Huge shout out to Ivan and crash champions! Insurance claims can be rough and stressful, but the team here is laid back and understanding. Their patience and willingness to help any way they can goes a long way, especially when your car is your baby (me). 10/10 recommend

Took my rav4 in to replace a cracked front bumper cover and fog light. I had the car back after 24 hours - couldn t believe it! Vince was a great communicator and they the handled payment with my auto insurance. The repair looks great and is warrantied. Good work!

I have allstate insurance, and crash champions is their "trusted" repair shop. I took my car in Monday morning, spoke with Josh, received a call about an hour later letting me know my parts were ordered and I could drop off the following Monday morning. Dropped her off Monday morning, got a call the following day letting me know she was fixed! Super quick turnaround and excellent communication! They even detailed my car's interior. Very happy with my service!

I want to thank Vinny and his crew for their outstanding service this morning on my vehicle! My white car was tagged with a spray can of red paint over the weekend and they removed it completely and in a very timely manner! Sad that Boise is seeing so much vandalism as it grows but reassuring to see that kindness and integrity in the Treasure Valley still exists.

2020 Murano went in for paint because it got keyed in a parking garage. The initial repair was not up to my standards and a few parts got broken during disassembly. The shop fixed and repaired all the flaws. Ivan is great to work with; very professional and patient. I can be a pain to work with, and I appreciate the shop putting up with me.

Everybody I ve worked with has been amazing but I want to shout out Josh specifically as he has gone above and beyond! I even recommended Crash Champions to someone who recently got in a crash because my experience has been so positive.

So far, everyone is kind and timely. They are upfront with expectations and things that would cause a delay in service. I have work on my car schedule out (for my convenience) and will update after everything is done.

Bad service, never using them again. If there service is as bad as the Caldwell location dont recommend. Make sure you take pictures of your vehicles when you drop them off.

Vinny was a great contact. The appraisal was quick. He worked directly with my insurance company. The job was completed within the predicted timeframe and the repair looked great.

Such an amazing experience with this company! From the second I contacted them to the moment I picked up my car, everyone was so considerate, professional, and very friendly. They explained everything clearly and gave a perfect estimate for the time needed to fix my car. And on top of that, when picking up my car not only was everything fixed, they detailed my car outside and even vacuumed the inside. Will definitely be recommending this place as well as using them in the future!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Josh Tuttle was absolutely outstanding. Very professional and down to earth. Kept me updated throughout the process, paying attention to every detail and always answered any questions I had. I couldn't be happier with the treatment and experience Josh gave me. 10/10 recommend, if I ever need any work done in the future, I'll be going here. No reason to not give a 5 star review, I would give more if I could. Seriously, Josh, YOU'RE THE MAN!!!

The two random times I haves stopped by at this business they were absolutely fantastic! Recently, I needed a headlight replaced on a new vehicle. They took care of me immediately and set my expectations appropriately and delivered. What I feel speaks volumes is the fact that the what I needed done was minor and they didn t make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I always say, it s the little things that separate the average from the exceptional. This business is exceptional in how they handle their customers. Thank you and I appreciate you!

I had used this company before and liked their work. But, when asking for an estimate on damages from a recent fender bender, so I could give this information to the insurance agency, I was told they were too busy and they would not be able to help me for at least 4 weeks. It was not friendly call .... it was obvious they did not want my business, so I am taking my car to another shop. I would definitely not recommend Treasure Valley Collision Center.

My son ran into our house with my car and it damaged the front panel, door, window and mirror. I am so impressed with the service I received! They did the work for less than the original quote. It looks better than the rest of my car! I would recommend TVCC to anyone needing body work or paint. Aiden was great and easy to work with! I couldn t be happier! It is always unfortunate to have a fender-bender, but when you do, this is the best place to go. They are first of all, professional, courteous, and quick to get your estimate. They worked directly with my insurance, so there was nothing I had to do, except look forward to getting my SUV back to its original condition. They did that, and more. The paint match on my fender, hood and front bumper was amazing, and the repairs were completed in just a couple days. They replaced everything with OEM, which I appreciated, and when I picked up my SUV it was immaculately cleaned. I was so happy and impressed, I can't say enough good things.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I had a really good experience. Their work was really good. One thing I early liked about them, was the way they treat their customers. Hope no one has an accident, but if you needed a bodyshop, I totally suggest here.

