THANK YOU!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.I purchased a vehicle from Tadd Jenkins almost 2 years ago I had a few problems early on that they immediately took care of. Recently I had some more issues and started to work with Rex on getting it taken care of.After all was said and done he said they would take care of it for me on good will. I cannot express my gratitude enough!! Thank you! Rex!! I appreciate it and you. I am so greatful for a place that truly stands behind their work and word. I would absolutely recommend this dealer for any kind of service!! It is 10/10 .

The initial setup and discussions were good. As time went on throughout the process I feel that the communication could have been a lot better. I had gotten very frustrated as it finally got finished, I believe they got all my problems fixed. Unfortunately I won t know until time goes on if they fixed all the problems.

Excellent service, kept in touch with us so we knew the progress of things without us having to chase them for information. I feel they are trustworthy and will be bringing my Jeep Cherokee into them for any service needs from now on. They gave me a loaner vehicle too, as I brought my Jeep in from out of town. This made it so convenient, and my husband didn t have to follow me in and then a return trip as well. Very pleased with them all the way around. Keep up the good work guys, and THANK YOU!

Jaden was great. We came in knowing what we wanted and he worked with us to get it done without a lot of aggressive pressure tactics. The experience was hassle-free and we felt very respected and valued the whole time. I would definitely recommend Tadd Jenkins to anyone I knew who was looking to buy a car!

Just don t use their financing, they pulled our credit twice our score took a big hit, just go to your financial institution and get your own financing. Of course they will tell you they can get the best rate, but not so! My fault for not just calling ICCU on my own. Unfortunate gimmick.

I went in looking for a certain car and Jaden helped me find that car! He was super helpful and also showed me other options similar to the one I wanted! While we were waiting for all the paperwork a few other works had talked to us and made us feel very welcomed... Jaden also made me feel so welcomed. I am super happy with my purchase and would recommend buying cars from them!

I waited four hours to be told they did not have the part, funny as I had made the appointment a month in advance. I drove from another city aswell as thirty minutes early all just to waste my time. Such a horrible deceitful place. GO somewhere might actually have a clue on how to do their job right.

Everyone was really nice. More importantly to me though, they were really nice to my dog Elwood. He cruised around the dealership visiting everyone he could find. He s used to going to visit everyone at the Harley-Davidson shop when we re out riding together. So, he thinks all those places are awesome to visit. As far as the buying process I was happy with it. I just hate buying vehicles, bc it makes my neck hurt cuz I ve broken it a few times. I m super happy with my Jeep Gladiator. I love it!

I just bought a new 2023 RAM Rebel 4x4 truck with the 5.7L Hemi eTorque engine. The 12 inch touch screen display is real nice. The seats are very comfortable and it's the smoothest ride I've ever had in a pickup truck. Get in there and talk to Drew about getting what you want in a new truck or Jeep or whatever. He will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want and need.

I want to take a minute to write to say that Jodi is fantastic in service, he got my 22 4xe jeep in and fixed, and he was even able to fix a recall that was not related the original apt. Five star service and the tech was excellent at explaining what was fixed. Felt like a valued customer even though we didn't buy our jeep through them. Will be buying from them in the future however. Very impressed with their service dept's customer service. Great work guys!

I ordered my dream truck and it shipped 3 months sooner than expected! To say I am satisfied is an understatement! Cody Trease is your man at the Blackfoot branch & you can't Beat Sherri Wheeler at the Rigby branch! She has gotten me the best deals on my Silverados when I was in a pinch. Cody did the exact same thing with my Ram. He really took good care of me!! Thanks guys!

Jaden and the rest of the team were fantastic! Top notch service from start to finish. They have a great selection and Jaden was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for at a fair price. Came in with a broken key fob and got a new one on Amazon but could not figure out how to program it to my car. Conner was very diligent in helping me get my new fob working again and it works good as new! Shout out to Conner!

Our salesman Paul and the business manager were both great. We got a new truck at a fair price. The guy in charge of our trade in though could work on his people skills. He acted annoyed and immediately defensive when I asked to see his paperwork on valuing our trade in. I would still consider buying another vehicle from Tad Jenkins but this was a small blemish on an otherwise great experience.
