I've been going to Land Rover of Boise for as long as I can remember, I have purchased a few vehicles from them and have always had them serviced there when I am living in Boise. They are great to deal with all around but this review is really for Tony D!!! He's always in a great mood and always has the client's best interest in mind. My wife actually finally had the opportunity to meet him today picking up her Range Rover and her exact quote was "oh my gosh what a lovely man", ha! She's proper English. Thanks again Tony!

While service is always good across Lyle Pearson world, Daniel took my experience to well beyond GREAT!

I came into contact with Jason Bernier when I was shopping for a 2020 Defender. He was always available/attentive, got the car ordered for me quickly, and lined up some great financing options. Jason convinced me to fly in from Los Angeles to pick up the car instead of shipping it. I was happy I did because I got to meet him and drive the truck back to LA and along the way got to take the truck places it was meant to go. Never had a car buying experience like this...the truck is awesome too!

We ve owned range rovers for over 30 yrs. We bought our first from this dealership in Boise in 2004. Service is amazing. We drop the rig off at the airport / LandRover retrieves and returns when service is complete / we land and off we go. We are Rover owners for life. A special thank you to the service manager Tony D. On November 24th 2021 I ordered a Long Wheel Base 7 Passenger Range Rover from Lyle Pearson Land Rover Boise, I gave them a deposit for my order, on Oct 17th of 2022 I contacted them to check on my order status, I was told it wouldn't be much longer because I was 3rd in line for my particular order, in December they called me and said because I was 3rd in line they were giving me an opprotunity to get one sooner because they had a customer back out of an order that had been delivered, I asked about the build but it was only a 5 passenger so I said no thank you, On August 24th of 2023 I called to check on my order status as I figured it was only a matter of days before I got the call my car was delivered, they informed me I was number 5 on the list, folks does an honest trustworthy company treat their customers like this? It's bad enough to have my politicians lie and take my money, but I'm certainly not going to willingly spend my money at a dealership that is dishonest and not trustworthy before I get my vehicle delivered, I wish you could have heard the lies being told to me why I went from 3 to 5 on the list after waiting two years! I'm now waiting for my refund and will look for a dealership I can trust!

Land Rover Boise service department is easy to schedule online, great follow up with text messaging or email. Helpful, good communication through out the process, timely work, reasonable prices and good service.

Purchase a Range Rover Sport that was originally purched at Land Rover Boise, they found an issue with the rear differential leaking. The owner traded the Rover in and Land Rover Boise sent it off to auction with this issue. I purchased the Rover used and the rear differential went out a month later. Took the Rover to Land Rover Boise and it is now a $8900 bill to repair when this could have been resolved with a new seal instead. I personally feel that this is shady business and more about making a dollar rather than quality and pride of being the best

I cannot say enough about Jae Martinez in the service department. He made us feel comfortable the entire time. Wonderful welcome, from the moment we walked in. He made us feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly in conjunction with the video. Thanks for the most pleasant experience we have had in a long long time by a service department. This man is the epitome of quality, efficient, and effective customer service. The service techs were very detailed in their explanations of what needed to be done and we appreciate that so very much. Thank you all and we will see you again soon.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Tony from the service department is so helpful and has only ever told me what I truly need to get done on my car- very trustworthy and nice. He always makes sure my car gets in right away and they fix everything ASAP, even on short notice. I ve had conversations with the finance department as well, and they are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and you can tell they have your best interest.I will always come here to get my Range Rover serviced, and I would never want to go anywhere else!

They won t help you unless you re buying expensive cars. tried to buy a car for 10k and they told me to go home while they talked to the banks. 3 days later no word, just let me checks with no answers. Don t bother. Every other dealership I ve ever been to has been able to do that in less than 3 hours with multiple people ahead of me.

When I call for my appointment Mike was very attend to what services I needed for my Range Rover. On the day of the service Tony was ready for me, he listen to my concerns and took notes. I was notified by text what was needed and service completed early. The whole experience is always pleasant.

My husband and I went to range Rover car dealership in Boise and spoke with Mike Hazel, he was very cordial easy-going explained everything about the car we were interested in and let us drive it. Mike was extremely easy going and never pressured us but yet answered all of our questions, we haven't picked at a car yet but will definitely go back to Mike Hazel very nice man

This is the second vehicle purchased from this dealership. I've had great experiences with service, sales and sales manager. The dealership is fair in pricing and trade in value. No pressure sales and that's the reason I went back. Best experience in a long time purchasing my vehicles. Ask for Stormy or Rich in sales, Scotty Mcbean is stellar in his position and will be more than fair.

Great experience, bought a used Range Rover and found a blemish after everything was done. They not only offered to repair at no charge, when I couldnt get the vehicle into the shop, they sent someone to repair onsite. This kind of service does not happen anymore and deserves to be rewarded!

From the moment I walked onto the lot, there were smiling faces and zero pressure. Once I was greeted by Mark, I felt that he had all the time in the world. He was extremely patient in listening to what I was looking for and spent plenty of time showing me several options, even thinking out of the box! He assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for and at a great price! Mark made my dream car a reality!

Requested info online, got lots of calls and emails. The day I had time to visit, I called asking for the woman who had been emailing me. The girl at the front desk had no idea who I was talking about. Then we arrived and asked for a salesperson to show us a couple of cars. After ten minutes of waiting, we decided to leave. Not a very good experience. Drove next door to another dealership and bought a vehicle that night.

This dealer so far is my favorite dealer I've ever stepped into, I came to buy a new Range Rover, MR Ted was there he was very hopeful, I decided on the car that I wanted thay were very helpful and generous on finishing up the car on time and getting the paperwork ready, Ted spent at least an hour with me telling me about the car and how to use every button in the car , him and his manager made sure that we are good before we leave I'm very appreciative for this dealer there are great I'm definitely keeping them in mind if I ever wanted to get a new car again..