I was hit in April of this year in a car I had less than a week. Treasure Valley Collision restored the damage seamlessly. Vincent was amazing and so kind. I was quite shaken up from the ordeal. They kept me very reasonably updated via text message. With how busy life is, that made it very convenient. It was refreshing to see the level of customer service and integrity they provided. I hope I won't have to, but if ever faced with auto repairs again, I would use them and recommend them. Thank you guys!

I was not looking forward to this process after someone hit my truck, but the staff at Crash Champions did an amazing job making the process flawless and easy. These guys were great! They got out car back to us in less time then we thought, and they did a great job on the work. Very helpful and friendly staff. They even completely vacuumed, cleaned the inside, and washed our car to make it look spotless when we picked it up. Keep up the great work! It is definitely appreciated!

Sadly, my prized vehicle was totaled. My car was brought to them for assessment and I ended up having to go to their business to clean it out. I later had to come by to drop off paperwork for my insurance claim. I wish I would have asked for names of some of the employees, but the staff I worked with were beyond great. I expected a cold experience as it was just another totaled vehicle on their end. Instead I was met with kindness and compassion. They helped me to remove my license plates (something I hadn't even considered needing to do) and talked with me as if I mattered This wasn't just one fluke interaction. I was met with the same kindness on both occasions. I really can't thank them enough for the graciousness they met me with in a very hard time of my life.

Bob and team are a joy to work with and their advice is always spot on. Their work is excellent; the cars that I've had them work on always come back looking better than it ever looked before being in their capable hands. I had a 1999 Volvo S80 T6 that needed moderate repairs; after they had completed those repairs, I had taken the car to a local service center for an oil change. The technician looked at the car and asked if it was a 2010 vehicle; this was in 2010!!! Bob and Steve are awesome!!!

Bob and company did an excellent job on our Mini Cooper. They were very helpful, thorough and responsive. They stuck to their estimate eventhough it cost them a bit more to do the repair and the repair quality is outstanding. We appreciate the work Treasure Valley Collision Center did and would not hesitate to take our vehicles there again.

Amazing experience!!! Was very happy with them. I got rear ended and my car was taken to them. They called me and sent me texts to keep me updated the whole time they had my car. My car had been in a reck before and it got fixed by someone else, treasure valley collision called me and told me that that place had fixed my car wrong and not to worry because they were going to completely fix everything that the other place did wrong! When I came to pick up my car it had been like it wasn't even in a wreck! And once I left I called because I noticed inside my car was a stain that happened from the accident, they told me to bring it back immediately and they cleaned it right away! I would definitely recommend them and even use them again! A+ quality! Thank you guys again! I couldn't be more happier.

I was rear ended on I84 in August 2018. Treasure Valley Collision fixed my car. We worked with Brian and kept us up to date and asked us what we preferred. If we had any questions he would always return our call within a hour or two. Would definitely take our vehicles back to them.

I recently had my car repaired at Treasure Valley Collision Center because of an unfortunate accident after sliding on the ice this winter. The guys were very accommodating about getting me in right away when other shops said they were booked out by a week or more. They also have the free loaner program which was IMMENSELY helpful to me because I didn't have rental coverage on my policy and am not sure what I would have done without a car for a week and a half.The repairs look great, they were fair in price, everything is warrantied and the service was awesome. I would definitely recommend Treasure Valley Collision Center!!!

This review is not for their quality of work but they were extremely helpful and professional and they were able to find the problem with my vehicle frame easily even though it was not obvious to other people I have talked too. They showed me the problem and provided me with a fair quote. I couldn't afford it due to economic situations but if I could I would feel extremely confident that they would do a good job.

Wonderfully business as well as a place that a group of friends and former business associates work it's love le a homecoming experience. Do wonderful repairs. I wouldn't take my car any where else!!
