Ordered online and had my DIL pick it up for me on her break from Sweet Lou's so that I didn't have to make the long drive. Super convenient!

Very rude. Asked to hold, and I had no problem with that. When taking me off hold, the tone was rude and told me he is super busy and already helping 3 other people. I have patience, and I don't mind holding. But essentially, sandbagging the interaction from frustration isn't really cool. Take a breather and don't answer the phone next time.

A worker here Kennth Paul Cook charged my commercial account for a part that a customer was buying and told me on the phone he d charge his card, ended up charging both of us very shady location and dishonest. Avoid this Autozone. Caused a very uncomfortable conversation with my client to take place.

Visited three times in the last week. Staff was helpful and friendly, but inventory of most of the items I needed was depleted. Can t sell what you don t have. Store is new, so they don t have a good idea what inventory turnover will be, but if sales are lost because inventory isn t there, it will be difficult to establish turnover metrics, which means it will probably be an ongoing issue. Need 2 or 3 of something , probably only 1 in stock (if any). Get ready to drive 20 miles to get what you need. Fingers crossed that it will improve.

Terrible customer service. On hold over and over and then hung up on. No call backs ever! Now I have to go down to the store and get my money back for a part that they sold me, and told me it would be there the next day, 3 days ago, but in reality the part doesn't exist in their "network." This will make three trips to the store because someone there called and said the part was in but when my wife got there they said no one called. I understand problems but this experience was ridiculous. You lost a customer.

Had an alternator go out on my Toyota and barely made it to their parking lot. Mary did a quick check and saw charging system was bad. Then Joe came out and determined it was alternator that drained battery and got me set up with all things needed to fix and get back on the road! Great staff and dedicated to customer service.

I didnt think brake pads could be such a pain in the _ _ _. Ordered front brake pads for for my Audi, I had ordered them on Sunday, they told me they would be in later that day, called later that day, was then told they would be in the next morning. Went into the store the next day to get something for our truck figuring they would also be in, still not in, was told it would be the next day. Called the next day, still not in, called the day after, still not in, was then told they must be coming FedEx, that they should be in 4 days after the purchase, called the next day, still not in. Didnt bother calling Friday. Called this morning, a real helpful Lady actually went to take an actual look around trying to figure out what was going on, and low and behold they were in and someone had stuck them on the shelf, and by my estimation may have been there for who knows how long. I will probably still use this store as it is the most convenient, but they need to get better at organization and communication, customer service.

Because we don't live down the street (20 minutes away) we call ahead and I was told the parts we want are in stock. Drive there, and my bad for not paying attention because they give me a gasket for a Toyota 4 cylinder says it right on the front label and I own a Ford 460, requested a valve cover gasket 76 E250, she said Dodge, I said no Ford. When I get home I call and wait (again) on hold because they are short staffed. Explain my situation for the man to tell me it is NOT in stock. I said how frustrating, it's not like I live down the street. He tells me he lives in Post Falls and then hangs up on me. Really dude, your customer service blows and it just cost Autozone the hundreds of dollars that we used to spend at this Autozone location.Thought I was frustrated before but now that I've had a moment to chill....I will simply spend my money elsewhere.

I knew they recently opened but service... One gal on the register, Another guy probably gathering on line orders. 4 customers. I, #3 customer, needed help. It was obvious I was waiting to ask a question but was ignored. Waited 10 min. I'll get what I need elsewhere

I worked here for 9 months including initial store setup. My original rating was the 5 stars that Autozone paid me to give them. I had to move to part time and get a new job since autozone was paying me less as management than taco bell is paying their brand new taco wrappers.Autozone paid me to get the moderna vaccine with the promise I wouldn't have to wear a mask once I was full vaccinated, then they changed their mind and started requiring masks again after I had gotten an unapproved vaccine for the company.I was fired for refusing to wear a mask after a dental procedure that left my jaw in fairly intense pain. The fact I had a legitimate medical reason didn't seem to matter to management, who is based out of Utah and completely disconnected with the district they are "managing". The store manager is powerless to make any meaningful decisions on his own so he had me acknowledge the electronic form without being able to read it and myself and the company parted ways.Never shopping here again and would refer locals like myself to hit the O'Reilly's in rathdrum. They are much more knowledgeable and the 21 minute drive is more than reasonable compared to the alternative.

It is nice to have an auto parts store in Athol. It saves me from driving to Hayden or Sandpoint for oil change items and basic parts like wipers,fluids etc.

About 6 weeks ago as I was turning my Lexus off Hwy 95 into Athol, Idaho, the Low Oil Pressure light came on. Being adjacent to Auto Zone we went there, filled the engine oil, and turned on the engine to see oil hemorrhaging from the car. Two reps at Auto Zone went out of their way to help on that blustery day. We jointly concluded it was time to call AAA. It turned out that the problem was a hose failure. This was repaired with no further trouble. My wife and I were most appreciative of the concern displayed by the staff of the store. Thanks Auto Zone Athol!

Horrible service. They doubled the price on an item that I ordered upon arrival and wouldn't work with me, wasted a drive into town. Amazon has the same part and same brand for 1/3 the price. This is why they are loosing business....

I left a good review a month ago and that still stands except for one female employee who has a very rude attitude and can t ever find what we are looking for or we end up with the wrong parts. We will not deal with her anymore.
