Most uncomfortable bed I ve ever slept on. Pillows as thin as paper. So disappointing because the resort and amenities are FABULOUS. Seriously the best. Drove 8.5 hours to attend a wedding nearby and stayed here and was upset to find the bed hard as a rock. The couch was more comfortable. I would return every year if I hear that the beds are replaced or even if they put memory foam pads on them the staff was wonderful, until check out. No where does it say to take out the room garbage before checking out until I noticed it on a small piece of paper in our room on the counter?? So husband went to front desk to ask where we take garbage to and rude receptionist with Austrailian accent started yelling at him that she doesn t take garbage and the dumpsters were outside. Apparently inconvenienced her. Also was checking out and she was on the phone and rudely asked me what I wanted. Maybe she was having a bad day- but to not be kind to a customer at a resort that s clearly not busy in the winter yikes. Also morning of leaving, we were waken up to very loud banging at 7:30 AM and found out that they were working on the side of the building right next to our room, so we just got up and left since there was no sleeping in. Please do something about the beds and I would love to come back every year.

Beautiful location, rooms were clean and the water hot! Bed mattress was firm! Staff was friendly and helpful.Rooms: Rooms are clean and well kept. Beds are firm, and sheets are a bit rough. Has a well equipped kitchenette and a nice little balcony to sit. Toilet paper is a bit rough though.Nearby activities: Travel to Cour de Alene is not bad. Postfalls and Hayden are nearby, too.Safety: Rooms have nice heavy doors with good locks. The area is secluded and quiet, very safe feeling.

My husband and I stayed here over a month ago and left our very nice memory foam pillows. You would think that they would have called us when they cleaned the room to let us know that we left them. But we called and I have called several times and talked to several people and have gotten nowhere. We will not be returning or wasting our money at this establishment again. They refused to make it right after not being able to find our pillows.

The place is great, lots of stuff to do on-site. It's a little out of the way so 40+ min drive from Coeur d'Alene or Sandpoint. Rooms are spacious and everything you need in the kitchen is there. I didn't like the ac/heater, it's not centrally located in the rooms so it froze out the room it's in and left the living room warm. Employees are nice and helpful.

We stay at these places almost monthly. On arrival, I needed a drinking glass. Finally, I found them wet and in the dishwasher. We asked for hair rinse and was told this wasn't a hotel but a time share? 2 half flat pillows on the queen bed. The mattress was mediocre. I had to do a lot of stretching before and after sleeping. My husband was ok with it. As in all these places, we are asked to run the dishwasher before leaving. There was no detergent for the dishwasher? In taking out the trash, finding the correct place was a "hopeful maybe" on our part after inquiring with the front desk. We felt the unit was extremely quiet. They made an offer for a $100/week future stay. We declined as it is likely we will stay 30-45 minutes further south.

Legos..etc. plus they have set times for small activities for a decent price. We will be back next year for longer than 2 nights.

This has been a wonderful weeklong stay. The two bedroom option has a full kitchen, living room, and dining room, all updated nicely. The rec center has absolutely everything one would ever want, a saltwater huge pool, hot tub, sauna, bikes, minigolf, workout room, racquetball, etc. The grounds are kept clean and immaculate, with a beautiful golf course, tennis courts, and walking trails. Wonderful views of the mountains. Very friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Yes the place is outdated, but I like the charm of it. We stayed for two nights, my wife, two teenage boys, and myself. The customer service was very nice. We took advantage of the kitchen we had in our 2 bedroom suite, and both nights we used one of the many BBQS they have, and ate on two different patios, ( which are very nice). My complaints are, we love playing pool, and was very excited to play at the pool they advertise. But the fabric has a good warn through line. Then in the recreation building the bowling was out of commission, and a fun dancing arcade game was down. Then on the tennis courts, there's really only one court that can be used out of three, because of the big cracks formed, and only one net, didn't get much playing time cause others using it. My boys did get lots of use of the indoor basketball court, and much use from the racket courts, both are in really good condition. Oh and loved the Mini golf.Nearby activities: Golf

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in a very long time. There were a handful of nice things, like the staff is wonderful and tons of amenities. However our room stunk like dirty feet and vinegar. The beds were comfy but we got two flat pillows and a small blanket. It has a full kitchen but the cookware was rusty and stained. Everything cost extra, even creamer ($25each) and sugar pakets (they were out). The door knob in the bathroom was coming apart, not to mention no shampoo, conditioner, soap samples (i love to use these wherever I go). Our room key was an actual key, which wasn't my favorite to carry around. So. much. furniture! It was hard to move around in when the sofa bed was open. The location was beautiful but very far away from anything. Which could be seen as a positive depending on what type of vacation your looking for. Overall I will not be returning.

