Terrible wait time. No communication. I had to call every few days to see where the vehicle status was. They fixed it once, only for my wife to drive off the lot, and find that the same dash light that we brought it in for was still on. Brought it back and had to explain why they still needed to fix it. They had no idea what they were fixing on my car. I had to call back multiple times to manage them. It was under warranty, clearly they weren t making very money so they pushed my small ticket back and put other jobs in higher priority. Took 15 days total for a 45 minute job. Will not be returning to service my Kia.

I went to Dennis Dillon Kia today for a scheduled oil change and new windshield wipers. I appreciated how easy it was to schedule online. I was in and out in less than an hour. I received excellent service starting with Service Advisor Harry Rood. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. Drinks and the vending machine were available. I received a link to a video I inspection performed by certified technician Damian, which was very helpful. When I got my car back, it was cleaner than I left it. This experience exceeded my expectations. I will be returning to Dennis Dillon Kia for future vehicle maintenance, as needed.

Most of the time when I have an issue, I usually give the business a chance to make things right. In the case of a major screw up from Dennis Dillon, there isn t anything that they can do to make things right. It started with a phone call to even see if they were open on Labor Day. The person on the phone stated that they are open. I was surprised but asked if they could make an appointment for my car. It has a few recall issues that are serious and need to be looked at. He asked if I could do 8 o clock. I don t live in Boise and that was early but I agreed to it anyway. I know the issue is serious and the quicker they inspect the better off I will be. To be able to make this work I needed to rent a room for a night, drop my car off the night before, put my key into the bay door, bother local friends for a ride.All of this was money out of pocket with the expectation that Dennis Dillon Service department was going to inspect my car. On Labor Day after checking out I decide to get some brunch and check in since I have had no update. I called a few times and there was no answer. I decided to call the sales team to see if I could get information. Brandon informed me that they were open and making sales but the service department is closed for the holiday. With this being the case not only was I out my own money and time, but my car didn t get inspected, my key was in the bay door and there was another car parked behind my car. My only luck with this situation was that Brandon was able to find a way to access the bay and get my key and move my car. After all that my car is still not inspected and at risk of me driving it. Now I need to find a different certified KIA dealer since Chris and his service team have no concern that they didn t keep the appointment that they made with me. Hope you guys had a great Holiday, you very much ruined mine.

We have been bringing our Kia's to this service center for their entire lives. Never had a problem. Service staff always friendly and helpful. Never pushing us to get extra service, but kept our cars in great shape. Our oldest car is pushing 85,000 miles & doing great. A couple times they went above & beyond in service. One time I remember having a flat & they replaced it quickly and I was on my way. I would recommend this service department. David Young was a great service adviser!

Good parts and service. They serve teas while waiting for your vehicle and they kept you informed.
