They were able to fit me in for same day repair when my windshield ate a rock. It took longer to deal with my insurance company than it did for the chip to be fixed. The service was fast, professional, and thorough. Thank you very much.

Hands down super cool guys and fair with their work. I ve taken to many vehicles to count with rock chips and each one held very well, I didn t have to replace the glass. I had a unique circumstance with a poorly designed rear window on my older Nissan Titan. From Nicole the scheduler, to Kevin a very experienced technician, to Chris the owner, it's obvious that they all care about doing the right thing and take pride in their work. It 's a bonus that their quality is amazing and their prices are very competitive. They earned a customer for life with me. Don't hesitate, just book what you need and they'll take care of you!

A large rock hit my windshield on the freeway, shattering the drivers side of the windshield. Glass Monkey got my windshield replaced a day sooner than one of those larger companies and for quite a bit less money. Fast, super friendly service! Awesome job! I'll be using these guys from now on!

Yesterday.....After calling around to local windshield fixing services, we chose GLASS MONKEY to fix our broken windshield. Other places were 3 weeks out but Glass Monkey said come in right now and we can do it!! In addition to their great reviews, we had heard that Glass Monkey has a very good reputation in the valley. They were quick, respectful, friendly and professional. We were very happy with the outcome and the pricing was great!! Was coming in to Boise with the kiddos and family when our back passenger window fell off. The glass was in damaged but needed re attached showed up right before closing he helped us and was so nice it was free of charge blew my mind. Nicest guy I've ever met. He was quick nice and even friendly with our kiddos. Re attached the window and got us back on the road for our weekend. I highly recommend this business. Honestly wish I could give them 7 of 5 stars because it was kind of him to help us and stay late and not even charge for it.Service: Auto windshield repair

I requested a quote over the weekend when they were closed and they responded back to me within a couple of hours - that was extremely helpful and being able to know how to plan my trip through Boise. I dropped my car off and they texted me when it was finished - it was done within an hour. I traveled 1300 miles home and no wind noise, no issues with the windshield. I would highly recommend them!

Best windshield replacement company ever. Best service. I called and got a quote and they were half of what another company wanted to charge me. Glass Monkey got me in within a couple hours. No up sales and my new windshield looks amazing. Great job guys. Love supporting small businesses.

I haven't had too many experiences with getting glass repaired or replaced, but with Nicole she made everything so easy. She gave me a time frame on when the technicians would be out to my location. Kevin (Technician) and his son Justice were able to get my back glass in in short work. This company has earned my business especially since they're family owned and operated. The price that I was quoted was the lowest out of anyone around and am very happy that I choose to do business with these folks. The next time I'm in the Treasure Valley and need glass work done I will definitely come back. Thanks for making this experience painless!

A huge rock hit the windshield of our Motorhome just as we were coming in to Boise. We drove right to their shop and they worked on it immediately. All fixed and on our way.

I would highly recommend using Glass Monkey! Their staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I called for a windshield replacement on my truck and they got me in within a couple of hours and replaced it while I waited. I also had them do a mobile replacement on one of my other vehicles and was very satisfied with their work. They are one of the best priced shops in the valley and do amazing work on your vehicles. The technician who replaced the gasket on my truck was great. He saved me money by letting me know the glass in my truck was still good and only the gasket needed replaced. Highly recommend these guys. Will definitely do business again.

These guys were great, very friendly! We were far from home and had a road rock fly up, hit and crack our windshield. They were able to see us the next day when others in the town couldn't give us an appointment for many days. Glass Monkey replaced our windshield within an hour and was half the price quoted at other shops, including Safelite. Kudos to Kevin for such a fast, efficient and wonderful job! Highly recommend this shop!
