I took my truck in because the back leaf springs weren't working as well as the shop. Rick gave me a quote, told me a couple of options. I picked one. Great choice. My truck rides very comfortably. He gave me a time frame to be completed, right on time. Great work.

They refurbished my BelAir rear leafsprings professionally, on time, under quote without any problems. Made my car ride OEM and raked rear per factory and customer specifications. My 56 BelAir ride and handling is PERFECT! Thanks to Russ and Michelle..."Bravo Zulu"Mark Arnstam, USN Ret.

These guys did a great job with my four wheel camper install. My only regret is not setting up some truck suspension work with them at the same time.

Showed up for my alignment appointment. One guy got in the car and test drove it, and pulled it into the shop. They worked on it for five minutes. Another guy test drove it, parked it upfront and said you re good to go. It tracks perfectly on the road now there was a slight shimmy my steering wheel that is completely gone. I don t know why other places take hours and charge hundreds of dollars but I know where I m going from now on.

We were just passing through and needed an opinion on what to do with our leaf springs in the future. They were very helpful and willing to give us the time even though we wouldn't be having them do the work. We greatly appreciate their help.

The people here were so friendly and so kind to help us get our Truck back on the road. We were squeezed in because we do food deliveries for the less fortunate. Even still these people were among the friendliest most down to earth and most affordable places I have ever been serviced at for suspension work.

I had my 98 Tahoe's suspension fully upgraded for a very reasonable price considering a lot of the parts were custom made at the shop versus buying some kit online. My truck rides very smoothly and looks great with the 3" lift. Staff were very personable and professional.

Great place to do business with. Our family has done business with Boise Spring for over 40 years, they are knowledgeable, honest and hard working while aiming to please. We are always wearing out and breaking suspension parts on our equipment and have found Boise Spring the best place in the valley to service our needs by far. Highest recommendation.

Awesome service. I have an aging Tundra with all sorts of oddities that I ve been getting worked on, and discovered I have slight twisted leaf spring. Honest answer from the mechanic that I didn t need costly shop work on it at this point in time. Always great customer service when you aren t pushing the customer into unneeded work. Will def be coming to them when I get the leafs replaced!

Had spring work, anchors and electrical complete on two trucks over the years to prep them for slide-in camper. Excellent service and professional timely install both times. Highly recommend Boise Spring Works

Got my 19 Challenger lowered here for a great price. I provided the lowering springs and they were able to finish the car within a couple hours.They also returned the old springs to me without me asking. Bunch of honest and hardworking guys at that shopEmployees are chill, prices are great (especially when compared to other shops), and I am 100% satisfied with the service they provided.

Needed a leaf spring for my camp trailer and they set me up with exactly what I needed. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will be back in the spring time to have them do all four leafs and brakes.

I was given the Spring Works as a referral for metal work. After showing what I needed, they were unable to do what I required. Instead of faking it they asked all the right questions and admitted they could do the work reliably. The gave me another referral who was able to do the work well.The thoughtfulness and honestly was impressive. I now know what the scope of their skills are and I will work with them in the future should the need arise.

I have had two different types of vehicles lifted at Boise Spring Works. Excellent job on both vehicles. They have also made some custom U-Bolts for me. I have dealt with Rick on all occasions and his customer service is stellar ! I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done.

Best place to go ! I needed work done on my 2017 nissan Frontier ASAP and they got me in quick and finished the job in a great time . Definitely recommend them to anyone. Great customer service.

These guys did an amazing job. I was in a bind, and needing custom u-bolts. They made them while I waited, no more than 10 minutes. Prices were great, product was perfect, and customer service was top notch. I look forward to sending more of my business their way.

I've been way too remiss in getting this review posted. Boise Spring Works is the best for suspension work. Years ago I brought in a 1/2 ton Chevy Blazer that I needed upgraded to be able to use for hauling a trailer for work. They installed extra leaf springs and basically created a heavy 1/2 ton. It worked awesome!Recently, I picked up a 3/4 ton Ford that had been sitting and was used to carry a large cabover camper. It had Air bags on the rear, but they were leaking. Boise Spring Works installed an overload and replaced the ubolts on the front and the ride is amazing both with and without the camper on. Not even a question of who to call for suspension work. These guys are number 1.

Very customer friendly, in my experience. I had a lift installed here on my 4Runner, and I brought my vehicle back multiple times for them to check out noises that I was hearing. They were great about riding around with me to check out the noises, putting it on the lift to make sure everything was in place, etc. And, they didn't charge me, even though I offered to pay for their time. I don't think I would have received this kind of service at some other lift installers in town.

Took my truck in because it was very rough ride...found out previous owner put on after market bumpstops and now frame was riding the bumps. Boise Spring Works were able to find me OEM bumps for my truck and threw them on the next day plus the correct size u bolts! Fast friendly and helpful with all my questions. Best Place to go in Boise for suspension work.

I called about lowering my 2006Ford F150 to hard getting in the cab. Can you lowered 5" by using drop spindles. Maybe 2-3 he told me. I got my pickup back yesterday. I am so happy its Prefect for me now. Plus it looks so much better lowered.Thanks Boise Spring Works.

I have a '99 PowerStroke diesel: these guys swapped all 4 shocks, front leaf springs, and front u-bolts the RIGHT way, and they did it in under 3 hours and for well under $300, but bottom line is they do quality work. Friendly shop--one fella even dropped his lunch to make a minor cosmetic adjustment as I was in a rush to get out the door. Will definitely return for any future work I need help with (they offer great advice to help you map your work as well).

They have a bit of a waiting list for work however, they have added springs to my last truck & in a month, they will add springs to my new truck. Staff is great and I absolutely LOVE supporting this small local business.

I had a suspension problem with my truck that 3 other shops could not fix. I dropped by Boise Spring Works and Rick fixed it on the spot in under 15 minutes. Excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We were having trouble locating a mounting bracket for a grapple on our John Deere tractor. We walked in with the damaged mounting brackets and he made two new ones in less than 5 minutes. These guys are no joke. I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome, Rick and Russ are awesome. they put in a leveling kit and new shocks. had a problem with the cvx axel boot ripping after picking it up and driving it. i took it back and they replaced both sides. great job on everything. i would recommend them to anyone.

Absolute pros! Not only did they re-spring my F-150 but also helped me get it slide in camper ready. As the local Four Wheel Camper dealer they know what their doing. Now I can tow my boat with the camper in and not worry about the suspension handling it.
