parties insurance company. Took my Fusion in on the set day to have them start the repair. Less than 24 hours they had a bid ready to go. Lithia Body and Paint even called the rental car company to come and get me. During the repair process they keept me informed either by phone or email.It was done before the date that was promised. There quality of work was superb. You would never know that it was repaired. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If I need any more Body repair. Lithia Body and Paint will be my first and only choice. Thank you Lithia Body and Paint of Boise, Idaho.

Great communication, emailing me with updates and progress weekly as well as phone calls, I did appreciate this. I was told "not to demean your accident but this is pretty basic, we deal with this a lot" They had my car nearly a month and trunk lid was returned misaligned ( I was rear ended) , tail lights different colors, back up sensors not functioning at all. For the reassurance of we deal with this a lot i did expect a better outcome. Will be returning my car to fix these issues next week and will update my review. Disappointing.

Absolutely awesome service. Cost me about $60 more to get my bumper painted by them, but I was in a rush and needed out done before the weekend.I dropped it off Thursday before closing, and they had it completely done Friday at 4pm!! Most paint shops take at least 3 days!Fast, and friendly service for sure!

Lithia paint and body was extremely friendly and helpful.My insurance did all the hard work for. I just had to show up, drop off my car, do a walk around with the collision guy and THEY called my rental car company to bring me my car! This was the easiest and fastest experience I have had. They definitely took a lot of relief off of me during this difficult time of not having my car.

On Thursday 12/9/2021 called in to get an estimate for a repair, lady said "you can drop the car off, we'll take a look on Monday (12/13/2021)." I did so, went to Lithia and was instructed to drop the keys in ad hoc envelope, along with claim number and other particulars. No call on Monday from Lithia. Call from Lithia yesterday 12/14/2021 around 3:00 pm to say they won't have time to see the car in two or three weeks, that I didn't have an appointment, etc". I'll get the jeep back today and will find a different agency to do my business with. Avoid Lithia Body and Paint of Boise!

I took my car in after a very severe accident. Seeing your car shaved down one side like a carrot after a carrot peeler is a jarring experience.Aaron saw to it that I was regularly updated, and once my car was finished in a remarkably short amount of time, i was absolutely floored! It looked and drove exactly the way I remembered it.Thank you to everyone who helped, y all did a fantastic job and I recommend you to everyone.

Great place... Aaron and Chris are beyond great, most wondeful service and they were the silver lining on a very dark cloud... Thanks again for being amazing!!Update..Not happy with the work 3 weeks later the car is making noise. When my wife brought it up to Chris he said yeah we know their is a problem, and he was did not tell us about it.. When asked why they did not tell us, he said he thought they would get away with it.. I feel they should have at least told us about it, my wife and kids ride in this car, this could have put their lives at risk...

Miss communication between Insurance and Lithia. The shop told my insurance that repairs were done on the 28th. But I was never notified once s on the completion until I ended up calling on the 2nd of July. That same day I picked my car up and turned in the rental. The insurance tried charging me over 90$ for the extra days I had a rental.Also representative from Lithia was not very friendly while dealing with this issue.On the repairs, they looked very good until I preceded to drive my vehicle and I hear rattling constantly from the front end where Lithia did the repairs.

I was rear-ended, and the woman who hit me was underinsured, so I could not get a rental car to assist while the repairs were being made. During the accident a milkshake spilt all over the driver side of my car, and as you can imagine made a terrible mess. It was agreed with my insurance that Lithia would get a detailer to detail my car as my car was less than a year old at the time of the accident. I made several calls to Lithia to organize when I needed to drop off my car, mentioning each time I would need to find a ride and that it was making it difficult to do so. Finally, I called the day before I took it in and the woman at the front desk let me know they had a shuttle that could help out... I was astounded. I asked if they had a shuttle service and was told no, and despite mentioning each time the difficulty I was having getting my vehicle in, no one ever mentioned a shuttle to me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, took my car in and was told it would be a week at the most. My car ended up being there for 3 weeks. I picked it up, and there was a piece to the seatbelt in the backseat. Then I sat inside to make sure it was detailed and there was still a mess on the inside. I asked what the piece was and mentioned how the detailers missed several obvious spots and they hurriedly said it was no big deal to fix. I left and headed to work and I pulled into my job s parking lot, I realize the seat was still rocking something I had mentioned to the insurance and to Lithia that needed fixing. I called them and they told me I d have to bring it in again. No apology, nothing. When the car was taken on the highway it was clear it was not aligned and veering to the left badly (who doesn t align a car that s been rear-ended and had the front damaged from being pushed into another car?). Then as I got a better look at the interior I had to spend another 30 minutes with cleaning wipes cleaning the interior because they did such a poor job. A few weeks later while vacuuming my car I realized there were MORE spots left dirty with dried milkshake and spent ANOTHER 30 minutes cleaning the car. The car was taken in for the alignment and to fix the seat, the alignment was done (lo and behold I was right about it veering to the left), BUT they said they were going to have to take it across the street to Toyota to see if there was a known issue with the seat, and then the seat would need to be reordered and it wasn't just a simple fix. Again, all of this information was told to me without an apology, or an attempt to make bringing it back for the THIRD time easier for me considering everything should have been fixed the first time. The staff is nice enough, I really have no qualms with most of them, but no apologies after having to bring my car in three times and for missing clear issues with alignment and the seat and detailing? Insane.

Updated Review: all issues were resolved. Work was completed quickly and correctly. They are affiliated with the ford dealership so if you have a ford they know how to fix it right.

Don't have your vehicle repaired anyplace else. My experience was truly epic. Very satisfied customer here! I am not exaggerating and I am not paid for this review and I don't know anyone that works here.

Easy to get an estimate and prices are reasonable compared to other body shops. Got two vehicles paint chips fixed, they did a job so good you can't even tell.

I given this shop 3 opportunities and 3 times they have failed after they insisted they would do better the next time. Save yourself some time and don't take your vehicle here. Most unprofessional experience ive every delt with.

First off I took my car there for a quote for the front bumper and they replaced the whole bumper without my permission I had to pay and outrageous amount and 10 months later taking my car back due to the paint chipping and then telling me there's nothing they can do because the bumper is scrapped so if the bumper flexes in anyway then the paint is going to chip off I could have ordered a bumper on eBay and painted it myself and it would have been cheaper and the paint wouldn't have chipped and I could have gotten a better quality bumper I would never recommend this place to anyone I know

Said would be ready on Friday and would e-mail if a issue. Went to pick up and they said there was an issue and maybe tuesday. No notification and not caring about the customer
