I've brought my car, (several times) and my truck here for body work and detailing. I can't even say enough good things about how everything turned out. It may take longer than other body shops, but the quality of work is better than any body shop out there. Dustin is a great guy and always makes sure you're taken care of. Even if that means money out of his pocket. I will continue to do work with Powell's as long as I own a vehicle. Would never go anywhere else, or recommend anyone else. If you're looking for quality work done right the first time, then look no further!

I am happy I brought my car from Idaho Falls to Powell's to get fixed. They did an amazing job. They provided exceptional service and went above and beyond my expectations. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you so much!

These people are easy to work with. They were always super nice and understanding of any issues I had. They did a great job on the body work of my car and went above and beyond for free on a couple things I didn t ask for but wanted really badly. Overall I would highly recommend their service and their work. Great company and great people.

Don t recommend using for tow service. They charged $250 just to call them and then over $600 to tow our car 30 miles. The tow truck guy did a great job but the price was ridiculous.

Dustin and his team are absolutely AMAZING! I took my Vehicle in to have the taillights tinted and they came out exactly how I wanted! They also washed it, detailed it AND put mat protectors!! It was so nice to pick up my vehicle the way it was! Highly recommend Powell s!!

After hitting a deer i took my car to a few places for estimates on the body work. Powells barely looked at it and told me $3500. I scoffed and told them that was twice what my other quotes were. Only after seeing the other quotes did they say they could do better. I let them keep the car to get a better estimate and because I wanted to keep my money local. They told me it would be around $1600 and could reuse some of the detail parts that I had picked up from the roadside after the accident. This was only a little bit more than the other places so I told them to go ahead.A week later they called me to come get it. They were quick and it looked good, but the cost was $2100 and they didn't reuse any of the parts like I asked them to. The guy at the front desk had a made up story about there being adhesive tape on the back of the parts that couldn't be removed but they all just clipped on and there wasn't even any tape to begin with. When I complained they fed me a line about how they didn't charge me several hours for the car detail that I didn't ask for! The guy said he would take the parts cost off and just add on the cost of the detail. I don't feel particularly comfortable arguing with the business so I paid the bill but I won't be going back any time soon.

Powell's did an outstanding job on my son's car, they went above and beyond what I expected for a repair, my son was so excited when he got his car back. They secured his aftermarket accessories better than he had them on and added a little special touch! Absolutely amazingly well done, thank you!

Powells simply has no equal. We have a fleet of business cars that serve all of East Idaho. Not only have they fixed fender benders, detailed our cars with absolute perfection, their service is unbeatable!!On a personal level, they have done some incredible custom work on our vehicles. I make the drive to Blackfoot as Powells has earned a forever, loyal customer. Thank you for all that you guys do!

Someone ran into me day I was diagnosed with Covid. They picked up my truck no charge while I was down for over a month they checked on me . When I was finally able to make calls and get insurance info the insurance advised me I had to pay over 2000 for my truck being stored. I was shocked after my 3rd party call Powell s called me back and said insurance was wrong I owed them nothing. After everything said and Powell s was willing to fix my truck so I can drive it since insurance advised damages were more than what truck was worth. So I got check from insurance and my truck. Thank you guys at Powell s for helping me when I needed it the most as always you guys are soooo freaking awesome

I haven't had work done here yet but I know everyone in this place is super helpful and more then willing to get the job done! Going Above and beyond weather its a tow, collision repair, something custom, or even just a quick detail. They can take care of you! Highly recommend!!

I wish we had gotten other estimates. The prices seemed very high, and while everyone is very nice and friendly, it took MUCH longer than it should have (7 weeks). Please exercise your right to shop around. I will say that the gentleman employee who towed us was VERY kind, professional, and courteous.

Service was very impressive from start to finish. Friendly customer service, they made a frustrating situation painless. When I picked up my vehicle I was shocked at the great job they did detailing, making it look exactly the way it did when I drove it off the dealerships lot. I was so impressed I will be doing all my business with them

I was recommended to Powells by a friend and though they had my jeep for what I thought was a pretty long time, they helped file the claim, they did such a good job on the work I almost didn't recognize it. I would never go anywhere else. I am so happy with it.

I really don't like to leave negative reviews. But, I do want to help someone else avoid what we have been through with this company. My son slid off the road in snowy conditions. It was a minor slide off, just off to the side of the road, and was so minor that a police officer and my son attempted to push the car back onto the road themselves. Unfortunately with just two people they couldn't do it, so they called a tow truck. The tow truck arrived and it took about 5 min to get the car back on the road. We expected to pay up to $100. but they tried to charge us $250.00! My son talked Dustin down to $200.00 because it took an hour for him to arrive to help. When we expressed concern about the price of the tow they actually called us names and were extremely insulting. We just needed a little help and expected to be treated fairly. So BUYER BEWARE.

