Thank you to Phil. You were very pleasant and kind when coming to tow my brand new car to the repair shop. Service was very prompt. I appreciate your cheery attitude and kindness in a situation with which I wasn t very happy with my brand new car breaking down. Being upbeat really helps. So thank you.

Dropped off at the airport and made a spur of the moment decision to get my oil changed. They got me right in and did and excellent job. Brad made sure to do a very thorough inspection and I felt confident in their work. It was quick and professional and the price was cheaper than I was used to paying. The inside store was clean and stocked and the bathrooms were also very clean.

I used Airport Chevron service yesterday for the first time and it was such an easy, fast, and overall great experience. The people I spoke with on the phone were friendly and gave me a heads up when my tow truck was on the way. I was lucky enough to have Phil as my driver and he was AWESOME! He got to me within the hour I called and was friendly and happy during the process. My car was in a tough to tow spot and to top it off my street was blocked by construction workers. Phil went the extra mile to find a way to get to my car and didn't complain or stop smiling once! I give Phil and Airport Chevron a 6/5 stars!!!

I just had a great experience! First by calling AAA for a dead battery. Dwayne from this station came out within 35 minutes and jump started me. He called the station to see if they could fit me in for a new battery. They said they would make it happen. Service Manager whose name I didn't get (sorry) got me in and out the door within 30 minutes. All told, from jump start to new battery was 1-hour. I was so impressed with Dwayne that I chose to go out of my way to give this location my business. I was so glad I did. Thank you again for taking such good care of me today. Side note: My local Ford dealership is horrible, always has been. They told me if I had it towed they would try to get to it within a few weeks, that they were 2-3 weeks out including for emergencies. Ridiculous!

Brad did an amazing job with fixing an engine mount issue on my car with an European build that other shops said they wouldn t be able to do. After going to a couple other shops that said they could work on it and who gave me ridiculous diagnostic estimates, it was a breath of fresh air for Brad to give it to me straight of what needed done on my car, and how the other stuff other shops estimated me at was not necessary. They got me in quick and did the work fast and for an amazing price. Afterwards Brad walked me through everything they did and told me what to watch out for in the future. My family has been going to him for years and loves this shops service. I now know who I will also be going to from now on!

Really a great place. We leave our vehicles there when traveling, returning to a clean truck with a full gas tank. We also experienced a dead battery while staying at a local hotel and burst front brake lines. They repaired/replaced in the blink of an eye and we were able to travel home from our visit to Boise without any delay. Super friendly, cannot recommend these folks enough.

So nice! Called AAA to pick up hubby s weekend ride. Was told 90 mins. Phil showed up in less than 30. He got a low car up on a flat bed without even a tiny scrape of the front end. Super nice guy. Inside of his truck was clean and even smelled good. Just as smooth getting the car home and off the bed. Highly recommend!!

My review is for their repair shop. super impressed by the professionalism and quality of the team that works at the repair shop. i went there for an emissions test. they were super busy, yet a guy named Brad walked over, greeter and to the emissions tested in a couple of minutes. He also highlighted an abnormal noise and my 1st thought was he is trying to sell me something. He went and topped off a fluid and offered very helpful inputs.this is not an anomaly, similar experience in the past. Must be a good hiring practice.

They have gas here. The location is nice so you can fill up your rental car before going back to the airport.

Got a nail in my tire and my spare was flat. They brought me a tow truck and the nicest guy filled my tire and followed me to the shop in case it failed. They quickly got me 4 new tires and even washed my car before returning it to me. Everyone was so exceptionally nice, and I'm so grateful

AAA sent this company to tow my vehicle and it was a very quick and painless experience! The driver, Dwayne, called to advise his ETA and he was such a pleasure to talk to!! Towing a vehicle can be stressful, but his lighthearted personality made it that much easier to deal with. He was on time and had my vehicle loaded and on its way in just a couple minutes! I would definitely recommend this company for towing services!

I ve been in Boise almost 3 years now and anytime something has gone wrong with my car I call these guys. Brad and Phil are awesome, very kind and great at what they do. Without fail they are always willing to help and give it to me straight. Which as a gal who only knows how to put air in her tires and gas in the car, it s so refreshing to know they aren t trying to rip me off or make me feel little for not knowing what s wrong.

Called as my family is disabled and would have walked to the store so I called to ask and had two easy questions "do you carry 2 liter sodas" and "what is the normal price range?" (Like should I expect to shell out $5 for a 2liter) The gentleman said "yes and I'm too busy as I have customers all over the store right now!" Then hung up.So I guess if you are disabled or on the phone you aren't a customer. I just wanted to check before all us disabled customers made our way over there to find out there was no 2 liters and that we had the right change to purchase those items and more. I was hoping they might know their product general prices and save them time and me time and gas/money. When you're disabled it's very difficult to get in and out of vehicles and some times I have seen them be rude to seniors and disabled who can't always "hurry" like they want. I try to be patient but think I might be a better customer for another store.

