Amazing people! Super honest and they don t waste time to ring out as much cash as possible from you. Erwin did an electrical job for me and he was so quick about it! The man at the front was super nice and respectable I believe he s a manager there I forgot his name but he s great and saved me so much more money than the other shops! It s hard to find an honest mechanic. Thank you guys, definitely sticking with them for anything in the future

AMAZING service! My daughter thought she might be having brake issues but she wasn t sure (new driver!). We worked with Jeff Boise Automotive quickly took a look. They explained that she still had 60% of her pads left. So they rotated her tires, charged a tiny fee and sent her on her way. Being a young inexperienced driver, they could easily have taken advantage of her and charged her for extra work that didn t need to be done. But they were honest and kind. Thank you Jeff! Highly recommend!!

I want to thank Boise automotive service team for going above and beyond helping me with my VWThey were so great with communication and very truthful with what needed to happen to go forward with what they needed and could do if I wanted to financially go forward with themThey helped me save a lot of money too and were just clear about everything and great about answering all my questions and over all had a very home like feel conversing over the phone.Thank youI will highly recommend you all for your services

Amazing shop and people! They got me in right away so I could figure out what was going on with my car and got my answer later that day! I ve been here before with different cars and they always provide excellent service. I can trust they will do the job well and give a fair price.

I had to have some warranty work done on my car and the dealership where i bought my Ford Explorer recommended Boise Automotive and I m thankful they did. Jeff was awesome to deal with. He told me it would take 2 weeks to repair, but I was pleasantly surprised when he called a week later that my car was ready!! A week later my car started acting funny, so I brought it back and worked with Rick. It turned out to be a cracked spark plug (unrelated to the previous work they did) and Rick took great care of me by putting in a used one until i could get them all replaced. $25 dollars and 20 mins later, I was back on the road! Thank you so much, Jeff and Rick for your amazing service! If i ever need work done on my Explorer, I will only go to Boise Automotive!

Have been happy with the great service we just had with timing belt replacement. We have also had other diagnostic work and repairs completed at Boise Automotive Service. They were amazing with time and had the issue figured out and solved quick and efficiently. Pricing is very competitive as they are much cheaper than any others. They get the job done right and fast. I will definitely be returning here for all my vehicles.

Brought my car in to get the headlight lenses restored, Amanda helped me out and hooked me up with a loaner car for the day when she saw I didn t have a ride. I always bring my cars here and would highly recommend!

New to Boise and the engine light on my 2009 Ford F-350 Super Duty diesel came on Friday and I was scheduled to drive my family to Colorado on Monday. Took it in Thursday afternoon and got my truck back on Saturday! Many thanks to the staff who worked on Saturday even when they were not scheduled to. They had to replace the EGR valve, valve gasket, housing, housing gaskets, .... I had to pick it up after hours and they accepted payment over the phone and left a very nice note with the bill (which is never nice!) This is my first time doing business with them and I will certainly come back the next time I need to.

Guys do a good job. Service on par with local dealers. Take both of my cars here.EDIT 09/17/23Brought in my mother's 16 Kia Soul, was told the engine had lost all compression- likely due to jumped timing causing pistons to hit valves. Was told they could install used engine.Brought Vehicle to dealer to discuss potential warranty options. Was told the car needed new fuel pump. Fuel pump was installed for $700.Not sure what to say. Best case scenario mechanic is incompetent and can't reliably perform compression test. Worst case scenario he intentionally tried to swindle my mother out of thousands.When I called and spoke to the office, they were unprofessional and categorically denied that anything was wrong with their diagnosis.The way they chose to go about this was extremely dishonest. Frankly, it calls into question other work I've had done by them for my cars. I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

This is the third time I've used Boise automotive. The first time I needed a fuel pump in my truck . Had it towed there in the morning and was able to pick it up that afternoon. Then I needed some break work done on my wife's car same thing dropped it off and was able to pick it up the next morning. This time the fuel pump went out in my truck at no fault of Boise automotive had it towed in this morning and just picked it up six hours later. I was expecting to at least pay labor on the fuel pump since the first pump was under warranty. But no they charged me no labor. This trip to the shop cost me nothing. What an amazing experience with a very respectful group of people. Thank you Jeff and Tony!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This week I had another excellent experience at Boise Automotive Service. I took my truck in for a routine maintenance check and they quickly identified the source of an issue I was having with my brakes. Christian coordinated all aspects of the repair and kept me apprised of its status. I was in and out in one day and was provided a loaner as well. Quality work at a fair price and completed on time! Thanks Christian and Danii for your outstanding customer service! Highly recommended.

