Came through Boise to buy a truck and Carl s had a pit bike I ve been looking for so we stopped and bought it! Dane made the process super easy, had it loaded and we were out the door in 15 minutes! Can t wait to come back for more someday!

Sam is absolutely amazing! Was so quick to take care of us, got us in and out so quick, was very fair and honest. Would 110% recommend him for all your motorcycle needs! Will for sure be back!

I am a Washington resident and have never bought nor even thought about purchasing a new motorcycle from an out of state dealer; but Carl's had the model I was looking for that I was unable to find anywhere in WA. After speaking to a pleasant salesman, Russ via phone, we agreed on a very fair price, so I decided to make the drive to purchase the bike. With storms looming making the late fall drive a bit treacherous, Russ gave me continued status updates on the bike's assembly and updates on the weather in Boise to help me find a safe time to make the 8.5 hour trip. I eventually got to Boise and Russ was fantastic, making the sale a breeze. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited for me, spent a good amount of time showing me the best way to load the bike and tied it down securely for the long journey home. After getting back to Washington and attempting to license the bike I realized I needed an additional piece of paperwork from the dealership. Russ tracked it down and made sure it got sent to me in a timely manner, again updating me each step of the way. I've bought many motorcycles and vehicles in my 53 years, and Russ was hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Look him up if you are buying from Carl's, I'm glad I did.

All are a good crew and especially like working with Michael Watts. Very helpful with a purchase of a Husky 901 Expedition in 23 and a new snowmobile in 24 . He knows his products and he is an active rider. . All the parts people are good too, Russ Chestnut is super helpful

Bought my first bike from carls a few weeks ago, felt like I had a good experience until I came in today to see a friend purchase her brand new 636. The gentleman who sold me my bike did not go the extra mile like I saw Sam treat my friend. I did not receive my 250 off for veterans discount, I was not aware of this benefit. Sam was aware of how little I was taken care of when I came by the first time and this experience made me totally switch my opinion on carls cycle sales. Sam not only took care of my friend but he picked up the slack left by my bad experience. If I had known Sam was willing to work with me like he did, I would ve went with him to begin with. Sam reflects values that will help him exceed with his career and carls is lucky to have a gentleman like Sam.

Sam in sales was amazing to deal with! Got me a great price on a new dirt bike for my son's birthday. He even helped load the bike in back of the truck. Everyone there, from the sales crew, the parts staff to the service department, I know I can trust them with their expertise every time I go in. Keep up the good work!!!

Chose Carls because of the large selection of inventory. I bought a 2023 RZR Turbo R. Addison was my salesman and he made it a fun experience. Everything was easy. I got an excellent trade in value for my motorcycle. Was not expecting that. Overall I'm very happy with my experience with Carl's. I feel like they went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and needed.

I've dealt with Dane @ Carl's for several new machines now. He's went above and beyond what I would expect from a sales person. He's even gone out of his way to keep me up to date on new inventory that I might be interested. I'm treated like a friend, not a customer. I enjoy popping in to Carl's and saying hi whenever I'm in the area because who knows what I might want to buy next. And Dane is always there to give me a great deal. If you're ever looking to purchase a new toy for your collection, hit Dane up. You won't be disappointed!

Bought a KTM Duke 390 from here. Addison Barnes was the rep that helped me out. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. This was the easiest experience I ve ever had buying/financing. Most done over the phone. The gentleman in finance was incredible and very helpful also. Great place to shop. Ask for Addison if you are serious about buying and he will definitely get you squared away in record speeds. Thanks guys!

Another great purchase experience from Sam Smartt. He kept in communication while waiting for the bike to ship and let me know when it came in. He accommodated my schedule so I could pick up my bike after work and even sent me pictures as they assembled it! Thanks buddy!

This place was busy today with lots of activity. But a nice salesman found time to answer my questions. Plenty of stock with knowledgeable sales people. They also have a separate room with all kinds of riding gear...helpful personnel as well. Conveniently located on State Highway 44

I have been waiting for months for a bike I put a down payment on. I talked to Sam down at Carl s Cycle. At the time they didn t have anything that I wanted, but I mentioned I had a bike I going to get out of state. Sam remembered that and in less than a week (two day before I had to travel out of state) he called me up with the exact bike I wanted. Not only that, he gave me a great deal on it! When I went down to pick it up, everyone there was super fast at completing the sale and paperwork. We were in and out in no time. Sam even loaded the bike in the trailer for me. It was an amazing experience!

