Been going here since 2017-2018 with my old Audi, and I ll never go anywhere else. The team has always provided top notch service with quality parts. I know I can trust them with any Euro I bring in to get the job done right. 10/10 recommend!!! Thanks Brian and Cole for always being so helpful!

I have taken my Mini Cooper here several times and appreciate the work they do. It can be hard at times to get in BUT you have to call and schedule ahead. They do phenomenal work and are straight up with you. It s hard to find places in Boise to work on Mini Coopers and the pricing is also good too. They understand that it s not cheap to own a European car and work with you and care. Love these guys here and love the environment. Thanks!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I lost my tool bag out of my truck. A gentleman by the name of Cole grabbed it out of the road and got it back to me. When most people would have taken the 1500 dollars worth of tools he took the time out of his day to get it back to me. There are still honest people in the world and at a mechanics shop that goes a long way.

Look, if you drive a European car there's no reason to go anywhere else. These guys know their stuff, charge WAY less than the dealerships and do great work. Also, if your car doesn't need a thing, they don't do it. They'll quote you the higher end of what you might need, but only charge you for work you actually need. (My car was due to have the radiator fluids checked so they quoted me a price that included a flush. When they looked, it didn't need a flush so they didn't do one.)Great guys, great service, great prices.Be warned, if you're headed east on Overland it's easy to miss them. The sign is unassuming and set back a bit... Easy to miss.

They know their stuff. Prices are reasonable. Location is convenient for Boise residents.Brought my VW bug here when the thermostat fried. The repairs were done in a day. I was super impressed with the speed and efficiency. Took me a few days to pick up my car as they do require payment before pick up. However, my car is running smoothly now! Will be returning to repair a couple of other items that need fixing.

Brian and Cole are two of the best guys you can have work on your vehicle. I do business with them as my customer and as me being their customer. They are by far the best in the valley and they are reasonable and won't try to oversell you on repairs. Easily one of the most reputable European repair shops in Boise.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They didn t even tell me they were keeping my car overnight. I had to call to check in and see whether I needed to get a ride. Fixed my water pump and valve gasket cover. Now it has another oil leak and they won t fix it because my car overheated and they say it s my fault. They also wouldn t tell me when I could pick my car up, after a week of it being worked on. They really don t care about they re customers. I would highly recommend EUROSPORT. -> specialize in all bmw s, they even give you a loaner car and are very good with communication.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

The owner is amazing, the prices are fair and reasonable. Lot is tight but just drop it off and they will fix it. Our BMW 750X and 525i have been expertly repaired. Even went out of his way to give me a ride home!

Took in a 2002 BMW 530i for a prepurchase inspection and purchased the vehicle based on the feedback. Took it back to have several issues fixed that were discovered during the inspection. It was quite a list as the car was not well taken care off by the previous owner and sat a lot. Several oil leaks, electrical issues, new brakes, cracked air intake boot, etc. Cole took his time to trouble shoot and fix the electrical issues, he did a great job fixing everything on the list and went the extra mile to clean a very oily engine bay from years of neglect. The work he did was meticulous and very presentable. And to top it off, we had a price range based on what needed to be fixed and the team stayed within that range, even though several items took longer to fix or were added later. So no surprises at the end . We will definitely be going back for all of our BMW needs. Thank you Brian and Cole!!Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

I definitely would recommend anyone looking for an honest and skilled mechanic for their European automobile to come here first. The dealership wanted 5k for a minor repair so we brought our car here for a second opinion. It's fixed perfectly and the total cost was under $100!I wish I could give them 10 stars!Thank you

Took my e36 '96 BMW 328i sedan into these guys and they were not only efficient, courteous, and professional, but also incredibly well priced. I always worry about being ripped off due to bad experiences with other mechanics, but these guys were amazing. Going there again tomorrow because I can trust them to do what they say and, for the people that know me, that is a HUGE badge of honor. Give them a shot, you'll be extremely happy you did.

Unfortunately my confidence in BEM has gone down after each visit the past several times. This last time, I brought it in on a Friday afternoon because my lights had been flickering. I didn't think it was a major issue but wanted to get it checked on. They were very busy and had a lot of cars so my car ended up staying over the weekend. I had to stop in on the following Monday to get a key so I could drive our other car to work. At that time, they told me that my car was basically done and that they would call when it was ready. The day went by and no call. I called at 4 and they said it was ready. When I picked it up, they charged me $47.50 to screw in the light bulb that had come loose. Not a short circuit, just a loose screw that had come out. It wasn't replaced, just loose. Not only that, my car was boxed in, which they did help with right away, but a light was on in the car when I got in. Now, I get that they have to charge something for labor but I felt that was unreasonable since it wasn't even a replacement.

Do not , would not recommend this place. Horrible customer service. Took forever for them to even Look at our car. After a month (atleast) of them having it, we ended up just going and picking it up. Had to constantly call them to check in on our car . They never once called us with any info. When we went to pick it up , the guy at the counter gave us the wrong keys. I literally had to TELL him a few times WHICH keys were mine that were hanging on the wall. Thank God they actually had them. I don't believe there was an actual work order FOR our car to begin with. .

I went in to get my alternator replaced on my Volkswagen Passat. They called and said my battery was totally drained and needed to be replaced as well. I took my battery into autozone to get it tested two days prior to coming into Boise European Motorworks. Autozone said my battery was good for years to come. I was charged $182.95 for a new battery. They also said my timing belt needed to be replaced, they said all together it would be a $1,200 job. I get there on Thursday to pick up my car, and the bill comes to $1,799.46. I did not authorize them to change the water pump, thermostat, idlers, tensioner, damper, and the serpentine belt to be replaced nor did they tell me that any of that was going to be replaced. I went it to dispute the issue I had, and I was not treated with respect. He also lied and said he did not quote me $1,200, he also refused to give me a photocopy of the parts receipt that he had on file. He was very rude and disrespectful. Not happy at all.

They perform excellent work in a timely manner with a fair price. Most importantly they never tell you you need something done to your car unless it's nwcessary. Really great place.