Every time I need body work I always drive over 200 miles from where I live to make sure Powell s repairs my car. This is because of their amazing work and awesome customer service. This time I was in an accident that made my car un drivable. I called on their day off and without hesitation they came to the shop, loaded a rental car on a tow truck and set out the 200 miles to swap cars and head back to Blackfoot. That s amazing. I ll never use anyone else for body work!!!

Does great work, but when it takes months to get a vehicle back its not okay. He wouldn't answer phone calls, or texts. We had to call him to find out that he had bought new parts without asking us, and we had to pay the extra money out of pocket. He kept saying one more week, one more week, which turned into months.

They do really nice work, satisfied with the end result. Even though it was insurance covered, I still had to pay extra outta pocket cause apparently i needed new doors and a new hood cause they cant fix dents on doors with mud on them. Anyway, they bought the doors and hood before asking me about it. I was told it was gonna take 3 to 4 weeks to get it going. IT ONLY NEEDED A PAINT JOB... I took my pickup in on April 8th... didnt get it back till August 30th. When I went to pick it up the owner was rushing me to get him the checks cause he had to leave to his cabin in the hills. If i waited 4 and a half months for it, he couldve waited 20 minutes for me to get him his checks. He just wanted me out of there, didnt even offer me his jackets or the 30day free detail. I found out about this from someone else. But I dont care if i dont get a jacket from them, wouldnt promote a business with such poor customer service. My truck looks good though, too bad I wouldnt recommend anyone to bring their stuff there.

I hit a deer with my bug and the only damage was the passenger mirror (gone) and some minor damage to the exterior door. The body work looked great! However, it wasn't until after getting my car back did I realize they had damaged many other things while they had it. They propped open my back hatch to the extent it blew the seals in the hauldralics, so I had to replace those....then my battery had been neglected (probably from propping open my back hatch overnight) and I had to buy a new battery the day after I picked it up (they charged it enough for me to not notice). My stereo had also been reset and they didn't bother getting it working before I picked it up (I took it to VW), I noticed right away that my door handle had tape wrapped around it (he removed it when I picked it up) and that my interior door panel rattled constantly. I finally figured out what they had done when I pulled the door shut the other day and their "cover up" finally failed. They had broken just about every clip that held my door panel/handle together so they just glued thing instead of ordering replacements! Also there are important screws missing!! I was given my car and was told Nothing about any of this damage! Oh and it took them 3x's longer than they quoted me. I am disgusted they would damage my VW BUG door panel and pretend all was good when I picked it up. I've been fixing the problems they caused for the last year. I will never take anything there again.

Needed an estimate for my car. They said they would get in done in two days. Over the next two and a half weeks we tried to calla nd get estimates...they never got the estimate done. Go to Bowers. It took 10 minutes to get an estimate. They keep your car to charge you storage fees and file fraudulant insurance claims.

Tried to get a bid on a car of mine as i waited in the nice couch. However this claims adjust or whoever it was with an insurance was trying to work with dustin. I watch dustin get 9 ways ugly / upset with him so I got up and left. Cant say I have seen a bad repair job come out of Powell's but I have heard horrible story's on payments and timeliness. Bottom line I'll let them bid my work but I probably won't let them have the job after what I saw.

Our car has been In The shop for almost 5 weeks when they originally said 2 weeks and they never called us back. If you're going to say 1 thing and then do another, that's being dishonest to your customers. Wont come back due to lying and neglect of customer service

I've been trying to get my vehicle in this shop since December 3, 2018. Today is March 20, 2019. Needless to say I will go elsewhere to get my Honda fixed. My guess is because I asked for a similar sized rental and they do not have any available. I have called 4 times to resolve this without callbacks, so they must not want my business. What a waste of time this has been!

They've had my car for 3 weeks. I have never heard any information from them. I have called 4 times and all four times, Dustin, who is apparently the only one who works on cars, was supposed to call me back. Dustin has never called me back. I know they charge a daily storage fee, so I'm assuming they are just fraudulently delaying repairs. I just got off the phone with them again and sure enough, Dustin was not available and I doubt he'll call me back. At the very least I should get a weekly update as has been the standard of every other body shop I've ever been to. If I ever get a hold of someone to get my car back from this place, I'll make sure to never use them again.

Fixed my boat axle. Handled all of the insurance work and went above and beyond on the work. Could have managed expectations on timing much better. Because the quality of work was so great it made the pain of missed timing expectations worth it.

They kept my car for a week a d a half just for a 10 minute estimate. Did not deliver on timeframes promised. Poor communication, none of my calls were returned.

The Powell's body shop, is incredible. I would rather wait for perfection than Speedy and not quality.I love them and can't wait for awesome finish on my trailer.
