Thank you for the best service I had. Came in 1st thing in the morning, unforeseen flat tire. There were several people ahead that had the same thing, so I was hoping they would get me in.Gave a good timeline, and took care of it professionally and quickly, and that was for all of us in the morning. Quick , easy and fast. I've had great experiences, and will stick with Les Schwab.

Highly recommend! Best spot in town for tires and battery. Chris took care of our tire installation. From start to finish he kept us informed of progress and got the job done right. If you want someone with the knowledge and experience to treat your vehicle right, check Chris!

Excellent customer service! Took vehicle in with squeaking breaks and damage to front tire from a curb. Pete was a great technician, called and explained everything he did. Rotated my tires, full safety check, took care of the brakes, and rebalanced damaged tire. All at a great price! Always trust these guys. Thanks again!

The manager, Jeff, took such good care of my 19 year old daughter and I when we needed follow up work done. It was 7 months after we got all new tires on her car. He worked together with another location my daughter went to in order to figure out what we needed without any hesitation. He quickly took care of everything we needed. The work was done promptly, without any hassle & even though I only spoke with him on the phone, I could tell he had a smile on his face throughout the week.We all know it can be pretty hard & frustrating to go through any sort of service/maintenance these days. My experience here was exactly the opposite, and I'd like to thank Jeff for that!

Our experience was fantastic. We were looking for tires, wheels and a lift that met our expectations and was within our budget. Casey not only met our expectations he exceeded them. Extremely helpful and professional.He took the time to show us a number of options explaining each of them very thoroughly. Everything arrived and was installed today and our truck looks incredible, appreciate the crew staying late to finish the job. Thanks Casey for all your help and guidance, thanks to Wes & Jeff as well. We have been a customer of Les Schwab for many years and each and every time we are very satisfied. We will be back!

Chris was the one to help me, he quickly answered the phone, got me a good quote for some tires and even had them delivered from another store just incase I purchased them. They were quick to help meet all my needs and get me on the road! Very impressed with this team!

Worst service ever! I took my Jeep in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires, and I needed the tires rotated. I bought my tires at Les Schwab about a year ago, paying over $1,100 for them. They said they had a warranty, and included free flat repair and rotation. When I showed up at this location, they were not busy. However, it took 45 minutes for them to even look at my tires. About 15 minutes later, the technician comes and finds me, and tells me that there is no leak in my tire. I told him that there HAD to be a leak, because I had to put air in my tire. In addition, he said he would NOT rotate the tires. He said I didn't have them rotated soon enough, so he wasn't going to rotate them. When I told him I had paid so much money for them, his response was "Yeah. Tires are expensive." Just like that. Then he tried to sell me new tires! So I left. When I got home, I looked at the tire with a leak, and could SEE a nail stuck in it! He must have never even looked. It was more than obvious! I was furious. I decided I would never go back to a Les Schwab. Big O took care of me and had great service. I highly suggest never going to this Les Schwab, unless you want to get poor service and get fleeced for new tires.

My man Pete, is a true gentleman and a scholar! Cares about people not even just customers, and he does it with a smile on his face! Him as well as other great services from other Les Schwab has sealed the deal and I want to only go through Les Schwab even if I have to pay more which I feel I don't even need to!

I have never had a bad experience! Les Schwab s are always amazing and this facility is no different! I came in for a battery because Hyundai Motors in Boise was horrible to me and over charging like crazy. The les Schwab men drove all the way to Kuna to get me the battery I needed and squeezed me in a little past closing time to install it for me. I do not remember his name, but he was a red head and seemed to be a manager, he was so great and had an amazing demeanor with not only the costumers but the staff also seemed to respect and enjoy him as well. I am beyond grateful and will be back time and time again for their amazing guest service.

What can I say... Les Schwab tire center is awesome! When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly associate. I told them what I needed and they guided me with all the options they had to offer. They let me know that they probably would be able to get to my vehicle the next day (as I brought it in around noonish). They got on it first thing that next morning. They called me to tell me the status and when it was done. Their prices are comparable to others, but much better customer service. If I need anything tire related or bearings on a trailer, I'll be back!

Not a good customer service experience. Had a nail in my tire and was told it was going to be just a little bit. 2 hours later my original contact person asked if I had checked out. I said that my tire had NOT been taken care of, so no I hadn't checked out. Within 10 -15 minutes my tire was repaired, and I was able to check out. Young man that actually repaired my tire tried to apologize and I said that he was not at fault.Manager/service lead approached me after I had returned to the front office and get my phone. If I hadn't left my phone then I wouldn't have had any contact with Les Schwab employee. He tried to "sincerely apologize" but by that time I was not interested in hearing his justification/apology for such a lack of respect and customer service experience. Les Schwab is not the REAL name of this company. It should be LESS Service and the customers are Not treated Right!Tuesday 8/8/23 , 1245-330pmSorry that the Founder/namesake still has image associated with the current operators.

They tried to fix my tire that got a bolt through the tread, but it was too damaged. They also did my pre-trip safety check and got me back on the road. Great service, thanks!

Nobody likes having a flat tire, but that's the situation I found myself in after work today. Without any kind of appointment, I stopped in here and was treated very well. In almost no time at all, I was in and out. Thank you for saving me after a long day Les Schwab!

I can never say enough good things about Les Schwab. They are my go to tire place near my house in Washington state. I bought a car here in Boise and within a week I had a screw in my tire. Took it over to Les schwab and they had me in and out in an hour. And At no charge as well. They always take really good care of me and that s why I always bring my cars in for full set a tires when it s time. One time, my local, Les Schwab fixed each tire on my truck twice for free before I bought four brand new tires. The customer service is impeccable!

There almost 2 hours. We watched the workers a lot of standing around leaning on cars. One tire put on then long period before next one. The guy finally put car down then went to lean on pickup talking with man about battery. We waited and waited before the van was finally brought out. Went to pay after loaded up children was then told oh well you're front struts are leaking. I didn't have time to write up estimate. So waited again. Meantime a bekins truck ask me to move my van so he could drive out. It was where the worker had parked it. Awful experience. Used to be a very respectful fast working place.

I can t say enough great things about the store manager Jeff Ratzesberger and his crew. We had a late, last minute need for service and he held his crew to make sure we were safe pulling a 31 Airstream back to Burns. When we showed up at the store - at least 10 minutes after they had officially closed - they were all helpful, kind, and efficient. I have always been a Les Schwab and with this kind of customer service I always will be! Jeff even gave us his cell phone in case we encountered any problems on the way home. THANK YOU Cole Rd Schwabbies!!!!!! You guys are the best!

I just want to say thank you to Eric at the Boise Cole Rd location who worked hard on my car multiple times in a single week to make sure his customer was happy. We were able to discuss the issues I was seeing and he was able to correct them with his persistence to have a satisfied customer

Went in to have the balance checked on some wheels and tires. The guy who worked on them found no balance issue but talked to me about what I was using them on and actually suggested something I had never heard of, hub centering rings. These are aftermarket wheels and while the fit the hub I didn't know that they could fit while still being ever so slightly off center.Anyways, I went and got some and fixed the vibration issues, exactly what I needed so thank you for taking the time to offer the advice that solved my issue!Great service!

Nothing short of AMAZING! I was driving to Utah on a business trip and my car that morning had a flat tire at the hotel i was staying at. They quickly came out to air the tire, went to the location, and immediately got to working on my car to fix the flat, EVEN THOUGH they had all the bays filled and appointments all day they fixed it all within an hour and I was able to be on my way. Best service center I have ever been too!