Why for the love of god are the TVs so cheap?? Small TVs also for the room sizes. No water in the putt putt course, but that may be for fire season? Idk. Room had a funny smell first two nights until we made breakfast that consisted of bacon. Kinda hard to tell where to take your linen. Also the bike rentals are a little out dated. Maybe get some of the electric scooters. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant up on the course had nice staff all around. The band was a couple I assume and they killed it, even for the small amount of people that was there. Seems more family fun than a couples retreat.Nearby activities: Nothing close be ready to drive unless you want a gas station.

All was great (nice rooms, great activities for families), until my Apple Watch was stolen by an employee. I had forgotten my watch in our room and a member of the housekeeping/reception team called to tell us this about a month after our stay. She graciously offered to send it back to us. 3 months later and still no sign of the watch. I called the resort multiple times and would be sent straight to voicemail. My husband then called and was answered on the second ring . The staff member we spoke with told us she had heard the story about the watch and it actually HADN T been found . This of course makes no sense when the resort contacted us, not us contacting them. She promised to look into it and get back to us. Weeks later, still no phone call back. I suspect someone decided to keep the watch (before I was able to activate the lost feature) and say it was a mistaken story. Very very disappointed in Stoneridge resort.

Enjoyed our stay at Stoneridge. My husband and brother-in laws golfed 3 days. Did lots of side trips to other towns, the weather was great as it usually is in September.Rooms: We stay in a large 1 Bedroom which has plenty of room for 4 adults. Very clean but some of it is a little outdated.Really enjoyed our stay and the staff is very friendly.

First things first. Nichole in reservations was the reason we chose Stoneridge Resort for overnight accommodations. Her can do and welcoming attitude was refreshing. She is a super star at handling phones and the onsite lobby/desk. All people were treated as if they were very special.Nice timeshare one bedroom unit. No king-size beds, only queen. Pull out couch in living room was very comfy. Balcony deck with 2 chairs was a plus as the living room area was quite dark with no windows. Dining options were limited to golf clubhouse. The employees were very friendly. We would enjoy a return visit.

Comfortable bed and quiet restful place. Had an issue with the heater, and the maintenance man was in our room in less than 5 min. The restaurant is loud and expensive but good. Wish the shop was operating since it shared the same space as the restaurant. There are many amenities we didn't utilize, but we would definitely consider staying here again with the kids for a neat getaway so we could experience all that Stoneridge has to offer!Rooms: Spacious and well decorated and equipped.Nearby activities: The recreational building and golf as well as playgrounds and walking trails.Food & drinks: Good food.Noteworthy details: Workers are friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate anything and fix any issues quickly.

Nice little spot, great for a family vacation...a touch remote for us but if that's what you are looking for it's ideal. Wonderful colors!

We've stayed here a couple times and our kids absolutely love it every time. It has lots of great activities for kids. There are lots of spaces for large group activities. The staff are great. The resort itself is getting a bit older and while things are clean and some updates are done its years are a bit visible. All in all it's a great value for what it costs.

The resort itself was absolutely beautiful. We booked room 838 which is some sort of condo/Airbnb but it s still apart if the resort. The resort is 40-45min away from any sort of entertainment or shopping. Everything at the resort closes at 9-11. My disappointment was in how early everything closes since the resort is in the middle of nowhere. The bar should lose down at a normal bar hour. The pool adult time was in the early AM which should be towards the end of the night when you re trying to relax. The golf prices were insane even though we got discounts because we were staying there. My only input is the bar should stay open until 2:00am and the pool should stay open later if there s not going to be a later adult only hour. It s rough sitting in a room with only TV with nothing to do until bed time. Other then that it was a pretty nice resort.

Played golf at Stoneridge today. Course is in good condition and fun place to play. Our issue was service and treatment. First off we were told by a course Marshall that we were a hole behind during our round. There was nobody in front of us and the group behind us was rarely seen, not sure how we were behind! I think he just needed to say something to a feel important. Next, service in the bar/ restaurant. We made the turn at 11 am and the restaurant had no hot dogs ready, they were still serving breakfast !! Then came our after round beverage... Two of us waited 20 mins for a beer and a hot dog! Three people working behind the bar should be able to accommodate golfers come in during and after their round for snacks and beer. For $80 greens fees I would expect the service to be better than poor. I have played Stoneridge many times of the last 30 years but after today I am done.. not worth the money, better choices in the area.
