Krax Glass has done 2 repairs for me. The one Im writing about today is for an RV side glass that was foggy when i bought the RV.They rebuilt the seal on a dual pane window and at just over 2 years is a foggy as ever, and quite a safety hazard as it obscures my side mirror view. After returning from a trip I decided to call about it. The short answer i recieved was they dont warranty after 30 days - because its in an RV, and they arent working on side glass because they dont have help, and, and,and. Customer service is a big deal for me and i think it failing this quickly is far too quickly and is a safety issue. Also suggested i could take it to a place in Oregon. Disappointed to say the least

Would definitely recommend! We were told by every other glass company that we called (including Safelite) that it was going to be at least 4 weeks to get our windshield repaired. This was not an option for us because our RV is our home and we needed to get on the road. The team at Krax glass got it done in less than half that time! They were very responsive and great to work with.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Definitely recommend Krax !They were fast and professional.We went through our insurance company for the new windshield and they helped us navigate that. Showed up at my wife's work and handled the replacement quickly.

Amazing service I highly recommend! Super professional and great staff, they kept me updated on the entire process and went above and beyond to get my windshield replaced after running into challenges with my car.
