We loved working with Justin from day one of our accident until the very end. When complications arose with the insurance company, Justin did all he could to communicate with them and us and worked with us until all was resolved. His team did an amazing job on the 4-runner and it looks beautiful! If your going to get hit in the snow, Adesa is the place to have it repaired!

Justin & the team at Adesa were really helpful! Under the circumstances, after being in a car accident it's just dealing with one thing after another, and Justin was SO responsive & knows his stuff when it comes to dealing with the insurance companies. It was really great to have at least ONE part of the post-accident nonsense handled intelligently and with compassion.AND My car looks GREAT! Just like new!

I can t recommend this shop enough.I ve had both the unfortunate and great experience of coming to Adesa twice in the last two years. This last time, the damage was pretty significant, so my car was in the shop for a couple of weeks. Justin was amazing in his communication. I was informed with each step of the process, and heard from him at least twice a week.The other major thing for me, is that I m decently ignorant when it comes to anything auto related. Not only did the employees of Adesa do a wonderful job of not talking down to me, I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. This was a large concern of mine (especially within this industry), and Justin and his team did what they could to make me feel as comfortable as possible.

I had a great experience with Adesa. They gave me a quote that was pretty accurate but made sure that I understood that it could change once they opened everything up and saw the extent of the damage. They communicated well about when parts would arrive, when I could drop my car off and even completed the job a day earlier than they thought they would. They were friendly and worked well with the insurance company. When I picked my car up, they even left some extra touch up paint in my cup holder. Overall a super positive experience. Would absolutely work with them again.

The folks at Adesa are serious pros. My car looks amazing and they got it done so quickly. They have a ton of experience and helped me navigate dealing with my insurance company while they jumped through the necessary hoops to get things approved. I got a couple of quotes and Adesa's was the best. The guys who helped me out - Chase and Justin were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. This will be my go-to body shop if I need more work done. Highly Recommend!

Justin and Chase are exceptional estimators! Went for my free estimate and they both assisted the whole way through my experience. So much knowledge of vehicles and insurance companies, it was way less stressful than I thought. Their constant communication and quick turnaround was amazing. Would absolutely recommend!

Justin and the team at Adesa were great when repairing our Mercedes Sprinter Van! They got us in much quicker than anticipated, and the quality of work was great. Shop always gives a timely estimate and then schedules after receiving the parts allowing us to use all units that are still drivable and safe. Repairs are generally completed several days ahead of schedule. They have repaired several of our units in the past year and will remain our Shop of Choice. Justin and the team have been GREAT to work with.

Adesa Auto Body was Heaven sent to me! Justin went ABOVE & BEYOND for me. This was my first accident and I was totally clueless. Justin walked me through it and only had my best interest in mind. I appreciated his knowledge and information to help me through my car situation. Not to mention Justin checking in with me after it was all done to make sure I was a Happy Customer. Well, I am and will be referring everyone I know to Adesa Auto Body.

All the other shops were 8 to 12 weeks out and they got me in 2 weeks. The insurance company made things extraordinarily difficult. Justin ( the owner ) stepped in and got things moving again. He kept me informed every step of the way. The car looked like brand new when done. They really did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Adesa was so great to work with!! Unfortunately my car was totaled & Adesa helped me work with my insurance company to get the greatest payout for my car. They even made sure I got all my personal belongings out of the car before insurance picked it up to demolish it. I will definitely use them for any repairs needed for my new car or our other car. Old Fashioned Honesty and Quality Customer Service.In the automotive world it seems that greed and dishonesty are industry standards. Not here! Justin and the team are extremely transparent and always focused on taking care of the customer. In my situation, my repairs were being paid by another person s insurance who hit my car. The insurance company did everything they could to be as cheap as possible at our expense. Justin and Adesa stood their ground to insure we were not only included in all communications but that no corners were cut. Doing a quality repair with quality parts was always the priority. Justin is also well acquainted with the way insurance companies do things and is on top of dispelling any dishonesty or misinformation the insurance may try to convince you of.In a world of greed and dishonesty, Adesa is a shining example of integrity that I would recommend to everyone.