Fast service. I needed my car jump started at home. They came out quickly and started it promptly. The guy was so nice I went further and out of my way to go to the station to have the battery checked and then replaced. Telephone and service staff were all very friendly and helpful. They responded to the AAA request quickly.I originally was going to go to a Buick dealership closer to my home. But it took me 6+ minutes just to get someone on the phone in the service department.

My 4Runner wouldn't start.. had an issue with a faulty battery connection, they quickly diagnosed it and fixed it in 15 minutes and I was ready to go. Incredibly nice & very respectful. I would definitely recommend them, they were simply great.

Everyone who works here is very friendly and accommodating. Life pro tip: When we need auto servicing and have a trip soon, we drop our car off here so they can work on it while we re gone, and they even take us to our terminal! It s a win-win because they re not rushed and we avoid the inconvenience of being short a car while in town. Plus, they have knowledgeable mechanics at unbeatable prices. Thanks, guys!

At almost 1:00AM Larry Phillips came out to the pump I was waiting at. He told me I'm blocking his 12 pumps from 0 cars. The reason I was even at the pump was because all of the parking was full. He came up to me and said you've been here long enough now move then left. Didn't want to talk He was just an ahole. If he has that bad of an attitude towards people maybe he shouldn't be working your company. I will never return to another chevron. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

What a pleasant surprise. Car was broke down and called AAA to have it towed to the dealer. Tow driver told me that they have a shop that does repairs. Repair was done in a day for $250 less than what the dealer quoted. Clean shop and very courteous employees.

My partner called AAA for a jump today, 10/14/2021. The driver could not figure out the address, even when the instructions were explicitly given. Probably too much for him. He arrives late, yells at my partner, jumps the car and drives off. I realize a misogynistic tow truck driver is a tired cliche, and there are good people out there. He wasn't one of them. Chevron, do better.

Friendly staff! The owner was great to work with in getting me back to Burley! I highly recommend these guys and would use themAgain if I needed to! They had a fast response time and they where very courteous and careful with my vehicle and took the time to make sure it was strapped down! These guys are awesome!!! The driver was awesome and did his job efficiently and was very courteous!

I m from out of state. Battery died. When AAA battery service was backlogged, this service station got a tow truck to my vehicle in 10 minutes, and then at their shop, had the battery tested, showed me the results, and had the new AAA battery installed in under 20 minutes. Super friendly staff and mechanics. They even offered me coffee from the little mart inside. Five stars aren t enough.

Airport Chevron is the nearest AAA service center near my home. Ryan was sent over to repair/replace my battery. He was very pleasant and had my new battery in place in 15 minutes. Great service!

Called AAA for a tow. Told 90 minutes for Airport Chevron to arrive. After 3 hours call AAA and was told Airport Chevron did not have a driver who could go ALL THE WAY to Nampa, a total of 16 miles. AAA called back stating waiting for Airport Chevron to call back with a driver who can make it all the way. Another 30 minutes goes by and nothing. If you are going to contract with AAA maybe you should actually be able to fulfill the request.

My alternator went out and they replaced it in 2015, now a year later I had to take it back because the battery light was going on and off again. Scott the owner was very professional and kind saying it was covered by a warranty (even though I had know idea of that), Brad his technician was also very receptive and got it done quickly, I'm on my way to get it now and so thankful that these guys are being so kind and transparent. Thank you

Today we had a dead battery called AAA and they sent out the airport cheveron. He arrived within 15 minutes of calling. The drivers name was Steve he helped us out and within five minutes we were on our way. Upon pulling out Steve noticed we had a low tire. He followed us almost 2 miles to our destination got out and help us repair our tire that we didn't even know had a problem. It's always nice to have a positive experience like this.

These guys are our go to service when we run into flats and lockouts! Dwayne is an amazing employee who is super helpful with a great attitude. He deserves major praise for being a genuine helpful person who is out to help his neighbor. Highly recommend.

Chevron at the Boise Airport is awesome. I just had my car repaired there and they made my day! Honest, professional, clean, and they go the extra mile to help. Just read some of the reviews for all the services they offer. Thank you for taking good care of me, again.

Dead car battery, fortunately in the garage. Called AAA and Ryan showed up about 25 minutes ahead of schedule with a new battery. Excellent experience! Would absolutely use Airport Chevron for future service and repairs.