Dane at Carls Cycle is awesome! I called told him what I was looking for gave me an amazing price and drove 5 hours to pick the machine up. He even had it in stock! He made the buying experience fun and easy. Very knowledgeable and the staff was also great. They have an incredible amount of inventory! Be sure to contact Dane he will greet you with a smile and a handshake!

Michael Watts was terrific to work with. I called and even through a bad phone connection, he stuck with me, sent photos, wrote up the purchase order and followed through to make the transaction happen. He even waited until 15 minutes after close to ensure my driver was able to pick up same day. Way to go above and beyond! I d buy here anytime. It was just what you d expect from a great business. Thank you.

What a great experience. I came from another big dealer frustrated and felt like the whole shop was a car dealership. I couldn t even talk to the managers sitting behind the big glass when I had an issue. Ranger helped me find the perfect bike after getting to know me and what kind of riding I do. All of the staff were eager to help and answer questions. I highly recommend Ranger and the Carls team.

Bought a KLR650 today and couldn't have done it without Sam at Carl's Cycle. He had extensive knowledge on the bikes (all bikes!!) there! Got back to me immediately! Answered all my questions! It was a wonderful sales process quick and pleasant. They helped me out getting bags for the bike and set it up for me to pick up after they closed!! Thanks so much Sam! Got to work with Sam in order to get this beast! He definitely went above and beyond our expectations!!! We came from SLC, UT in order to get it and Sam made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner and also kept us updated on everything. I would highly recommend his service if you are looking for a toy!

Went into Carl s looking to purchase my first dirt bike and had the pleasure of being helped by Rybo! He was very knowledgeable and had suggested the 2023 KLX 140F. He was very helpful during the entire process and the bike was built in a week and I just picked it up! Rybo was great to work with during this process! I m so excited to get on and ride. I ll definitely be going to Carl s for future purchases!

Took rzr570 in for service. Service was done but not told our service agreement had expired before the work was done. Just expected to pay what they say i guess. Was told about expiration at time of pick up. ALSO brought 570 to us with a dummyy light on. Was asked by the SERVICE guy if we have had problems with our power steering. The 570 DOESNT HAVE POWER STEERING!!!! You would think he would know that. After about 45 minutes, found out that one of thier techs took my gauge out to test it on another side by side and that one had power steering. Now why in the hell would you take parts off of a personal bike thats in for service to test on another machine. Big no no. So now gauge is getting replaced but will not have the accurate miles on it. Thanks Carls for a job good and well screwed up. Will never buy ANYTHING from carls again. Gear...bikes ...side by side....parts....NOTHING. Lost all of our friends buisness as well now.

Sam helped make a 30th birthday dream come true! I m a Utah resident and was searching for a specific Gas Gas dirt bike for my boyfriend that I couldn t find in Utah. I reached out to Carl s Cycles and Sam walked me through the whole process of getting a down payment secured AND remaining incredibly patient while I got my ducks in a row back home. Eventually the day came and I drove 5 hours up to Boise from Salt Lake with my dad. When we arrived Sam made the process so smooth and even set us up with some goodies to make it that much more worth it. Honestly, I d drive back up there just to experience that top tier level of customer service again.

Carson made the buying process so smooth and easy!! He was courteous, professional and helpful the entire time. I ended up taking delivery of the bike on his day off and he got me with Sam who helped with the rest of the process. Everyone here was so friendly from start to finish, from finance to parts and apparel! I won t be going anywhere else for my future purchases, and you shouldn t either!

Carl's Cycle is 100% legit! From the minute I walked in, Dane and the rest of the staff took care of my every need, from purchasing a pair of goggles to a pair of motorcycles. Friendly, knowledgeable and great deals! Plus, they have the best motorcycles made!

Purchased my second motorcycle from them just recently. Overall I m pleased with my decision so far. We will see how the first service goes. I d like to see the sales people have some follow through afterwards, a phone call at least. A text. A thank you card. I say this because I want to see them do well. With so few dealerships in the area it s easy cut corners when you have the market cornered. Will be doing business with you again. Dane was awesome to work with.