I had never been to Boise Automotive but I needed my brakes fixed in a timely manner. I was so pleased to be able to get in that day and have my brakes and rotors fixed. The front desk was so friendly and eager to help. They provided a user car while my car was worked on. And the price could not have been beat. So happy with this experience and will definitely return!

While good help is hard to find, great business owners are even harder. After some initial bumps to getting my car fixed, the owners came in and did far more than necessary to make sure I was taken care of. I decided to use Boise Automotive Service because they had so many favorable reviews, and I'm glad I did. All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, they kept me updated on their progress and their prices were fair. They replaced my radiator and after about a week later the connection to the transmission cooler started leaking. I called them up and they had me bring it down immediately. They fixed the problem, at no charge, and had my car ready for me within 2 hours even though they were crazy busy that day. I highly recommend Boise Auto Service!!

I was at Tint World and mentioned that I was having my windows tinted to keep my babies from crying in the backseat about the sun being in their eyes and to help keep my car cooler since my AC has been broken for over a year and they said Boise Automotive next door was a partner business of theirs and they could just take it over to them when they were finished tinting to recharge my AC. I took them up on their offer, which was so nice to not have to drive all the way back in between services. When I picked up my car, windows looked beautiful and my AC was blowing cold air! I was very satisfied and the price was what they said it would be over the phone, no hidden costs! They also had a loaner car for me to drive for the day. I will continue using both of these businesses.

The service I received today at Boise Automotive was fantastic. The personnel were friendly and professional, the service was timely, and the price was better than anyone else had quoted me in town. I gave them a series of tasks and let them know I was in a time crunch. Boise Automotive came through for me with time to spare and everything I needed got done, was done correctly, and was fair priced. I highly recommend their professional and cordial services to anyone needing vehicle maintenance or repair.

I had a great experience at Boise Automotive Service. I phoned first with questions. Danni was polite, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. She answered all my questions and scheduled my service. When I checked in the staff was polite, attentive, and very patient with my questions and concerns. The service staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. The service was prompt. The inspection of my vehicle and the explanation of the inspection was thorough. No pushy sales, just good information. A part was needed to complete the service. The staff expedited getting the part and got me out the door. I will go back for future service. I recommend Boise Automotive Service.

Rick was Great, really helped me out. And was very honest with me.They wont charge you for something you dont need and will inform you of all problems are future problems that you may end up facing.

Christian is an awesome guy to work with. For over a year I have had misfire, fuel system, and air leak issues with my 2005 Ford Explorer and each time I took it to them, they gave me a loaner car and did everything to make it right, including tons of work that they didn't charge me for. I can only imagine what my bill would have been if it were any other shop. Christian and I were joking at how many small issues my car had and that I almost needed a priest to perform an exorcism on my car to remove the voodoo demon possessing it Boise Automotive is awesome, their team is awesome, and their customer service and overall attitude is 100% professional. I would recommend taking your vehicle there and I will trust these guys in the future, although hopefully I won't have to see them any time soon. Had been taking my car into a different repair shop for the past 3 weeks, and every time I made it in, they said they were booked up.I Decided enough was enough and took my car into Boise Automotive Service, they squeezed it in their busy schedule for me and even provided me a rental on the house incase they couldn't get done by my required time!It means a lot when I have such a tight schedule myself and being a single father, so thank you.Much love and I highly reccomend this location!

I just had $1,600 of service and repairs done on my Audi at Boise Automotive, luckily half was covered by warranty. Dannii called the warranty company and got that all set up without me having to do anything which was awesome. They did a great job of diagnosing and fixing everything and are always honest about the work that needs to be done for a reasonable price. There was still a popping noise a few days after having it worked on. They got me right back in and took apart the other front side, looked it over and fixed the noise at no charge. The customer service is always top notch. My sister and mom both take their vehicles here for oil changes and repairs and we will all continue to do so in the future.

I was so happy they were available. The dealership oil change guy stripped my oil pan and tried to charge me just under $600 to fix it. Boise Automotive Service gave me a lower and faster repair quote than the dealership less than .5 miles away. I was worried about getting approved for the company they do their credit acceptance with, but I was approved and I can pay the loan off early if I want. These people are very nice and just want to help. I'm definitely going back for all automotive issues.

I ve seen the crew at a Boise Automotive a little more than I ve wanted to the last few weeks . You see , I bought a car and it came with a few problems . Christian has been my point of contact every visit .Rick has been the mechanic .Even though the unexpected repairs on my car have been frustrating , these two have been. great to work with . They stand by their work and care about customer satisfaction . There are a lot of car repair shops, this one deserves your attention .You won t be disappointed .
