They're great. If you have a Tesla, keep in mind the waitlist is long because Austin is the only service advisor, but he is very professional, kind, and a great guy in general. The wait is worth it. They did great work and even throw in a complimentary car detail. It felt like a brand new car, even had the new car smell. Highly recommend this location.

My husband Bill and I recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Ascent. A week after we bought it, I was stopped at a stoplight on my way to work on a snowy morning and the vehicle behind me skidded into the back of our car. We chose Caliber Collision on Five Mile to do the repairs as it is close to our house. The completed the work in less than a week and the car looks amazing. We dealt with Evan and Kimberly and they provided professional and super friendly customer service. It was a great experience. We highly recommend Caliber Collision on Five Mile for any vehicle repairs you may need.

I recently took my Tesla Model 3 to Caliber Collision for some cosmetic repairs, and I must say, they delivered a phenomenal job. The quality of the work done on my car was nothing short of exceptional, and it looks as good as new!What really stood out to me during this experience was the outstanding communication from the team at Caliber Collision. I received nearly daily updates on the status of my car, which was incredibly reassuring and much appreciated. It's rare to find a service that keeps you so well-informed and involved in the process.I want to give a huge shoutout to Austin, a staff member who clearly has an in-depth understanding of Teslas. His expertise was evident in the way he handled my car with care and precision. Furthermore, Austin went above and beyond by recommending a fantastic place for interior cosmetic repairs, which unfortunately was not covered by my insurance. My 2019 Chevy truck was recently sideswiped and had damage to the rear quarter panel and rear bumper. Caliber collision got me in quickly and repaired my truck perfectly with no sign of damage from the crash. Their customer service is unreal with routine updates, friendly service, and this is a place I would return (hopefully I won t need it) and would recommend for anyone else that needs vehicle repairs. I had to take a vehicle to Peterson Auto Body in the past and had a terrible experience. This was a 180 from that experience and I am more than happy with how my truck looks after picking it up from caliber collision! Extremely satisfied with the repair on my car. Someone scraped up my car in the mall parking lot, so I needed a new door. I dropped my car off and by the end of the week my car was ready. The staff was very helpful in dealing with my insurance and the communication from Caliber was great. I received updates about the repair everyday. Hopefully I won t have to deal with a repair again, but if I do, I know who I can trust.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

For those of you who always seem to be in a rush: This is the only place you would want to take you car for any repairs and fixes needed period. If you want the best of the best, this is it!For those not sure who to trust, I hope this helps:We've all dreaded the possibility of someday coming back to our beloved modes of transportation, to come back to our cars, only to find them in less than perfect condition. Or even worse, end up in some sort of accident be that our own fault or someone else's; we loose, because now our prized possession is no longer perfect. It's no longer pristine. It will never be the same.Of course traveling on any road today, no matter where in the world you are, you're inevitably going to end up in some sort of a situation. Which is why we all carry insurance, hey, it's even required by law. And with it being inevitable, either right after you drive it off the dealership lot or 10 plus years later; having a professional company, that isn't just there to feast off of your misery, take even more money away from you, or make you consider even harder just staying at home, order in, set up a home office and forget about the dangers that lurks outside: Caliber Collision on Five Mile with Ryan Stillman at the helm is heaven sent.From the moment the incident occurs, until you're back on the road; that feeling of coming home after a bad day, being able to finally take care of yourself and knowing it will now be okay, that very feeling is what you get when you first meet the people at Caliber Collision on Five Mile.This is a very busy location, that not only are the only ones who can deal with Tesla vehicles in the Treasure Valley but still deal with other cars also; that there is even time left in the day to meet and greet new customers as if You are the only one that matters, that Your needs for Your vehicle is the outmost important matter in the World: it is quite humbling to have experienced professionalism at such a level, knowing again how incredibly busy they are with their at all time overflown ocean of vehicles they have to work on.Having a Super Hero, much like your very own Captain America, that will make sure everything is done by the book, that you're treated like Royalty and always kept up to date, always have time for a question or input, always around to ensure the process for Your vehicle is followed to a T, and nothing less than perfection is accomplished: Austin Blake, who I had the pleasure of having as my Service Advisor through out my horrendous incident that put a stop to my life, him and the rest of the team that to my knowledge worked on my vehicle: John & Jorge, made what started as some of the worst things that had happened to me, to end with some of the best that had happened to me personally.Everything from the best Manager I have ever personally experienced in any business; Ryan Stillman, who stayed after hours to allow for above and beyond customer service for me. The ability of just dropping of my rental and resuming life from their shop when it was all done. The squeaky clean car I got back, in a BETTER-THAN-FROM-FACTORY-NEW state, to the follow-up afterwards in case there was anything I was not satisfied with: The whole experience was as surprisingly pleasant and smooth, despite my enormous load of inquiries, worries and frustrations.I wish every single company out there, could take a page from this locations book, no better yet, take the whole darn book! Because topping the level of service, professionalism, skill and workmanship is just not possible.I trust this location; Caliber Collison on Five Mile, more than I trust my Tesla Service Center (not that I have anything bad to say about them) the level of professionalism is just leagues above and beyond the manufacturer of my car.So with everything I have, I say thank you! Caliber on Five Mile did an excellent job repairing my 2022 Tesla Model 3 Long Range. Thank you for the timely and accurate repairs. The texts, e-mails and phone calls to keep us up to date were excellent. Timing was spot on and any concerns/questions we had were addressed/answered immediately. Top notch and highly recommended!

