Today I decided to give a new local business a whirl and took our Equinox, our Corolla and our Chevy Truck to Grease Monkey Athol for oil changes and servicing. On both the Corolla and the Equinox they caught things that the dealership did not catch. I met and introduced myself to the owner, manager, assistant manager and all the employees. They are all very friendly and very thorough and I was able to watch them through the window. By the end of the day I made all new friends and they felt like family. I highly recommend them. For my friends who own ATV/UTV s they service and oil change those as well. Come give Grease Monkey in Athol a whirl. You won t be disappointed!!!

Need an oil change and new wiper blades for a road trip the next day. So easy to get in and such a friendly staff. EVERYONE was pleasant and they worked well together. I was recommend to address the air filter and there was no hard sell. Just photos and a suggestion which I appreciated and went ahead with. They customer in line in front of me also commented to the woman at the front desk at what a pleasant experience he had. It s so refreshing to see such nice teamwork and a genuinely kind atmosphere. I ll be back!

I just went to Grease Monkey in Athol! From the moment we drove up we were greeted quickly and happily. Niki showed us the waiting room cookies, drinks!!! T.V.! Oh my!! Clean! Comfortable! Easy! We feel like we ve just made new friends.And, I got a discount to boot.I m telling everyone that this is the place to bring anything motorized! There s a CAR WASH too! Lots of different services and real good prices. I totally recommend Grease Monkey!! Thank you for making this a really good experience. The Best!!

Excellent customer service! They are the nicest people, even when you come in 15 minutes before they close! They are fast and thorough with the inspections. They even vacuumed my filthy carpets!

Overall Great customer service! We were a walk-in appointment. We were able to get our car in quickly for an oil change and tire rotation. They vacuumed the floor and cleaned the windows for no further charge. Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful.

Showed up with my newborn and two dogs and they took care of allll of us! Dog treats, chocolates, and all the things. Wonderful customer service from every single one of them!

First time coming to grease monkey in Athol, what a great group of people, very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained in detail about what they were going to do and what my options were. Then let me know of other things I needed like air filter and such. Helped me find the latest coupon and signed me up for the punch card program. Overall was a great experience will definitely bring my other cars in.

I couldn t believe how friendly everyone is at The Grease Monkey. At the suggestion of a friend who works there, I drove further (30 minutes away) to have my car fixed there instead of a more local place. The mechanic did a good job! Fixed my window that wouldn t come up after being down, and fixed the heating system that would heat for a few minutes, then blow cold air. It was worth the further drive. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Yesterday 1/3 was my 3rd visit to Grease Monkey in Athol. Both my vehicles have been serviced there for full oilAnd filter change services as well as tire rotation. I am so happy with their friendly and neighborly approach to customers as well as the service to my vehicles. Job well done. Thank you!!!

Kelsey was great! Very knowledgeable and courteous. She clearly explained everything about the services they provide and there was not any pressure to purchase additional service. I was in and out in no time. They were all very efficient. This location provides snacks and beverages for their customers and Kelsey also gave me a choice between a flower or dark chocolate. Very good and fast service. Thoroughly checked my car and explained my many questions about transmission fluid change, fuel filter etc. They do alot more than oil changes. Really good people that work there, enjoyed the experience. Bill

My first time at Grease Monkey was the BEST service I have received! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They are fast (huge PLUS) efficient and you can t beat the pricing. It is so convenient, no appointment needed. There are no hidden costs or added service fees, they are professional and up front and best of all knowledgeable! This place makes you feel like family and that they really care. They have fun and work hard and the waiting area is equipped with fresh baked cookies, coffee, cocoa, tea and water. Such a great atmosphere and the kindness and attentiveness is rop notch. Highly recommend.

I called the day before told them what I needed, then I arrive when they said to. She girl told me to wait and after 15 minutes she came back in and helped someone else who just walked in. Pretty terrible service, no excuse to help someone else when I had been waiting.After talking to Chris, he will give some proper coaching with time management to the front desk girl. Being able to identify how long services may take, and having respect to identify who has been waiting longer can go a long ways. I am happier leaving and full heartily would recommend this business to anyone.

I will give Grease Monkey in Athol Idaho 10 stars. They listened to my concerns and took care of an issue with my inferior drain plug on my 14 Cruze that's been happening since I bought the car new back in July of 14. They replaced the drain plug with a MUCH BETTER ONE changed my oil & filter and vacuumed the inside and were done in 20 minutes. And for a better price. They will now get my business on my 14 Cruze forever. I got treated WAY BETTER than local dealership did!!! 10 stars

They had very great customer service. The lady walked out to my car to see how she could help, then when we sat down to have it done the owner came to talk to us, and gave us a coupon too, and gave us a couple chocolates on our way out.

Super happy with my experience today! All the employees were so genuinely kind and went above and beyond. They were very hospitable and offered cookies, candy, cold and hot beverages. They were cheerful and pleasant to be around. The office/waiting room was decorated so fun for Halloween and they had a cute kids area with a rocking horse, play car mat and the bathroom has a changing table for babies which seems standard but being a new mom I have realized this isn t always the case! I m so glad that they opened the service station out here in Athol and I can t say enough good things about the employees. I will definitely be back especially when they finish up the car was that they are working on!Service: Oil change

Very friendly, very informative, very organized. I pulled up for my oil change and I was told that the car wash is opening soon! So happy that Athol is finally getting a few nice amenities.Grease monkey is the best franchise gir oil change- always a great fast experience, and I will love the ladies day each month. Took my Subaru to Grease Monkey in Athol today, 10/09/2023, to get oil change, servicing. Employees were exceptionally nice, my service was great. If the employee had to do anything out the ordinary, they informed me first and showed me the part that needed replaced, I was so greatful.
