EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Called to make an appointment for an oil change. Was greeted with a kind voice over the phone and able to get in same day. Upon arrival, I was greeted with the same courtesy and professionalism. My vehicle was taken in immediately and was out within an hour. With the professionalism over the phone and the front desk, I have NO worries over the work that was performed on my vehicle, I am sure it was handled with the same care and professional manner I was greeted with. This was a great family owned business that I was happy pay for the EXCELLENT service rendered. Thank you ladies at the front desk for making my experience GREAT and thank you to the technician/ technicians that performed the services(may have been the young ladies as well) you are greatly appreciated.

On the road with my class A motorhome when picked up a screw in a rear tire causing a slow leak. Stopped in Tri State Tire and they had it removed, patched, and remounted in less than an hour. Not a plug, but a good inside patch. Very friendly and courteous service. Recommend them highly.

This place is an absolute gem. I couldnt be happier with my experience at Tri State. Everyone was helpful, friendly and funny. Comfortable seating, fast service and very fair prices. Military discount as well. 6 out of 5 stars. Come see these folks for any tire needs. Thank you Tri State!

Awesome place - pulled in, got the flat tire exchanged (as it was anyhow done) in a couple of minutes. Feels like a very friendly family business.Went beyond and even fixed another issue for free.100% recommendable

We were traveling through in our rental car and had a flat tire. They evaluated the tire and determined it was beyond repair, but a new tire wouldn t be available until 24 hours later. They put on our donut spare and didn t charge us a dime. The great service and kindness shown by Andrew and crew was very much appreciated! Please show this business your patronage if you are in the area!

On a road trip with a flat tire, we called to let them know we'd be arriving a few minutes before close and they said they'd gladly help get us back on the road. We arrived as expected, just before close. They fixed us up and has us back on the road in about 15 minutes! AND, they did it happily! You could never find that customer service where we're from!! Defintely recommend! Thanks for helping us out guys!!

My husband and I bought two brand new tires from here that supposedly came with a 30,000 mile warranty. We bought them ONE month ago on April 24. We put one thousand miles on them yet they are completely bald tires we have to get new ones AGAIN. They refuse to give us new tires and won t do anything to help. Will not be coming back here.

Our camper trailer had a tire blowout. Andrew and Kathy were so helpful! 5 star service, genuinely interested in helping us. Got us back on the road quick! So thankful for this place!

Traveling in the area on a hot Friday afternoon, got a flat and needed a special fix because my lug nut key was missing for my wheel lock. Tri State had the right stuff to remove it, fix me up and get me on the road again. Asked if there was a place nearby to grab a frosty beverage...there wasn't so Andrew told me to take the shop truck to run a mile into town. By the time I got back, the work was nearly done. These guys were absolutely awesome!

Awesome shop, great, honest people. I was living in YNP and needed, or thought I needed, an alignment after being told so a few months ago in Bozeman. Meeting my friends in Ashton for a trip, so decided to go here for alignment and oil change. They said my alignment was fine, saving me money. I told him my tire would slowly leak and they fixed it right up, even checking my other tires air pressure. So happy with this place I wish I lived closer! Honest, good prices.

We were traveling though the area to Yellowstone and had damaged a tire a couple miles up the road. Fortunately the tire had just enough air in it to make it back to the tire shop we had just passed a few minutes ago. I was expecting a big song and dance story about how we would need a whole new set of tires at a ridiculously high price. However we walked in the door, were greeted with a smile and were told they would see if they had a close match used tire in the back. They found a good used tire that was an identical match and replaced the damaged front tire with the used one. Then they rotated the rear tires to the front and the front to the rear, which left us with good tires on the front of our front wheel drive car and the used tire on the rear. For all of this and a wait less than an hour we were charge a fair price of $60. These folks are great and highly recommended!

We were traveling from out of state and a U joint went out on our pick up truck. These guys got us in fixed and on our way in a matter of a couple hours. Outstanding service and very reasonable rates.

My wife and I were headed toward Yellowstone in our Class C RV when we heard a loud thump under the chassis. When I crawled underneath, I discovered a heavy hydraulic pump was barely attached to some damaged angle iron. I didn't feel the pump could dangle in place much longerAmazingly, although we were traveling through a desolate area of Idaho, we found Tri State Tire. When I asked if there were any welders within the next 50 miles, I was excited to learn that Tri State had a professional welder on site. Amazingly, we were able to get a new support brace professionally welded underneath the carriage in less than 30 minutes! I examined the work myself and could not have been more pleased. The minimal charge was negligible, compared to the great inconvenience, grief, and delay we certainly would have experienced had it not been for the kind and accomodating professionals at Tri State. Our Yellowstone vacation continued as if we nothing had happened. I can't adequately express our intense gratitude and appreciation for the top-notch treatment we received from Tri State Tire. Camped near west Yellowstone and on our way back to Boise we noticed a low tire on our RV. Stopped here and they were so helpful! Nice, quick and we were back on the road in no time!! Thank you!!

You won t find better services. Their prices are amazing! Other businesses should look at Tri State on how customer service should be. My RV literally ran like a NASCAR and could burn rubber with dually tires!

Very friendly customer service they didn't have the tire we needed for our camper but they we're very nice and call Les Schwab and checked for us if they have our tire they had a thank you very much excellent customer service

Just moved to the area.....needed tires on our truck so that we could travel safe. Friendly and knowledgeable! Great price and nice to know that they are so close to where we are moving....just a mile away.

Andrew saved our vacation!! After driving off the side of the road, into a tree, denting the wheel in 3 places. Nobody local had a wheel. Andrew was able to knock out the dents, balance the tire and get is back on our vacation.

We were recently in Ashton on vacation on a motorcycle. Unfortunately we had a flat out in the middle of no where. We called tri state tire and Andrew came out with an air bubble but tire was gone. He went back to Ashton got a motorcycle trailer and came back and hauled the bike back to town. Then he gave us his personal vehicle to drive 50 miles to the nearest Harley dealer to get a new tire. He helped get it on and we were able to continue our vacation. Andrew we cannot say thank you enough we are so grateful. Brad and Vicki Olson

Andrew was beyond helpful and went out of his way to help diagnose and then get my dead van running again and off the side of the highway! If you have vehicle problems in the Ashton area, go to Tri State hands down.

Blew out 2 trailer tires and the spare just down the road and so this was the closest place. Weren't sure how good it would be just by looking at it but they were super helpful and got us back on the road in no time.

While on a road trip in our RV, we ran across a little tire trouble... Andrew went above and beyond to help us!..He was so nice too!.We would definitely recommend Tri State Tire!!!