No one ever wants or expects to be in a car crash, but if the unfortunate situation arises, I could not recommend Adesa Auto Body enough. From the moment I was referred to them, I knew I was in good hands. Auto insurance can be extremely difficult to work with, but Justin worked diligently on my behalf to ensure that my former insurance company paid for OEM parts instead of after-market he legitimately cares about the quality and safety which many shops do not. The communication with was outstanding and I was never left wondering where we were at in the process. Once approved by insurance, their team worked swiftly and when I went to pick my car up, it truly looked even better than before (and by all accounts my vehicle was new pre-accident). I am beyond grateful to Justin and the Adesa Auto Body team and if ever needed, will absolutely be a returning customer!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I didn't need any auto body work done on my car. But I've been searching for months for a screw on my door because it wouldn't shut and nowhere in the valley had it or even to find something similar. Justin came out immediately and started looking and found a perfect fit for both doors! Even though it wasn't the work they probably usually do, I appreciate it that they took the time to even look and see if they could do it. Very kind and didn't even want any payment! It might have been a small thing for them, too, but it really will make a world of difference for us! Forever need any work done we will use you, and definitely refer all our friends!

I was not familiar with Adesa Auto Body. I had only seen them when I drove by. I decided to check with them on a clear coat chip I had on my driver door because I was going to have to pay for it outof pocket. They were very professional and fair with their estimate. I was impressed with how quickly they got me in and out. The work was great. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them if the need ever arises in the future.

Adesa was fantastic even if a bit spendy, I inherited a vehicle with a very inconvenient dent with a paint that is a pain to match. After two phone calls and a visit to another shop Adesa was recommended. Up front Chase told me it wasn't going to be cheap and would take a bit. Good choice on that btw Chase! Fast forward about a month, and a quick update from Justin, the car is in great shape with exceptionally well matched paint. Communication from the crew there was top notch and the end result just as good. In the event I need any more work done Adesa is my first choice now. Keep up the great work!

Justin, Chase & and all of the staff at Odesa Auto Body were fantastic. The timing was great there was no waiting, they got me in and did all the work on my BMW making it look brand new in record time, even having to deal with the insurance company. With my return visit to them when my Dodge truck got hit they were very helpful and informative when I had to deal with someone else's insureance. I hightly recommend Odesa AutoBody for all of your auto body work. They make you feel comfortable as they provide you with fair and honest work. In the future I will go to Odesa Auto Body for all of my auto body work and recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks Odesa for treatig me like a member of your family.

Great Customer Service! After getting in a car accident, I went to a few different body shops trying to get quotes and scheduled...Adesa were the ONLY people who were nice and friendly to me that day as well as offered the best quote. They were able to get me in within a reasonable amount of time, explained everything on the estimate to me and kept me informed step by step what was going on. Had several issues with my 2017 Denali, faded roof, damaged right rear corner, etc. Adessa recommended repairs and kept me updated during the work. Their work was timely and professional. I had my first car accident a few weeks ago and had no idea what I needed to do to get my car fixed. Justin and his team were great to work with from start to finish. They kept me informed on the progress of my car. Justin answered all of my questions related to fixing my car and navigating insurance on their side. My car looks far better than even before the accident and I m very happy that I used Adesa to fix it up!

I came here after missing a turn to go to nampa and decided to ask if they could put on a leather boot cover for a gear shift, since I was here anyway. The SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS......ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!!! The body shop estimator had a CAN DO ATTITUDE. He said, give me a few minutes to look things over and see what I can do. Then the MANAGER had this positive, kind but PROFESSIONAL attitude. I have missed this kind of treatment. After talking to the manager, he explained that he answers to a higher power and he and his staff treat people like they would want to be treated, and they enjoy making peoples day by doing a good job. They were able to accomplish the task, and the work that was done was PERFECT, The price was great too. This is why I love IDAHO. Thank you all.

I found Adesa to be very professional and straight forward in communicating to me what the damage was to my car and repaired it to very satisfactory condition. I was very satified with the results and would highly recommend them. I would also like to praise Chase Eames who was very curteous to me and made me feel confident thzt they would do a good job.

I arrived at the Adesa Auto Body repair shop to get an estimate to have the doors adjusted on my truck. I was expecting a return appointment in a couple weeks. Justin, the shop manager immediately took my keys and pulled the truck into the shop. 25 min later it was done. In a world of delays and shortages, it was refreshing to experience the level of customer service provided by the folks at Adesa. Thank you! George

After visits to four other body shops and not pleased with the time frames or the attitudes, I walked into Adesa Auto Body and asked if they could help with my GMC truck damage.While I still had to wait to get my car in their shop, it was only there for the work week. They worked with my insurance company and got everything ordered prior to my bringing my truck in for service.They were very kind and generous during the entire process and they should be proud of their team!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is one of the best experiences I have had with an auto body shop. They were able to get my car in faster than anyone else I found in Boise. Chase and Justin at Adesa Auto Body were extremely professional and informative in every interaction. They went above and beyond to help me after my car was rear ended, and provided great advice for next steps after insurance determined it was a total loss. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body work.