Did an excellent job repairing our vehicle after feont end was smashed up pretty good after wreck. Car looks and drives like new. Sean did a great job of keeping me informed along the way. Would recommend them.

I know a few people that have had work there, so I was referred to caliber and they did more than an amazing job on my car. Somebody backed into me at a stop sign. Yep that happened loll. They had to replace my whole front end bumper and it s probably one of the most beautiful jobs on a car I ve ever seen. I am more than happy, and I would recommend caliber collision before any other place. also, the customer service was super amazing and my car was detailed in and out they went over and above.

Austin, at Caliber Collison is by far one of the best techs that I have had work on my car. Not only is he insanely knowledgeable about his trade he was also able to deliver my car well ahead of the scheduled repairs. Initially I was worried when I dropped my car and they told it would take 3 months to fix. After my insurance stopped covering the rental i called to let Austin know and he made it a priority to get me back Into my car ASAP. He was 31 days early on the repairs and I just can not thank his and the caliber team enough. Hopefully you ll never need a car repair but if you do caliber collision on five mile is the best shop in Boise! Ask for Austin!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

The service here was absolutely amazing! They took my car off of my hands and got me a rental car in under 10 minutes, kept me updated without being annoying, and got me my car back quickly while also making sure it looked brand new. Each person I came in contact with on their team treated me very nicely and it felt as if I had known them for years. If you need your vehicle repaired, I would strongly suggest going to Caliber Collision and having David Bacchous as your estimator!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I chose Caliber Collision over other choices for a few reasons. Shawn deserves kudos for making my repair and visits as pleasant as could be expected. My experience was exceptional. I expected there would be a reason to grumble a bit but my repair went as smooth as glass and I m back on the road again and a happy camper.

Caliber Four Mile Rd is simply superb at making any damage to your auto turn out to be just as new as when you purchased it. VERY professional. Vehicle is ready for you to drive away when they say it so at the beginning of the repairs. Highly recommend their services.

These guys were truly great. Best place to take your Audi or any European car. They were even recommended to me by another bodyshop! They made my rear bumper look better than it was when I bought my car. If I ever get another fender bender, this is where I will be coming.

This place has blown me away with over the top customer service. Real customer service with someone who truly cares is insanely rare these days. Personally I have never had a better experience with a body repair shop or any place for that matter. I went with them initially because it was my insurance company s recommendation. Long story short insurance wouldn t cover a part of my car because they were claiming that damage specifically wasn t caused by the accident, it was literally not drivable at that point, it was a ridiculously frustrating decision. Ryan the gentleman I worked with agreed it wasn t right and covered it themselves! I honestly couldn t believe it. Of course the issue spiraled and they found a few more issues and they still covered it as well as covered our rental for the additional days that insurance wasn t going to pay for! I can t say enough or elaborate enough about how blown away I am about the whole situation. Thank you so so so much from my family and I to Ryan and the rest of the crew at caliber collision off five mile. I will be a lifelong customer and recommend anyone go to them for any body repair needs without hesitation. A++++Service: Body & Trim

Our brand new Tesla was hit in a parking lot while we were having breakfast. We have all been there. It's not a great feeling, but we are grateful for a couple aspects of the incident. First, the lady who hit our car was nice enough to come into the restaurant and try to find the owner the car she hit. This would have been costly for us if she had not stepped up. Thank you. The second aspect of this incident we are grateful for is working with Austin at Caliber Collision. He was outstanding. He was polite, respectful and professional. He did a great job of keeping us informed as to the status of our car. He was able to have our car repaired much sooner than his initial estimate. We have now had the car for about a week after the repairs and it looks like they did a great job. The car looks and performs like new. Thank you Austin and Caliber Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Poor, substandard work. They wouldn't guarantee the repairs made, were performed and meet manufacture standards. In my opinion, epoxy is not a repair for a broken bolt. Yes, they actually did that. With that small fact, I question any and all repairs made to my car.

The only Tesla certified body shop in the Treasure Valley. My repair went extremely smooth and the vehicle was ready earlier than expected. Caliber handled the communication with the insurance company and the rental car company and made things really easy on me.

Had a fender bender and they did the repair. New hood, fender , bumper cover. Great job. Perfect paint. Daily rundown of tasks completed and plan for next day.
